I placed an order on 9/29/2023 and still waiting for my order to be delivered.My order number is ******.I reached out to **** via email and he assured me that my order would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks and still hasn't been received( 8 weeks and counting )I called twice ( yesterday and today) and no one picked up the phone. I am worrying about this business and my order and am not sure why it is getting this much delay.When a business is not able to secure the product they should not be charging until they have the product in stock and I didn't hear there is a shortage of metals.Please deliver my product and communicate the status of the order.Business Response

As of today, November 22nd, 2023, I have yet to receive shipment for order which I paid $2,343.45 on October 2nd, 2023 I purchased 100 ounces of 1 oz Silver Round - Various Designs (**** Pure Silver) SKU DD00297.The order which was promptly cleared by two phone conversations / including security verification by October 8th / Oct 6th 2023 respectively.This ********************** 55 days from final security verification/clearing is far beyond the maximum-communicated time in any documentation or phone conversation, and I would like to formally file a complaint with intention of quickly resolution by November 29th, 2023.I have respectfully made phone calls and have matching documented to instructed ************** to carefully confirm no issues on my side starting 1 month ago.- October 7th, 2023 for security received (I have verification email on November 11th)- October 8th, 2023 to confirm order cleared over phone. I also verified with financial institution.- October 16th 2023 for shipping update.- October 22nd, 2023 requesting order status, which was stated as shipping delays.- November 10th, 2023 states 5 business day delay.Also, I have contacted them by email on status November 6th with no reply, and attempted to call bak I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem in a simple manner. I am reaching out to seek your assistance with a matter concerning my recent orders placed with Gainesville Coins in **** *******.I placed two orders on their website, one on 9/29/23 and another on 10/3/23. The expected delivery time was 10 days after the funds cleared, which occurred on 10/2/23 and 10/5/23, respectively. The order should have been ready on Oct 16th and 19th.On 11/9/23, I contacted Gainesville Coins to inquire about the status of my orders. Unfortunately, my initial attempt to check on the existing order resulted in being on hold for over 10 minutes with no response. On my second attempt, using the option for new sales, I spoke with ******, who assured me that my orders would be ready the following week, and I would receive an update on the status.I subsequently sent an email to ******************************** but it bounced back as undeliverable, which raised additional concerns. On 11/10/23, **** emailed me, reassuring me that everything was in order, and I would be updated on the status. However, when I followed up with an email to **** on 11/16/23, I received no reply.Today, 11/20/23, after a lengthy hold time, I spoke with ******, who informed me that my order would be ready next week. Frustratingly, this is the same assurance I received two weeks ago.After reading concerning reviews on ****** and experiencing difficulties with communication and delays, I am growing increasingly worried. I placed an order on 9/28/23 and Gainseville Coins received the payment on October 4. They have a 10 day hold or processing time for orders paid by check. The order should have shipped 10/19 or the week after based on the 10 day wait for processing time for orders paid by check. If they had the silver rounds in stock when the order was placed it should not have been an issue to ship the order by that date or within a week of that date. It is now 11/17/23 which is 6 weeks after the date the check was received and 4 weeks (22 workign days) since the 10 day hold time for orders paid by check. They will no longer answer my calls. I would like the product I purchsed shipped and I do not want a refund since the price of the product has gone up dramatically since that time. This is looking like it is an absolute scam at this point.Business Response

I placed an order with gainesville (order no 100-491567) on 12/1/22 for 1ASE4-ROLL202023 1 oz American Silver Eagle - Roll of 20 Coins (BU) $759.60 1AGE92023 1 oz American Gold Eagle Coin $50 BU - $1,942.5 Total$2,728.56 They received my check on 12/8/22. The product was shipped on 2/24/23 but according the **** site, the package never left the **** PO. I sent them all the documentation requested for a lost package but despite repeated contacts with the company, I have not received the coins I paid for. Please help!Business Response

This Order was shipped on 2/24/2023 as you can see from the **** document attached. We never heard anything from the customer until 5/5/2023 claiming she never received her package. Every customer gets an email when their package is shipped it clearly states on our website if you suspect your package is lost to notify us asap, after 15 days our insurance company has the right to refuse to pay. We did not hear from this customer until 5/5/2023 2 and 1/2 months after her package was shipped. It then took many calls and emails before she sent back her affidavit stating she did not receive the package. We asked her to check with anyone else in the household and neighbors that *** have received the package by mistake. We also emailed asking her if she wanted her money back or a replacement We never heard back after that so we assumed she had received the pkg. We will go to our insurance company and see if they will still process the claim. And we will reach out to the customer.Initial Complaint

Order was placed with Gainesville Coins LLC on 9/19/2023 for "500" **** silver "1" ounce Buffalo coins. Paid $12,538.33 with "bank wire". Received a confirmation email for the funds and order. Had not been made aware, until after funding, that order fulfillment could take up to 4-6 weeks under certain unusual conditions. There was no product shortage according to a large dealer, Liberty Coin Co.,so I expected my order to experience no delay. After 4 weeks, however, I contacted "the company", Gainesville Coins LLC by email and telephone, and was told that my order would be shipped to me in the order that it was placed, and they could not determine when that would be. I have since, contacted the company every week since then requesting that my order be fulfilled. I even offered to drive 5 hours to their location, to pick up my ordered items, but was told that ordered items were not inventoried on site at their showroom, so I should not count on receiving my order any sooner by doing that. This week marks week number 8 that Gainesville Coins LLC has enjoyed useful custody of my financial assets, and I am feeling that I have not had a good faith experience in doing business with this company. I am also dismayed to have received, over the past few days, a business advertisement from this company purporting to have an A+ BBB rating "for safe shopping", and the same items that I ordered many weeks ago, (1 ounce **** Silver Buffalo rounds), are still being advertised in a forefront manner.Needless to say, I am concerned as to the safety of my purchase expenditure.I am a retired veteran. I placed an order on 9/11/23 for 20 x 1 oz Silver Rounds. Payment was made and sent to Gainesville Coins after payment cleared within a few days. I patiently waited a whole month for order to progress until trying to email them on 10/12/23 but their emails were down. I was able to email them the next day on 10/13/23 and was told everything was okay with my order. On 10/25/23 I emailed again to ask for an update but was given no response. The following day on 10/26/23 I called Gainseville Coins. It was confirmed by them that payment was received and that the order should ship within **** days. At the time of writing this on 11/5/23, 10 days have passed but the order has still not been shipped. It has been 55 days since placing my order. Another company was able to ship my order within 2 weeks during this same time. I have not recieved my order or my money back.Business Response

On the 14th of September, 2023 I placed an online order for a quantity of 20 - 1 oz. Silver Eagles from GainesvilleCoins.com located at: ***************************************. On the same day I mailed a personal check # **** in the amount of $578.45 as payment. Gainesville Coins has comfirmed they received payment and the check has cleared. Since then I have contacted GainevilleCoins both by email and by phone to request they expedite my order, but so far all I have been told is that it takes 3 - 5 weeks to complete. This is now the 26th of October and I called and spoke with *** who confirmed the order has still not been processed. I have requested she please make an attempt to expedite my order. At this point I would be happy to accept a full refund or the delivery of the Silver Eagles that I paid for. Thank you.Business Response

I purchased 80 silver rounds from Gainsville Coins back in July. I never received them, so I called and began trying to see why in September. Over the phone, I was told that my order had been cancelled because I never paid; However - I have the receipt of the purchase and the wire transfer in my bank history. - I placed the order July 13th.- My order was cancelled (supposedly) July 26th due to no payment without notifying me through any means.- I did not call the location until September to find out why I had not yet received my product, where I learned my purchase had been cancelled.- I requested the refund after speaking to **** of America and Gainesville Coins on Sept 7th/8th and was told it would be processed by the 11th, on Monday.- Monday came and went with no call or email.- Tuesday, Sept 12th I opened a claim with the BoA fraud department to get the refund processed, because the wire transfer in my bank account still showed that it was received, and no refund had been sent.- October 18th, I call BoA to try and determine if any progress was made and was told it could be up to 90 days before I see a refund, and that it is around day 26 of the process. BoA at this time has not heard anything back from Gainesville coins regarding this refund.Business Response

The only type of payments we accept are Bank Wires,and checks we clearly state on our website we do not accept ACH Payments, Our customer service department does not have access to bank records so they would have no way of knowing that there was an error made I researched this with our bank and they did make a mistake and allowed that ACH to be credited to one of our accounts. They never notified us of the payment at the time and that is why the order was cancelled for non payment. I have credited the amount to the customers account and have refunded with a check today. I see that the customer called once and simply inquired if the order had shipped, our customer service department explained the order had been cancelled due to non payment and the customer never mentioned anything about an ach payment or that her bank claims they sent payment. If they called us back and explained they believe payment was made we would have cleared this up months ago. Apparently its just easier to complain.
