I'm super happy with the One and Done program as well as the Meta boost. The food plan is clear and very supportive. The workouts are really suitable for a busy lifestyle. They're short but they rock you just the right way. With consistency I am building muscle and feeling way more fit! There ended up being an unfortunate billing dispute after a few months and the Svelte team was incredible with their support and resolved the issue promptly and fairly. I am a happy customer and can really recommend these programs as I can tell they are truly created with our health and wellness in mind. I feel really cared for.Svelte Media, Inc.

1 starDidn't know I signed up for the subscription. Won't refund. I didn't even use the service...did refund 2 of the 8 months. Very disappointed with customer service on the phone. She continued to interrupt me. Be very careful when you go on Svelte Media website.Review fromLinda R

Numerous times have asked for a refund. I finally figured out how to cancel my subscription for which I did not sign up for. I signed up for a one time payment but no where did it say that it was a monthly subscription. I would never trust this company againSvelte Media, Inc.

3 starsExcellent customer service and they were able to provide me a refund of the two months I was charged (not knowing I signed up for a subscription). The customer service is great, but I am deducting 2 stars simply for the fact I read a lot of the complaints and reviews and this seems to be an ongoing issue with multiple customers. After a one time fee for a program they sign you up for another plan which is a monthly fee and apparently we dont know this? Idk how they can do that.. if youre making a one time purchase it should be a one time purchase during the duration of check out and not forcefully subscribe you to something you dont know youre being subscribed to until you start getting monthly transactions pulled from your account. Id say a fair warning to just read the fine print and do not sign up for anything additional. Luckily I think I got the customer service within the ****** money back guarantee.
