      After posting no pick up yesterday they decided to pick up. Did not take trash to road. They will not come back today even tho I am very sick and dont have strength to bring back in. Making us wait a full week to come back. What can be done about this?

      I've been a loyal customer with ********************** for ** years despite all the negative reviews I've noticed on social platforms and numerous times my trash pickup was either missed or late. I canceled my service in April of 2024 due to the sale of my home. When cancelling, I specifically asked for any remaining balance due so I could make payment immediately and not have to worry about any later bills. I paid the representative over the phone the balance she gave me and she assured me I would not receive any further bills. She also stated I had a "unbilled credit" for $77.92 that I would be receiving in their next billing cycle. Here it is, August, four months later and I received a past due notice for $5.00 with the threat of sending to collections because they have been trying to contact me for 124 days. This is the FIRST notice I received for $5 due - no notice by mail or email. Furthermore, I have not received the unbilled credit. After finally getting through to a representative (voicemail box full, called again and was transferred) I spoke with two representative. Both commented they couldn't explain certain debits/credits they could see previously on my account, but confirmed I owe $5.00. The only positive I can say is their billing is on the same level of unsatisfactory as their scheduled pick up. Stay away from Waste Pro at all cost!!

      They want their money every quarter, but they sure don't pick up the trash! Trash stacked in my house because my can is overflowing and still cannot give an ETA of when it will be picked up. Absolutely ridiculous to pay that much and get no service!

      I did business with the company for over 5 years. They never told me about senior plan, even though I am in my 80's. I changed companies to get a better price, and now Waste Pro won't pick up their garbage barrel. I have called every week after the first week when they did not pick it up. They keep telling me they are running behind. I think they are waiting until they need the barrel. It has been over a month the the garbage barrel is still sitting in my driveway. Not even my barrel is in my driveway. How can I get rid of this ugly barrel on my driveway. Calling Waste Pro does no good. Am I allowed to take it to the dump, or sell it to someone who needs it ? what can I do to get rid of it ?

      They are the worst in customer service, I have called my sale rep ******** at least 5 times in the last 2 months and he would not return my calls, so I called from a phone without my caller ID and sure enough he pick up the phone, and I left messages about my issues of not dumping my dumper a number of times, then they said they had photos of a customer car part in front of it and all they had to do was blow there horn and it would have been moved in less than a minute, this is only one of many issues. When I call the office in clearwater they put me on hold for about 15 minutes and when they did pick up, they said they could not help me and had to transfer me to the business ***** Once again, I was put on hold for another 10 min, and when they picked up, they told me I had to send an e-mail and I did, and they never e-mailed me back, so I decided to stop paying them to get their attention, sure enough I start getting letters about past due invoices and they would not empty the container, in the meantime RATS have made it their home , so I had to call another company to bring another dumper , I have called them a number of times over and over to try to get this resolved, but they said I will have to pay them for the next 4 1/2 years , I just want to cancel the Contrack and move on, my next step is the consumer pretention of Florida, then a lawsuit, no one should have to go through this because of their lack of customer service. I could go on and on, but this has taken away enough time from my business, so I'll see what come of this before I take my next step.

      They used to be good now they are awful. They seem to miss yard waste many times sending them e mails does nothing. They have missed Recycle pickups all of this comes out of the ************ in Florida. ***** management must be a joke. They also have missed trash pickups in the past but getting better at that. And if a holiday falls on a Monday, they will not come the next day and pick up yard waste or recycle stuff you stuck for 7 days without a pickup. Real poor service.

      I contacted three times for them to cancel my service and remove the current bins. I even called their corporate for resolution, but still nothing has changed. They continue to bill me and failed to pick up their bins.
