I bought the menu and training videos for $29. I never joined for a monthly fee of $49. They tried to take that $49 today. Now I can't get into the videos after I emailed Coach Mere and told her that is fraudulent. ****.Svelte Media, Inc.

Dont fall for it - they start taking money from you immediately that you didnt even know you signed up for. Trying to reach them is horrible. Truly a scam to get monthly payments from you. I have emailed them twice and have a ****** complaint filed trying to get refunded. They say money back guarantee - save yourself the troubles.Svelte Media, Inc.

I originally signed up to receive One and done and Fat Loss Accelerated, which cost a total of $41 US. I had a gentleman call me about an additional program. I said that I did NOT want to sign up for it, but find that they have been charging me $49 US every month to my **** card ever since. They said that I only have 60 days to ask for a return, so I will not be reimbursed for anything. I spoke with a guy named Will, who had quite the attitude. He said that I could talk to a supervisor, but that they would tell me the same thing. I waited to speak with a supervisor. There wasn't one available so I had to wait for a return call.This is a CROCK! Make sure that you do NOT sign up for ANYTHING from Svelte Media.Svelte Media, Inc.
