I have been using Waste Pro in Panama City for a long time and have had to call and REMIND them to pick up my garbage waaaay too many times! Early December I told them it would be my last month so they would not charge me for the next quarter. They told me 12/27 would be my last trash pick up day and to leave my can out and they would also pick up my can that day. I HAD TO CALL AND REMIND THEM TO E.PTY MY GARBAGE AND HAVE BEGGED THEM TO PICK UP MY CAN. It is now Jan 2nd, they have now given me 3 dates as to when they will pick up my can and they didn't! It is still sitting in my driveway. I called this morning and after all this time of giving me bogus dates, she tells me it will be 10 working days and that I'm only on the 4th day because of the holidays. My next door neighbor canceled her service and she called and they picked hers up the same day! These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY WILL TELL YOU A DIFFERENT STORY EACH TIME YOU TALK TO THEM JUST TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

Very disappointed
I was late on my payment cause I was out of town .
My service got Suspended I went ahead and pay it on the weekend .
Wednesday came they did not took my garbage .
I went head and called and a very rude lady
That’s says she the supervisor treat it me really bad .
She said my garbage won’t be pick up to January 9 .
I pay for this December 23
I need to be with out service for 15 days .
My account says activate the minute I pay
Hold was removed to active .
I have left a few messages for Steve to call me
I got this name from a friend of mines .
I guess they are not giving him the messages
Worst company

I have many issues with the Town of Harrisburg, but with the trash pickup. Lester and Raymond, on Truck #****, are on top of it, and both do a great job of picking up all our trash with a simile on their faces. Waste Pro needs more employees like these guys. 1 starSince I’ve started with this company I’ve had to call every time it’s pickup day because they keep “missing” my house. I literally watched them pickup my neighbors garbage and they said they’re not in the area yet. Horrible service. Going to see my options and switch.Review fromRonald B

5 starsWe can't say enough about the exceptional performance of Dee and Travis in Longwood. Dee is always careful and considerate in driving our narrow street. Travis shows impressive conditioning and care in his "street performance" in all kinds of weather. It takes great teamwork and communication to move that quickly and that thoroughly in executing their mission. If I time it right, I sometimes can chase them down with two bottles of water during the summer. I suggest you try the same, but you got to be ready - and got to be fast. They don't stay in one place very long. Exceptional service!
