This is the first time that I used BuyBackTronics and the entire process went great. They were competitive with their pricing and did a great job of communicating with me every step of the way so I knew the status of my trade-in. To top it all off, I had understated the specs on my MacBook Air M3 and the team caught this and actually increased my trade-in value by $30. They certainly didnt have to do this and I would have never known the difference. Its great to see the integrity of a company like this. Well done!

Avoid Buybacktronics at All Costs A Total Scam!I had an absolutely terrible experience with Buybacktronics and would strongly caution anyone against using this company. I found them through an iPhone selling marketplace, where they initially offered the highest bid for my phone. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a deceptive trap.I sent them a brand new iPhone in perfect condition, carefully packaged to ensure it arrived safely. When they received it, they claimed there was a deep scratch on the displaya blatant lie. I know for a fact the phone was flawless when I sent it. This feels like a deliberate scam to reduce the payout they committed to initially.On top of their dishonesty, they exceeded their promised transaction timeline, leaving me waiting far longer than expected. Their lack of communication made things even worse. **************** was absolutely abysmal, with representatives who were either unhelpful or dismissive. Its clear that this company operates with no integrity and is entirely unreliable.If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Buybacktronics. Their fraudulent practices and horrible service make them a nightmare to deal with. I wish I had researched them more thoroughly before entrusting them with my device.
