About 3 months ago I took a load from a broker. When my driver arrived to the pickup location he got loaded with the freight and the trailer went down to the ground. My driver felt like the driving conditions would be unsafe so we declined the load. The broker reported to carrier 411 that we were dealing in fraudalant activity . This has caused my business to miss out on alot of loads due to this false report. The company blocked my numebr and I cant contact anybody for help.Initial Complaint

Freight guard is fraudulent! It allows brokers to falsely report information about carriers to hurt their profits, reputation and business without investigating the situation. My company has received 2 fraudulent freight guard reports. Both are completely false and defamation of the company’s character and integrity. We have lost thousands of dollars in revenue because of these false allegations. Clearly Freight guard is illegal and has to be stopped!!Initial Complaint

They are falsely reporting information to brokers claiming they got information from the FMCSA, who shows we have no violations, while carrier411 claims we have violations. This is costing us money as we cannot get the premium loads that our service history shows.Initial Complaint

Carrier 411 is posting wrong information about our business , according to their website we do not have authority for operating, we have called FMCSA to verify and they stated we have everything needed to operate. Since all freight brokers are using Carrier 411 website it really harm our business and 50% of brokers are not willing to work with us because of this wrong information posted, we are losing thousand of dollars, if not resolved shortly we are filling a law suite against them. We tried to contact them a year ago and they said that they gonna fix the information on their website and then they blocked our phone numbers! We really hope this will be fixed ASAPInitial Complaint

I have a trucking company. These people published a report that was one sided. They allow brokers to review a company and overnight destroy a company that has been in business for a long time. False claims were allowed without verification. They are one-sided because they have the brokers that pay for their service. Not only does this one sided rule ruin a business by losing all of it's dedicated customers but they seek to destroy you. My only wish is for them to remove the comment and at least investigate it before advertising a company that isn't even accredited by the BBB. FMCSA needs to get involved. How many brokers have actually cancelled a load or rebrokered it for less without any consequence? This company should be shout down. They enable libel and defamation. They ruin lives just to put money in their own pockets. There is never a story behind any situation and no verification. They should be shut down and forced to pay fines to trucking businesses regarding false and unverified claims. In terms of tracking, the broker had the wrong information written about my driver. He had the wrong phone number in order the reach him. The broker never once called me to verify this information.Initial Complaint

Carrier411 is displaying wrong information on their website about my trucking company. Carrier411 is showing that I’ve been in business 1 month and have no trucks on file, when the FMCSA is showing the opposite. With majority of brokers using carrier411, this is causing me and my company to lose money at a rapid pace. Please help me resolve this issue. I am an independent owned trucking company. Carrier 411 seem to have uploaded erroneous information concerning my company's work authority. When called to dispute and rectify the issue they place the blame on the brokers saying its something they need to update on their end. They told me my information is correct in their system and they don't know why it's showing incorrect on the brokers end. It seems as if this is not true because when I relay this to brokers they have no idea what I'm talking about. Now Carrier 411 will not take calls from carriers I'm assuming because of the countless numbers of complaints. I feel like they are being intentional with this to destroy owner operators. This company is hurting a lot of trucking businesses and preventing us from making a living.Initial Complaint

This company has got to be stopped they are puttingout so much misinformation. This is really destroying business.
