      My domain name ****************** was transferred to someone without my consent the company network solutions claims that I transferred it in 2021, I didnt, I always renewed but hadnt had a reminder that I could remember recently so l contacted to renew and was told that it was transferred at my request

      Network Solutions activated a service called My Time Support without my consent or authorization in May of 2023. The cost is $79.99 a month. $559.93 was automatically deducted from my card. A service I was unaware of and never used.
      After speaking to them they denied responsibility and refused refund.
      They are unable-as the only number available is a call center outside of the states- to offer any other contact numbers or company information. I’m unable to find information as well. Newfold Digital may be the parent company but they also offer no contact information.

      The company did contact me and offered a partial refund. I tried to contact them again regarding the issue and have not received a reply. After this amount of time, I believe they won’t be responding.

      I have attempted to discontinue web hosting services. Every request is via chat as no other way to do this. Once transferred to an agent their site deletes the first letter of the domain name I am attempting to enter.This has happened multiple times over several weeks. This is a fraudulent business practice. I am filing a complaint with the *** as it is not a first for this company to scam customers.

      Their email service was not working as they never migrated my email domain to the correct server. None of the email accounts were able to receive email and most were not able to send email. I asked for a credit to the account and they ignored me.

      I have not been able to do a search and my email for over 3 months I have contacted network solutions several times since August. I have two of the latest case numbers S2369922 and S2421780. As you can understand this is a big inconvenience to me. Thanks.

      I pay this company to host my website like other companies. I used one of their promotional offers to build a website myself and then they host it. Paying a monthly premium this service also offers email. I don't do many changes to my website, because I work at a machine shop and there isn't much to change on the site. I had a fellow employee tell me the website wasn't working correctly. I loaded it on my phone and seen it was redirecting people to somewhere else. I contacted Network Solutions through online chat, and first they didn't believe me, then wanted me to pay a fee to fix it.It has been two days and I am still waiting for their "ADMINS" to fix the problem. Which they admitted was their fault.

      This business has been charging me since August 2020 on a monthly basis for a reoccurring I did not purchase. I tried to cancel it and the account is in my name but the phone number attached to it is not mine so they will not cancel the service. I reported it to AMEXs fraud department and they will no longer be approving the monthly charge however I am worried I will be sent to collections. I want my account removed from them and AMEX is helping me with reimbursement.

      For the past two weeks I have been trying to reset my password on an account with Network SOlutions,and they have locked it and no one has been able to get it unlocked even though I have called and e mailed the company several times. I have been a long time customer, never any complaints. It seems someone charged my account a few months ago fraudulently, and they refunded my account, but at the same time locked it so that I cannot go in! I need it unlocked so I can change password and if necessary user name. No one replies in that company, I have even written a letter to the executive offices in Jacksonville.

      Today I got an e mail from Network solutions asking for my passport, driver's license and some invoice of a utility with my name and address. I sent all these and they decided to unlock my account as they saw I was the owner of the account. I am happy to say this seems to have been resolved.

      I requested a cancellation of services-do not renew services at the end of the current term. Network Solutions billed my credit card anyway stating that they do not issue refunds after 30 days. I contacted them today (3 days beyond the 30 days) and the company still will not issue refund despite my non-renewal request from several months ago. I asked the customer service rep to have a supervisor contact me and have yet to hear back from a Network Solutions supervisor. This is credit card fraud!
