Charged my husbands credit card without permission!! Conversation was recorded by Network solutions yesterday where I stated that I would speak to my husband and see if and what he wanted to do. Woke up this morning to charges for $300 on an old card used 2 years ago!!This is not the first time either!!Beware if you do business with this place....watch any card you give them!!! Lies, excuses and apologies is what I was given! Not to be trusted!!!

Network Solutions stole the domain name of my company, ************* **** (TCA), and is reselling it through PerfectDomain.com and Go Daddy. The domain name, TCAonline.com, was conceived by TCA in 2000 and registered through Network Solutions (NS). It has been continuously re-registered every three to five years through NS, the last re-registration being in September 2022 for five years to September 2027, as acknowledged by NS in a written receipt, and a receipt from ***************** Then, in November 2023, without warning, NS cancelled TCA's registration, illegally seized TCAonline.com, and is offering the domain name for sale to any third party for $4,799 through PerfectDomain. Go Daddy is also selling TCAonline.com even though I have made them aware that is a stolen domain name. NS also blocked all access to my website and will not refund my fees. This is consumer fraud. NS, its parent Company Newfolds Digital, and PerfectDomain all refuse to respond to my correspondence on this issue. Stay away from these companies.

Terrible company! Very deceptive in how they sell their products. A sales rep oversold me on products that I didn't need, then charged on my credit card. When I tried to get a refund for the duplicated services that I didn't need, my appeal was denied, and the 'manager' denied the request for refund. There are much better companies out there that charge a lot less. Network Solutions is horrible, dishonest company... shop around!!!

Network solutions, will open accounts behind your back. Then send you renewal notices that appear to be renewal notices for your regular account. But in fact, what you're renewing are .online accounts that you didn't even know you had, because you never requested them. I discovered this a year later. Found charges totalling $600 on my credit card statement from them that they now are refusing to refund because of a 30 day refund policy. Refund policies apply to orders you knew you made. It should not apply to orders you NEVER made. Please notify me if there's a class action lawsuit about this. Someone needs to go to jail for this.

Network Solutions charged me way too much to help set up the website. Then they NEVER got the certificate to work. I called them at least 3 times and each time they said they had validated the certificate. It NEVER WORKED. The public always got a notice when they tried to sign in that the certificate for the site was invalid. When I tried to get a refund, they couldn't refund anything because they billed me monthly and there is no refund as they wait 30 days to refund anything!''Go anywhere bu Network Solutions

I have been a user of their web forwarding and e-mail services for many years. in the past, they seemed OK. At present they are forcing their e-mail users to upgrade to a different server website using SSL and TLS, which might be fine, but their certificate cannot be verified! They do not appear to have tested to see if their updated process works with even common Android e-mail clients, including ********* Outlook for Android - it fails without providing a clear diagnostic, and their support people are clueless about what is going on. How can a firm that sells certificates not know this? How could they force their users to migrate without testing the most basic functionality for some of the most common Android apps? I am disgusted, and will cancel my various services as quickly as I can find replacements.

Deceptive renewal practices. I was recently asked to renew my domain name (for .online) although I never had this domain extension. ******* (I guess), I thought I was renewing the domain name (.com) that I had from them for 25+ years. But *** found that the renewal was actually their way to sell me the new extension that Ill never use. So, almost $200 later, and I still owe to renew my original domain name. Grrr.

Interacting with Network Solutions has proven to be a challenging experience. They seem to provide clients with vague responses and have led me in circles. Over the past month, I've been attempting to update my email to get authorization code to transfer domain to a new provider. While I recognize the importance of security measures for clients, it appears that they lack the authority or knowledge to efficiently assist their clients. It's surprising that a company of this magnitude doesn't have a streamlined process in place for such common issues, making it a priority.Dealing with such a prolonged resolution process, coupled with what appears to be a lack of urgency and reliance on outdated systems, reflects an unprofessional level of service. This is certainly not the standard one would expect from a technology company.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I wish there were a way to give zero stars. You can relate to this review if you have ever tried to move away from Network Solutions. They make it difficult to move away to another domain provider. They tell you to wait three days for the auth code by default. If you call their 800 # or chat with them and *demand* the code immediately, they will give it to you immediately. You can demand it and call their bluff. They renew services at least ***** days ahead of the renewal time to catch you off guard. There is absolutely no reason to charge the credit card 45 days ahead on a domain renewal that has domain protection. The Network Solutions web pages haven't been updated in 15 years. Finding the "approve transfer out" link on their site is almost impossible. Again, they make it so difficult to move. With a simple domain renewal at $44.99 (more than 4X the market rate!), they want to hold customers hostage for a few extra bucks. I can't wait to get 100% of my business off Network Solutions.
