5 starsRecycling Driver Joshua and Recycling Helper Garry on truck #**** do a good job in our Neighborhood of picking up our recycle material..always careful to not leave a mess on the streets here.

Our Waste Pro recycling driver Harold Harris and helper Josh ******** do a great job in handling all our recycling. They leave the receptacle closed and to the side of road or driveway. Mr. ******** makes sure no objects are left lying about. They are always reliable. We appreciate all the ways Waste Pro and their hard working employees help us. Tom and Linda, ******** **** *****

I was not sure where to take this situation, but I am a business owner in Fort Myers Florida. I have ordered a larger trash dumpster to take my additional workload and after multiple (from Nov 22'-March 23') attempts to contact management, I have not received any contact in regards to this new dumpster/ invoicing. I have ordered additional pickups costing a considerable amount with some of these requests not being fulfilled and multiple times being charged for the dumpster being over filled. On several occasions my dumpster was not picked up on the scheduled day/time and would cause an overflow. Once again I ordered the larger dumpster in November 2022 with no response from Waste Pro on many requests via telephone and email now that their billing department wants their money. I will say the billing department at Waste Pro is perfect. They bill as soon the words are said on the phone, not after the service is provided. I have mentioned to Waste Pro billing department multiple times that if I were to bill my customers and provide a service, I would be out of business. Unfortunately I do not like having unpaid bills hanging, but on another note I do not pay for what I do not receive. I need to speak to Management at Waste Pro asap as I really don't need their billing department hurting my credit score.Waste Pro USA, Inc.

1 starTerrible company. Got special consideration from city due to my disability. After approved by city, Waste Pro didn't do their job. Contacted them multiple times to get my trash picked up. They kept telling me that it would be picked up that day but obviously lies. Don't know if it's incompetence or uncaring but definitely unprofessional.Review fromTim F

1 starWorst company. First call Dec 23. Called 3 more times for a water heater on neighbors adjoining drive that had been there since Dec 16 and an oven on my driveway put out Mon dec 26th. Was told items would be picked up mon-wed Jan 2-4. I talked to Erica, May and Tae Wednesday when items were still there. 2 supervisors escalated the pick up. That meant nothing. Come Friday the water heater had disappeared at 3pm but the oven remains. Really?Review fromJudith B

1 starWe were automatically switched to this company on Oct. 31, 2022. It is now Dec. 7, 2022 and my trash has not been picked up on time once. It has not been picked up at all twice. I've called several times with very unhelpful results.
