    I placed an order ($1374.98) with Gaineville on October 11, 2023. I have ordered from them in the past, and I knew the would not ship for 4-6 weeks at times. I started inquiring about my order mid November. every time I called I was placed on hold after being on hold for over 30 mintues I was hung up on. I recalled the same problem. Called the next day talked to an employee wanting the status of my order I was told it'll ship the following week this was the middle of November. Order wasn't received. We called on first thing asking to speak with the owner on November 20, 2023 the employee stated he'll look into the issue & will have the owner/mananger call me back. No one called. I called back the end of the day was placed on hold for over 30 mintues again, it went to me leaving a message to return my call. They never returned my call. We've called Gainesville Coins to see where our order was at least 15 times since expecting the shipment within the next few days Nothing. Started calling early the morning of November 28, 2023 after hang **** leaving messages, hang *** again, at the end of the day an employee answered she again stated she see all the calls we've made! The employee gave the same response she & the others has given. Since we placed this order Gainesville Coins has taken our $1,374.98 hasn't sent us the product! The answers they're giving us when we call is it'll be shipped next week or our order is still being processed by the shipping department. After keep hearing the same answers. We informed the employee this answer isn't acceptable. The employee became rude, she started saying how she felt we were wrong for being ***et we felt they took our money & didn't receive or order! She started yelling us at this point! Gainesville Coins employee attituide turned hostile, unprofessial once we let her know the answers she was giving us didn't make since. As of today December 3, 2023 we still haven't received our order. We've demanded the fullfillment of our order & will not do any business with Gainesville Coins in the future.

    Oct 5 ordered 30 one ounce silver rounds. Received confirmation and an order number on the 10th. Dec 1 placed a call with no call back. Emailed Gainesville later that day. I did get a response of , "working on filling the order " No ETA provided.

    Placed an order with Gainsville Coins (******) with check included that they received on 10/16/23, check cleared 3 days later. Now Dec. 2 still waiting for my purchase. Nov.10 sent an email inquiring about the order, Nov.13, **** responded, everything was okay, order was still processing. Nov.27 sent another inquiring email, no response.

    I purchased 20 1 OZ Silver Rounds, and one 2023 1 OZ American Silver Eagle Roll of 20 Coins on 9/23/23. I was charged over $1000 dollars. I have not received the items as of 11/30/23. I called the company on 11/7/23 for an update and was told the items were not in stock but being shipped that week and I would receive tracking within a few days. That was my last contact with the company. I have sent four emails to the company since asking for an update and called five times, leaving a voice mail each time. No response. When you call you go to a que and sit there for 20 minutes each time until a voice message is requested. As of 11/30/23 (Approaching 11 weeks since my original order), I do not have my items, nor have I been contacted by the company at all with any updates or ETA's. I understand this industry has some delays but 11 weeks is not normal and the lack of feedback and follow up is now worrisome. I plan to contact my bank to report fraud if I'm not contacted within the next few business days and have either a tracking number or a full refund. Order #******

    Placed an order on oct 16th. Sent check immediately check arrived to them on the 23rd ( according to there email) check has cleared. No other correspondence from them since. Still have not recieved my order and it will be December 1st tommorow. Ive called multiple times and been given the run around. Same lady answers. And all she says is she will pass the information along. Cant give you anything else. I have since checked there reviews and this *********** what they do. No idea if people are acctualy getting there orders ever.

    Good morning! I ordered 110 silver rounds from Gainesville Coins on October 3, 2023. I sent payment in full ($2,496.95) by wire within 24 hours and received a confirmation email from Gainesville Coins which I can forward if needed. I was under the impression that delivery by mail would be made in or about 3 weeks from date of purchase. It will be 2 months this weekend since I placed my order and I still have not received my coins. I have both emailed and called Gainesville Coins and while they have always responded they continue to stress that they cannot tell me when the coins will be shipped. Have I been scammed?     I am rejecting this response because:   I still have no idea when I will receive my coins.  My main concern when I filed this complaint was not really that I had not received my coins but rather that both in their email responses to me as well as my phone conversations Gainesville Coins could not give me any answer as to when my coins would be shipped. To me it is obvious by their reply to my BBB complaint they have once again failed to give a timeline for delivery. The reply simply says "shortly." Given the fact that it has been more than 9 weeks since I placed my order I feel that Gainesville Coins should be able to give me an accurate timeline for shipping. Does "Shortly" mean I will get my coins before Christmas (my sincere hope)? Does it mean another 4 weeks? Another 6 weeks? There is no way to know.  I honestly do not want to make life difficult for anyone, I just want to know when I will get my coins, I don't think that is too much to ask at this point.

    Ordered coins 10/09/2023, never received. Contacted company 3 times. Made another 5 phone call attempts on 11/29/2023, only to be hung up on. Finally spoke with **** and was told my order has not shipped yet. Confirmation of order and check received attached.     I finally received the second order on 12/28/2023, only after another phone call was placed and talked to **** on 12/21/2023, the order was placed 10/09/2023.  Gainesville Coins cancelled one order when I emailed them asking for a delivery time.  I did receive a full refund.  It is too bad I did not receive the coins for the other order as the value increased approximately $520.00 since the order was placed.

    An order was placed with Gainesville Coins on October 2, 2023. for 40 silver coins. I have ordered from this company before with no issues. My check cleared my bank on October 10. It was my understanding items should be shipped 10 days after payment clears. I have called on multiple days in October and November, talking to customer service on five of the attempts to contact this company. The third contact, dating November 9, the customer service representative stated the order would be shipped next week. As of today, November 29, I have not received my items or a shipping conformation email. After attempting another contact with Gainesville Coins, customer service rep ****** answered and stated that he remembered talking with me at an earlier time. He put me on hold and after 45 more minutes on hold, the call was disconnected. Attempts were made to call again, with no answer. **************** and fulfilment of order is lacking. I would like to receive the coins I ordered.
