They are literally the worst company. Not only did I end up canceling services because they never picked up our trash, now 2 months later Im getting notifications we owe them $133. Tried to call to ask why we are still being billed despite their records showing we did indeed cancel back in October and was told a manger would call me back to resolve this and they never did of course. That was a week ago and now I just got another text notification we owe them the $133. I am beyond livid at this company. To no longer be a costumer and to still have to be dealing with their nonsense is insane. I have no faith *** ever get a call from the ***** manager to resolve this. Wastepro if you read this.STOP TRYING TO **** ME!!! I canceled in October!!! My name is ******* (*****) ******. You can find me in your system and call me to resolve this. I also left a voicemail on the Arden location machine so you have no excuse to not contact me and resolve this. Its simple. TAKE ME OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM AND STOP TRYING TO CHARGE ME

Dew P and ***** D do a great job with yard waste. Bundle it properly or put in your yard waste container. do not just throw your waste on a pile and expect them to handle it for you. A lot of trimmings have nasty thorns and spikes that burn like heck if jabbed by them.Waste Pro USA, Inc.

1 starHorrible service in **********. If you don't have a trash bin and you place the trash bags on the ground, they are too lazy to pick them up. When you call customer service, they say that someone will come by to pick up the garbage, but no one ever shows up, even if you call them every day. That being said, customer support team is great, only the trash pickup service is terrible.Review fromEd D

This company is named correctly! *31303935323931333638* should be there middle name.and the owner of this dump JJennings is just as bad as the other *33383634333930313436*ducts working there.NOT the guys on the trucks but the so-called managers that either sit on there A** all day or drive around with each other doing nothing other then ride the clock. **** ****** and **** ****** are a *31303935323931333638* of life!!! both these clowns should be cleaning bathrooms because both are useless!these 2 guys are a carbon copy of *** ***** in terms of not having the mental capacity to do there job. and JJennings could care less. all 3 of them need to step the * out of the way and let REAL managers take over so all the issues can be corrected.Waste Pro USA, Inc.

I am major problems with my trash getting picked up , my cans are up there and ready to picked up , I do have cameras and can prove that yaw have not picked up my trash . I called and was told my trash would be picked up and it was not , my account is in good standing, I pay for three months at a time , I would advise everyone to pick another company, just read all the reviews I am not the only person that gets there trash skippedWaste Pro USA, Inc.

Unfortunately, the previous driver had to abruptly retire due to health reasons. There is a new driver on this route, and we are working hard to get him trained as quickly as possible. We address all situations involving missed pickups. For this particular route, a truck is sent back to retrieve the trash within 24 hours no questions asked. A truck was dispatched to this residence this morning, 9/25, at 5:45 AM and the trash was picked up. We apologize for any inconvenience. 1 starThe worst experience with a garbage collection company. I ordered the service more than two months ago and I still haven't received the trash cans. When you call customer service they say that they don't know when they will make the delivery.
