    I have been the owner of a driver company for 20 years...I have 1 truck. 10 years ago business started to get worse, now I cant take the load at all. I decided to sell the company and found out that 10 years ago the broker wrote that I took the cargo and cash and never delivered it and did not return the money - this is slander! I lost 10 years of business nerves and my good name. I don't know how to live?     I was attempting to book a load with Choptank Transport and was informed by them that I was flagged by Carrier411 stating that we have a virtual address, and we have a toll free number. The truth is that we do have a physical address and we do have a toll-free number as well as a hardline. The information that was provided was given to make the service they offer valid. Carrier411 did not also tell the broker that we have been business since 2017 and our authority has been active since 2021 with no complaints on our service. They also did not tell the broker that we have truck parking as well which would explain the toll-free number. When I called to try and explain to them that they had inaccurate information I was blocked, and a message was played that stated they will not talk with a carrier for any reason, and they are only reporting the information that they found. I have no idea where this information that they are reporting was found. It is not acceptable to falsely accuse someone of wrongdoing and not have an avenue to verify your information. I understand that there are fraudulent entities doing fraudulent things but lumping everyone into one category is irresponsible and hurts those that you intend to protect. As a small business we have spent years building our reputation, and to have someone come along without consideration and demolish that is unacceptable. We want our name cleared as soon as possible so we will not continue to be marginalized in an already tough industry.

    Carrier 411 is reporting faults and inaccurate information to brokers and agents in the trucking industry. They are reporting to the government FMCSA that we have been in business for one month, which, in fact we have been in business for years. This is causing us to lose business each and every day, because the brokers will not do business with the company that is DOT # and MC # is to new by reporting that we have only been in business for one month, we have tried to call them and they will not discuss it. Please kindly have them correct the error in their system. We cannot find jobs freight jobs in the trucking industry without their system being updated to reflect what is being reported by the ************* Carrier **********************

    I set up a trucking business, reached 3 months of having my authority called ********************* to book a load and was told they could not work with me because of carrier 411. Everything is active, working and no broker complaints. They are blocking my company from getting work without us even getting started. There is no insurance issues per one broker they said it was an insurance issue. Our insurance is monitored by highway and RMIS and is in perfect condition. The false reporting will not allow our company to book any loads and we have to pay insurance and for our new 26 ft box truck. This is very damaging. Our Safer account is showing perfect and active and our FMSCA account is in good standing

    The company has false information about my trucking company which has cost a loss in profit. They have my company's authority as pending, yet we have maintained our MC authority for over a year with no DOT violations. This is easily verified through the ************* Carrier;s website. Brokers, who use this company deny us loads because of Carrier411. We tried booking a load today 1-3-2024 with ************** MC ****** DOT ******* and we told directly that our company did not have any authority to carry freight according to Carrier411.

    Carrier ******************************************************************************** financially. I initially called and simply advised they are reporting that inaccurate numbers information they advised me they update their information every month from a GOVERNMENT website. I tried to explain the same GOVERNMENT site fmcsa have my company listed correctly. ******* would not take two seconds to verify. Instead just hung up. Carrier 411 gave me listed as a one state carrier thus reporting this inaccurate information does not allow me to leave the state Im in to generate income. The call was recorded also I attached a screenshot of the Government website showing my company listed correctly. Unlike what Carrier 411 reports.

    On 11/28/2023 I inquired about moving freight for a company called *********************, I was not aware if i spoke to a broker about a load it was confirmation i would transport that load. I thought as long as I did not sign a Rate Confirmation, there was no commitment. Now they have placed me on a ************ list through carrier411 and it is effecting my business. ********************* is trying to blackmail to take me off Carrier411's list and Carrier411 will not remove me even after I have sent proof of blackmail to their operations team email.

    On several occasions I have contacted Carrier 411 about incorrect information they are reporting to brokers about my company. The most current was today 11/27/2023. They continue to report that my company BTU Logistics MC ******* is connected to another company KOWZ LLC MC *******. The two companies have nothing in common accept the State they do business in. KOWZ LLC is actually out of business and listed as inactive on all DOT sites. /This is a very simple fix for carrier 411, all they have to do is update they their files and stop reporting inaccurate information. What they are doing is costing me loads from brokers. I have sent emails and phone calls, but just like all of the other companies that try to get their false information corrected, Carrier 411 blocks them and refuses to communicate or correct any errors.To all of the other 100 plus carriers who are being affected by this scam company, please keep an eye out for an upcoming Class Action Law Suit against this company. We are going to need your testimonies.

    I am writing to address a deeply concerning issue regarding the false, deceptive, and fraudulent report that Carrier411 Services, **** has placed on my trucking company on November 14, 2023. This report has resulted in significant adverse consequences for our business, leading to the loss of business and impacting our reputation.Despite taking immediate and necessary actions to rectify the situation and providing supporting documents for review, the report remains erroneous and damaging. This false information has caused undue hardship and loss of business, which I consider unacceptable and detrimental to the integrity of our operations.I demanded that Carrier411 Services, **** promptly conduct a thorough investigation into this matter. It is imperative that the false report be retracted and corrected immediately to mitigate any further damage to our business. Carrier411 Services, *** blocked our phone numbers and is not answering any of the emails sent by us or our attorney.

    Try to book a load with a new broker. He told me he cant book a load since my company name listed on carrier 411 as a red sign that we use do double brokerage. I am single Owner operator only one truck .I would like my Dot#******* removed from their website immeditely . This can be proven that their frauds with the ***** You can look it up and see that they are putting false information out their.They hang up and block you if you call them your self.
