    The little girl that answered the phone was disgustingly rude and obnoxious for no reason. Judging by the terrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau, I don't think this business will survive with someone that ignorant answering the phone.

    When you call demanding a date and time that doesn't work for ** its not rude if we can't give it to you.  We've been in business for 18 years so I think we will survive.

    Thank you for proving my point. Narcissist very rarely except responsibility. For the record, I didnt demand anything. I just wanted to speak to someone instead of having long drawn out times between text and repeated requests for the same info. Its okay though, because once I filed my complaint with ******** they referred me to another service provider who have been lovely and very responsive. So you and your 18 year old nastiness, can go scratch.

    I bought my whirlpool refrigerator, November 1 of 2022 dish rude woman at Cone Appliance Cunrs told me I bought it in April 2022 and it was out of warranty. She then got belligerent with me and started barking orders to jump through hoops and I explain to her I had the receipt and she sent a text immediately for me to send a copy of the receipt in because I didnt jump fast enough. She started screaming at me. This place does not need to be a representative of Whirlpool. They are very rude and dont know what they doing.

    COMPLETELY NOT TRUE.  Nobody was screaming or demanding.  The request was made for the receipt to verify warranty.  The customer was verify upset that he had to "jump through hoops".   Unfortunately its required by Whirlpool.

    I was totally disappointed in the representative from Cone Appliance Repair when I contacted him today when I thought the repair person would be at my home at 10 am this morning. At 11:20 am I texted the number to say that I had been waiting for over an hour and no one had shown up. The person at the number began to yell at me saying that he told me that the repair technician would be coming during a window from 10 am to 3 pm. I told him that I heard him say that the person would be at my home at 10 am at which time he became belligerent shouting that I only heard what I wanted to hear and he would be closing my ticket and I would have to contact the manufacturer, Samsung. I write this to say that if you have a Samsung warranty, Cone is an approved repair service, however, they have not been able to repair my problem; he asked me to video tape the problem and forward it to him versus coming out to see for themselves. I found that disconcerting, however, I cooperated and sent the video. For this man to yell at me versus treating me with respect to rectify what was an obvious miscommunication was unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It was very unprofessional and I would not recommend the company as I would not trust this person in my home.

    No communication, very unprofessional, they only speak to you when they need something. I have missed 10 hours of work for this company to no-show both times. I couldve bought a Whirlpool washing machine and probably came out ahead from what I lost in pay! Will never buy a whirlpool product again. Lowes were not helpful either.

    Awesome Experience with this company!!! ******* set me up with a warranty issue for our dishwasher and they called me right away to set up a time, even though the part that ******* ordered didn't arrive, they still showed up to the schedule appointment to assess the problem. They then called and came back 3 days later once the part arrived and repaired our machine. *****, our service mastermind was absolutely amazing, very intelligent and professional.

    ******Terrible service terrible company. If you want to get something fix the probablity that this company will make it happen is about 1%. They took a ridiculously amount of time to get me on the schedule. Technician comes checks out the appliance and leaves my fridge without parts. I got half of my fridge working. I called and called and no reply and no one to come finish fixing my appliance. Then they said my warranty has just expired. This is a rip off!!!!! Terrible Im disgusted with this business whom just takes advance of clients. If I were you I would stay away and look for another repair company. Btw just check below for other customer complaints. The business says its the customers..hello so all of your customers are not calling to schedule????? Their response will show you what kind of business they are.just a bunch of BS this company needs to be shut down for lack of service yes people they dont actually do any repairs*******

    Worst communications ever!!! Been trying to get an appointment with them for 4 months now. My ******* Washing Machine and Dishwasher which Ive only had for 6 months have been sitting unused and broken just so we can try to abide by the stupid warrantee. Done USE **** and Dont buy ******* appliances. Youll Regret it. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

    CARELESS HANDLING OF WORK requests and Poor Customer Service!!! Bradenton, Florida Location I was scheduled for a service appointment for my Whirlpool Refrigerator from 8-12 on 2-20-23, today. I called them at and spoke with female ****** * * * * ** at 7:55 attempting to confirm their arrival time. She told me I was not on the schedule for today because they had misplaced the work request. She also told me that no one else was available. I then asked to speak with management. I was transferred to ** * * * * the office manager" He told me it was nothing he could do either, even though it was their fault for losing the work request and the fact that I had taken time off from work. WHIRLPOOL SHOULD NOT HAVE THEM AS A CONTRACTOR FOR TENNESSEE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE LOCATED IN Bradenton, Florida

    Horrible communication. Had service scheduled for my GE dryer. When I called to confirm, the rep says they have no record of my schedule and that they didn't service GE. They're website says they service GE. Then told this was recent change. When asked when was recent change, I was told they didn't have that 'policy' on hand. Never again.

    If I could put 0 stars I would. I only put 1 because I had no option. This company has been giving me the run around. They came to fix my washing machine after I waited for a month. They said they fixed it, and left. They did not fix it. I learned a lesson. I should have checked it before they left. Then they were scheduled to come back about a month later. They messages me an hour after they were supposed to show up and rescheduled 2 weeks later. I called the business and the manager was very rude.
