      While the prices have gradually gone up in previous years, it was not all that much until 2024 when all of a sudden it doubled. I was invoiced for the first period at $63.62 and paid in full. Then a week later I get another bill for $194.89 for the next period and a new balance on the paid in full invoice for all kinds of new fees they added with no warning of these charges. In another invoice we received that fees would be increasing in another county, not the one we are living in. I cancelled our service after receiving the invoice with the increase on it and our garbage was not picked up for the remaining last 2 week of the service period. They continue to bill me for $28.87 and now late charges. I have called and written a letter explaining everything and that I will not be paying these charges. I just got a letter saying that my account is suspended (which I cancelled) and they are going to send it to collections, which will cost way more than they would ever recover. They also have failed to pick up their containers that they were supposed to almost 2 months ago. I should be charging storage fees for them. Most of our neighbors ending up cancelling over the increase as well. I would leave less than 1 star but your are required to leave a rating.

      One evening this week, three kids walking their dogs started pulling frons from a trimmed so their dogs could chase the **** under the pile. Currently the frons are in the middle of the road, a hazard and no one will take responsibility to clean up the mess. This should have been resolved weeks ago! No excuses. This is your job and it prevents all the forward annoyance of dealing with more ill related issues. ****! Your creating problems by NOT doing your job properly. A blind man would have know those frons belonged to a palm 15' from the pile. I have called Waste Pro (no answer), Code Compliance and the ************ They point the finger at you Waste Pro. Three weeks ago the landscaper trimmed our palm trees. The frons placed correctly on the property line as there are empty lots on both sides of the home. Please note*** Neither of the lots have any palm trees or any vegetation larger than weeds. Waste Pro ignored picking up the frons for more than three weeks... they must have assumed the frons fell out of the sky and stacked themselves near the edge of the road on the property line. This is called lazy and incompetent. They have turned a simple work related job (which they are paid to do) into aggravation and embarrassment for the Cape. It appears the city and Waste Pro chooses rat infestation over getting the job done efficiently. This needs to be addressed. Where is the common sense here? Shame on you. I have several photos and videos I would love to share with Waste Pro first, and if necessary, Code Compliance, CCPD, Trust ************* Reviews, Consumer ******************** Services and even the Florida Attorney General.Simply asking for you to do your job and nothing more.********************

      Our company ordered a roll off container for some site clean up. The original contract was for $800. with extra tonnage to be calculated after pickup. That is ALL that was on our contract. There was a section that stated " A fuel recovery and environmental compliance fee" would be charged with no additional information as to how much that would be. After paying the $800 (plus $24. in credit card processing fee), we filled the roll off, and had it picked up. We were charged $1,164.60 in extra tonnage fees...and then charged $264.88 in environmental fees, $290.23 in fuel recovery fees, and then $317.52 in a franchise fee that was never disclosed on the contract we signed. The section with "franchise fee" was left blank. After speaking with ***** from Waste Pro, we were advised that while it was their mistake in not filling out the franchise fee section, we would still have to pay the fee, or a construction lien would be placed against our client. So the $800 roll off ended up costing us almost $3,000.

      Trash has not been picked up in three Weeks at my location, ***** has not been picked up either around my location in ***** Terrible Service, Ive ****************** in 3 Weeks, they lie to me and say they will schedule a truck to come but so far nothing

      Multiple times over the past year and on 2/10/2024 they have not picked up the garbage here in **************. I pay for this service and yet they do not provide. This is theft. Will be contacting Hollywood City Manager and filing complaints with any and all government entities that regulate this bs company.

      HORRIBLE Chairman and *** father and son or whatever duo are lost in the clouds.******* pickup is a thankless job, front line people are mostly ok but they just cant figure it out. They cant go outside contract with ******************* and city has morons for managers.Brick walls

      Repeatedly not getting our garbage and/or or recycling picked up. Constantly calling the local office with no resolution to this point. Would not recommend using Waste Pro as your garbage service if you have an option of using ANY other company.

      This company is the worse in the area, dont ever hire them, sneaky in to the garbage to find a reason to dont pick up your garbage, its uncomfortable been every collection day trying to guess if theyll pick or not your garbage ( since you baited then for the job), incredible if you place a lil diferente the. The ordinary, they wont pick it, I give up about this child games with this guys .
