We ordered 320 silver rounds Oct 17th (ORDER NO. ******). The Check was received oct 20th. we have been patient and later requested information about when our order would be delivered. They have not provided any information about when our order will be shipped, either on the phone or by email. We feel strung along and are worried. Surely you can find some rounds of some kind from your vault or even if you have to drop ship them directly from a wholesaler. Placed order #****** with Gainesville Coins *************** on 10/11/2023, for 10x"1 oz ********** Kangaroo Gold Coins (Dates of our Choice)". I sent a check for a full payment in the amount of $19,919.45 USD (through Fidelity BillPay), which *********** received on 10/24/2023. After that, the Company were delaying shipping, I called them multiple times, and they were evasive about estimated shipping date, claiming there were "delays". Finally, after being given the runaround by **** (***********************) and his colleagues, on 12/7/2023 (Thursday) I requested that the order be cancelled -- they cancelled the order, we spoke with **** later that day (12/7/2023), and I asked to have the refund check to be sent with a tracking number. I called **** on the next day (Friday 12/8/2023), to confirm if the check was sent with a tracking number -- **** said that there was no tracking number, and that it was sent in the mail on Thursday (12/8/2023). Today (12/11/2023) I called the Company to inquire about the status of my refund -- their representative ****** answered the call, and said that the check HAD NOT BEEN SENT, instead the refund was sent for "processing" into Accounting. I told him that given that **** was claiming that the check had been sent in the mail, I was feeling very uncomfortable because they were giving me mixed signals (contradicting claims about the status of the refund) -- ****** told me that he would "prioritize" resolving that, and would get back to me the same day. Now it is past 6pm EST on 12/11/2023, nobody got back to me, and nobody is answering their phone. Dear BBB, Please help me receive a full refund for that order. I purchased 11 silver coins and 1 platinum coin on Gainsville Coins website on October 18 2023, order # ******, paid for by check. Received an email on 10/23/23 that they received my check, realized it takes 10 business days for the check to clear, I was expecting my coins to ship soon after that. I saw the money from my checking account was debited 10/24. I called the first time on 11/7 inquiring when to expect my order, did not get an answer. Called again 11/20 to inform that I will be out of town 11/27-11/30. Called again on 12/4 stating Im home until late December, please ship my coins ASAP. When I called on 11/20 and 12/4 I made it clear I have to travel and need to receive my coins when Im home, the man I spoke with seemed amused at my situation. I did not expect this to happen with Gainsville Coins, they were recommended to me by an investor I know. I hope to receive my coins or a full refund before the end of December.Business Response

Then I called again on 12/4/23 and told them Im home and will be home until late December and to ship my coins ASAP. I have cancelled all my travel plans because of this and will be home from now on.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received my coins yet. I just called Gainsville Coins ( GC ) Tuesday January 9 and spoke with ***** regarding my order. I asked her why I have not received my coins, she looked into it and told me that I had asked GC to hold my coins until after January 25 2024. This was the same reply to my first complaint through the BBB that I received on December 20 2023. I rejected their reply on 12/21/23, informed GC I placed a hold on my coins from 11/27/23/-11/30/23 and called GC on 12/4/23 to say Im home please ship my coins ASAP. I informed ***** from GC about this and told her if my coins dont ship by this Friday 1/12/24 I will take legal action against GC by Monday 1/15/24.

I am rejecting this response because: Gainsville Coins ( GC ) made a partial shipment as shown by their own email to me captured in the screenshot I attached. GC sent all my 11 silver coins, worth $268.28 USD, the receipt is attached in a JPG picture labeled X2. GC still needs to ship to me my Platinum coin worth $990.52 USD. The original order # ****** is attached X.jpg shows I purchased this platinum coin that I have not yet received. Since GC shipped my silver coins Thursday, I received them Saturday, I have not yet taken legal action against GC. I encourage GC to ship my platinum coin to me ASAP and feel free to contact me with any questions or information. I have been waiting since October 18 2023.

Here are the chain of events On October 4, I placed an order for 2 Silver monster boxes of coins ( American Eagle and ******** Maple Leafs) for $25, 225 I sent in my check, and it was confirmed received on October 23, 2023 It was confirmed cashed on October 24, 2023 by my bank I contacted Gainesville by email (11/14/23) and got a response from ******* that my check was late so they would not be able to place my order; yet this is over than 2 weeks since they cash my check.I reached out again on 11/22/23 and got the same answer from ******* that I received in the prior email ( all of these details are documented in the attached document)On Wednesday December 6, I called Gainesville to get an update; I spoke to a person named ****, and got the same late check story and that they had no update.........after a bit of a "heated" discussion, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and he said he was the only one I can talk to.As of this writing on Friday 12/8/23, there has been no response from them I went into their website to look at the reviews and almost all of them are terrible indicating the same issue I am experiencing.I have no proof but this looks like a classic Ponzi scheme I have attached a document will the emails and correspondence, so would appreciate your help My goal is to get my monster boxes, but a refund would be welcomed also.Thank you for your help in this matter ********************Business Response

I ordered coins with a total amount of $3,160.68 from the above mentioned company. Sales order was confirmed on October 12th 2023 and the check was cleared October 20th 2023. I have not received a delivery of these coins. I contacted Gainesville Coins several times regarding delivery. Each time a secretary answered the phone and took my phone number telling me someone would return my call. However, as of this date December 8, ******************************************************************* on when a delivery will be sent. At this time I prefer that all monies I paid be returned to me. As a senior citizen, I feel this company took advantage of me causing unnecessary stress.Business Response

I placed an order on Oct. 5, 2023 and sent a wire for the funds which the business acknowledged receiving on Oct. 6. Several weeks later I received an email from **** telling me everything was fine with my order (******) and would be shipped soon. A month later I inquired as to the status and was told it was in the queue and to be patient. Follow up emails have gone unanswered as have phone calls. Yesterday I actually spoke with someone who did my order was close to being shipped and someone would call me by the end of the day to confirm. Nobody did.
