    Cone Appliance was sent by ******* to replace my ice maker. Their technician **** came and replaced it with a broken ice bucket. The technician told my daughter to call and request for a replacement if we want to. Why would you even replace it with a cracked bucket in the first place and now you are avoiding to replace it saying its out of warranty. I reported it to ******* and they created another ticket but Cone Appliance cancelled that ticket and ******* agents are not able to get in touch with them.

    INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT TECHNICIAN AND INEFFICEINT SERVICE.THEY MADE THE PROBLEM ACTUALLY WORSE.I FIND IT AMAZING THAT THIS COMPANY TRIES TO DEFEND ITSELF WHEN 99% OF THE COMPLAINTS ARE 1 STAR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    If I could give zero rating I would. This appliance repair has the worst customer service. The gals who answer the phone are rude and clueless. Cone is contracted with the extended warranty company Asurion. They rejected my claim thru the ********** Protection Plan because there was no sticker on my ******* range showing model and serial #, even tho **********, Asurion, and ******* all provided this info. They gave 2 dates for service yet apparently all along they never intended on coming to my home. Did they call me to tell me they rejected service and weren't coming? NO. I called them 5 times and left voice mails with no call back. They texted me several times using a text service from computer, and did not reply to questions I had. They argued with me incessantly over text and insisted I pull the range out from the wall to get to the sticker with the model and serial #s. I sent 6 photos showing that no such sticker existed. The gal I spoke to hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the office mgr, but she said he was too busy to speak with me, and that I need to take my issue up with *******. This company needs to have their contract terminated with Asurion because they do not know how to service customers with warranties. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    We have no contract with ******* and correct we are not allowed to service units with no model serial tags attached.  Reason being you can't order parts for the unit.

    I would give zero stars if I could absolute worst customer service from this company. Every time I call I am sent to their voicemail box and never receive a call back or if they do pick up I am always on an absurdly long hold. The only reason I am even having to deal with this company is because they are one of *******s 3rd party vendors to fix my dryer which has been inoperable for a month almost 2. The tech they sent the first time was utterly useless. He told us to leave the dryer unplugged because he suspected water damage. And that after it dries out it should work. Spoiler alert it didnt. I called ******* back to have them send out the tech again. ******* said THEY CLOSED THE TICKET! When they didnt even fix the problem. ******* then opened a second ticket which they NEVER called me for. I decided to call to see what the hold up was and ******* informed me they closed the second ticket AGAIN! Without even informing me both times. I am livid because I have been without a dryer this whole time. I called a third time and escalated this to a supervisor and I contacted the company again because I know they wont call me and they said they have to get prior authorization for a redo? What does that even mean. I already provided them with the third ticket number ******* has opened. I am furious at this point because no one is attempting to fix my dryer or order the correct parts. The machine has a sensor malfunction to which the first tech just had us hope for the best. I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE STAY AWAY! The only reason I am even having to deal with them is because I purchased this dryer recently and within 2 months of purchase I am having these issues. It is still under warranty and this is what I have to deal with.

    I waited one week for the service for the refrigerator - They canceled my ticket without reason. Only imagine July in *******, and the fridge doesn't work. There are 21 cases in the file on BBB against this company. - Sounds as if this company is a scamthe Attorney General must investigate this case.

    So far this company has been awful!!! Was directed through Samsung for a warranty jog, ended up canceling the initial visit, second visit they showed up but never finished the job. I've been calling them for 5 days and leaving msgs to follow up and nobody picks up the phone nor have the courtesy to return the messages. Even Samsung has been calling them and they don't answer or call back! Awful service!!!

    First of all we are not doing any out of warranty calls and you recvd that in a text message.  We know this because we have confirmation of the text message.  ************** doesn't call ** on out of warranty calls.  Third we have never been to your house so we could not have showed and then not completed the job. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TO ********************'s be very clear here.... WE ARE NOT SERVICING OUT OF WARRANTY UNITS.    You were out of warranty in 2021

    HORRIBLE!!! Samantha was SO VERY RUDE TO ME! I bought my GE dryer 10/2022 and it has already broken down. Therefore, it is IN warranty. SAMANTHA argued with me trying to tell me it’s no longer under warranty as of May 2023. Again, I bought it in October 2022!! She continued to argue with me and asking for the bill of sale. On top of that, she had an ATTITUDE with me the entire time and then wondered why I had an attitude! She told me to go A&E factory repair who told me to go through GE who told me to go through Cone!! SUCH A HEADACHE! Samantha needs to be released as she is NOT interested in giving great customer service.

    Well here's a big surprise there is no ******** that works for us.  Also we have the paperwork from GE that shows it was out of warranty.  The reason this conversation occurred was to request the receipt or bill of sale so we could show it was in warranty.

    The work completed was fine, but the technician said it was under warranty and we would not be charged parts, labor, or the service **** fee. We were charged the service fee of 200 and when I called to question it the person on the phone was very unprofessional. First I waited 15 minutes to talk to a person. Then the person said the technician isn't the person in the office so hiw would they know if it was under warranty. I said that the technician is a representative of their company trained by them and as the customer they had made a promise to me about the bill. *** said they didn't know what they were saying and have a goid day then hung up.
