Awesome employees - such a positive attitude - hard working, friendly, efficient, and kind! Truck #1307 served my neighborhood today; Peterly was the driver, and Jeremy was the helper. Both were so helpful. I had a lot of yard waste, and they loaded all of it with a smile - I had been really worried about it as my husband is disabled - but as usual, they stepped up & went above & beyond to take care of everything! This has been one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. No one can ever give you a solution to a problem, no managers are ever available for assistance. I have been trying to have our tin removed for over two weeks as we canceled due to terrible serive and they can't even do that or provide a answer as to when. Would never recommend.Waste Pro USA, Inc.

The truck backed into my yard and crushed my leach field pipes coming from the septic tank. They had my tank emptied but want fix my pipes. The manager says. My septic system is old and that's not their responsibility to fix my yard. I sent pictures of the mudd hole in my front yard and everything but still no fix. Now I've got to fix Because the neighbors say it stinks like bow water. Thanks alot Waste Pro. Other than this they do a great job
