      I never used this service. After one day realizing they lied I ask for my money back. Three years later they’re still charging my account.

      My business has used ipower for years to host our website. Recently, I had to renew the domain hosting plan for 3 years. On their website for my specific billing page, it says for a ProPlan (which is what I have), the three-year price is $142.20 (see screenshot). However, I was charged $612.55. I need a refund of $470.35.

      In March, I purchased two domains on Domain.com.

      They did not send the activation email to me at *******************. There is no phone number to call them to tell them I never got it and cannot use the websites I paid for, so I have to chat and each time I have chatted with them, at least 4 times now, they tell me it was sent to another place and that I need to recover my account. They were sent to the wrong email address ****************** (it's missing the L) so this email address doesn't exist that it was sent to.

      There is nobody available by phone, no phone number to call for help and nobody will return my phone call to get the activation emails to me. I have sent them my drivers license and a copy of my tax return that shows the old address on their account. The said that is NOT good enough and that I need to send them a CURRENT bill, but I do not live there anymore, so there is no current bill. My Texas driver's license and my old tax return should be good enough (both are valid with the government). I also have my Capital One bank statement showing the charge of $86.28 payable to Domain.com. (see attached bank statement - bought on March 29) I also have my dba for Embarku Travel & Corporate Events.

      In addition to not providing me with the activation link for the two domain names I bought, they sent me several emails from a sister company, (Network Solutions) saying to upload a bill, so when I call THEM i am told they cannot assist me either, even though they are the ones sending the emails because they are a sister company. So I have paid for two domains that I cannot use for almost 2 months now. I need someone from Domain.com to CALL me and email me the activation/confirmation email for both of my purchases, ************** and *****************.

      This is the worst company to do any kind of business with they Take your money make it so hard to get anything done send out a code that doesnt work and then put you on hold for three and a half hours and still nothing I hope they go out of business and there employees get layoff and half to be on hold for hours to

      Network Solutions, LLC has failed to help me access my account to cancel their services. Even the login and password sent to my agent via email were invalid. I just want to terminate my relationship with this terrible company. If possible, I would like a refund and the opportunity to move to another company. I am very concerned that they will attempt to take money out of my account without permission. **************** is very good at wasting A LOT of time without any results. I need help not a a helpline to nowhere.

      Network Solutions has ongoing issues with emails not working. They claim there is no issue, they claim no record of call, they claim they can not issue a credit for the days effected. what they do is offer a discount to future renewals to lock you in. They charge 2 months in advance then they say even though it hadn't renewed - since they charged the credit card, they can't do anything.Bad billing practice Bad Resolution Bad CSR Bad Technology

      This letter is to request your assistance with a problem I am having with Network Solutions. I have had two domain names with this company over the years. In January, I received an email notice that I would be billed $203.88 for essential Web hosting-Unix, **********************, which I have never had, under an account number that is not my account number. I called their customer service number, but the product was not canceled. I then mailed Network Solutions the Attached letter twice by Certified mail. I have received no reply from them, and nothing has been done to fix the problem. I continue to receive email notices, a copy of which is attached, to renew **********************. Since they have my credit card information, my concern is that I will be charged the $203.88.
      Your help in resolving this matter would be most appreciated.

      Yesterday I received an email from Network Solutions telling me that they have cancelled my automatic payment, and that the essential webhosting service in question will expire on 1 May and not be renewed. Thank you for your help on this, without which I believe that nothing would have been done to correct the problem. Looking at their overall customer rating on your website, I know I am not alone in having problems with this company. In my opinion, they deserve the "F" rating. I plan to change my domain name host.

      Based on my experience over the past 50 years, Better Business Bureau deserves a capital "A" rating. BBB has always solved my problems with poor business support. Keep up the great work. Our world needs you.

      Been a paying customer for over 20 years with the same domain. I was locked out for almost 2 months and now I am not allowed to transfer for at least 60 dates all due to a Network Solutions error.

      Have tried for over two weeks to transfer my domain name away from Network Solutions. They made me first change the email address on file, which was a very old and unused email. In order to do that, they asked for an id and another form of identification. I gave them one of my old Network Solutions invoices with my name, the account number and the domain name. They would not accept that. So I sent in 2 other documents, one of them from my ******* ****** account...they would not accept that. So I sent in my auto insurance card...they did not accept that...mind you I am calling them daily asking what the problem is. They say the 2nd form of ID is unacceptable. The 5th time I call them, I am mad and ask to speak to someone above the one who answered the phone...they finally get me to that person. They first tell me that all my documents are not acceptable...then he finally sees the two I sent that has my ****** account and says, "this will work"...a week later. Now I wait 48 more hours and finally get an email saying my old email has been changed to the new one. What Network Solutions said, was once I get the email changed over and log in, I can request to move the domain to GoDaddy. Well, that was a lie. I log into my account and the domain is locked for 60 days. WHY? Well, that's because if you change your account email, you have to wait 60 days to move your domain. WHY DIDN"T ANYONE SAY THIS TO ME? Every Network Solutions person I talked to said the domain transfer was easy and could be completed in 15 minutes once I got into the account. I WANT MY DOMAIN NOW. It is my sole business and I have been waiting for a month now to make money.
