Changed from GoogleDomains because they were selling off their registrar stuff. Here's what happened.1) First, they wouldn't let me add a 'trusted' phone number, I kept getting "Invalid phone number" as the response (it wasn't).2) Tried to get that handled with the chat support. They couldn't do anything and said to call the suppport phone number.3) Called them. After 15 minutes of "try it with dashes", "try it with spaces" (neither of which they website would even let me enter...), blah, blah.... they had to create a ticket to escalate it. You'd think they could just add it since it was the number on my domain registration AND the number I WAS CALLING FROM....4) Once the domain was transferred, I find out they do not offer catch-all email forwarding, like every other decent registrar in the last several decades has included for FREE.(catch-all forwarding meaning any email sent to any address at that domain gets forwarded to one email address, so bob_at_domain.com, *****************, basically ANYTHING_at_domain.com gets sent to another email)(Sorry, it won't let me put email addresses, even fake ones, in the review)5) They said I could forward an email address if I signed up for their email hosting package. But that only forwards that one single email address... So, thats $2.56 PER EMAIL ADDRESS, ... PER MONTH.6) At this point I was done and wanted to transfer to another registrar. But... When the domain was transferred, they decided to update my registration info with ICANN, so ICANN put a 60-day lock on the domain...SO I CANT MOVE TO ANOTHER FOR 60 DAYS, and have to pay $2.56/mo for dozens of email addresses for at least two months.FINAL REVIEW:NEVER, EVER, EVER, USE THIS REGISTRAR.(On a side note, the support people were actually nice, It's just the company that ***** ***.)

The worst company ever. I agree with earlier comments about their service. I am filling a complaint with ICANN and I strongly suggest anyone who see's my review does the same and they loose their ability to be a registrar. This company has no ethics and doenst care about thier customers. The BBB should have a zero star rating and then also so pursue them hard.

I've been trying to get a fix on a Domain for over a month. While they are full of apologies I have yet to see anything being done. I agree with **********'s assessment. They were great,. We used them for maybe 20 years.. and now. Rubbish.

If there was the opportunity to chose no stars that is what I would have done. Closed our business over two years ago. ******* the time we were open we utilized the services of Network Solutions. Kept getting pesky emails from them telling my renewal date was coming up. I ignored them as the only inofrmation they had was an expired credit card (as of 2/21). I recently get a letter in the mail from my old credit card company say I have an overdue balance. When checking into it I see a charge on my expired credit card from Network Solutions on 6-4-23! I call the credit card company to disbute the charge. I then called Network Solutions only to get the runaround saying since it is past 30 days of the charge they will not refund my money. I don't know how they were able to get a charge through on a credit card that has been expired for over 2 years. I think that is called stealing!

I set up email and domain name services with Network Solutions in June 2022 and set up automatically annual renew with my credit cards. This June they didn't renew the services but to stop the services without notice. When I called them. They claimed the credit card had a problem. But the credit doesn't have any problem. I told them to renew 5 years. They charged my credit cards 11 times. When I called them to refund the overcharges they told me they would refund but they never did. I disputed the overcharges to my credit card bank. Network Solutions stopped the website and email services again. I can't do any business without my website and email. I had to allow them to charge me 11 times again. But this is not right. They over charged me thousands dollars should be refunded back to me.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE! If I could give 0 stars I would. They used to be great, SINCE THE NEW COMPANY TOOK OVER A FEW YEARS AGO THEY ARE HORRIBLE.. I have called 6 times in the last 5 months for the same issue and the same issue still happens where my email are flagged as spam. They7 say they will resolve and have someone get back to you and it does not happen. I have used them for almost 20 years. I am ending the relationship today!

I have been trying to transfer my domain TO Network Solutions and this has taken almost 2 weeks and is still not resolved. I reach a call center overseas and each time I call, I am assured that the domain transfer will be handled by the back office due to technical issues. Now, I have received an additional charge - instead of $7.49 for the domain transfer, I have been charged $9.99. I would NOT recommend doing business with Network Solutions.

Network Solutions is very difficult to work with. They give clients the run around. I've been working with them for 2 weeks to get our contact information updated. I understand we want security as clients but they don't seem have the authority or knowledge to help their clients. Surprising a company this size wouldn't have a process for this and make it a priority. People get locked out of accounts all the time, it shouldn't take 2 weeks and 6 phone calls to get back in. Extremely unprofessional service, lack of urgency, and outdated systems. Not what you want from a tech company.

I simply find Pow Web the worst. I am having ongoing issues with sending emails (they all bounce back) and the "chat" system is so incredibly frustrating. I can't get any resolve. This has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever experienced in 40 years of business.

I would give zero stars If I could. Our business is reliant upon our website for leads. In October of 2022 we started to have issues with the website being accessed by our customers. For months I tried to get help...here is how it goes when you try to get help: I am first asked to verify the account which is fine even though that takes about 30 minutes After you stay on hold for an hour....then they have to transfer you...then you have to tell them the issue all over again...then they have to transfer you....Web.com says it is not our problem call Network Solutions...Network solutions says it is not our problem call Web.com....they buy this product and it will fix everything...OH but the product provider needs a code from NWS.....NWS says it is not our code to give, call Web.com....web.com says it is not our code to give call NWS....and so it goes. I have logged almost 100 hours with support, have been transfered to every department, and have been disconnected from the system more times than I can count. I threatened to cancel several times but no one cared...the web site finally went totally down and I transfered to Go Daddy. Here is the Ironic Part: while I am on the phone cancelling my services (another hour long process) I missed 2 calls from NWS and 2 calls from Web.com....they were calling ME????
