    I placed an order on August 15, they received my check and cashed it within 10 days, today is Oct 18th, 2023, I have yet to receive my order. There is basically no communication with Gainesville Coins, I have called at least 4 times, the last 3 times all they would say is "we don't know when it will ship". I asked for more info today and they became rude, they said it was in shipping, and I should track it by shipping. I told her I haven't received any emails from them, and she said only I must track it by email, and she didn't know anything else about what was going on and hung up. I have now tried calling the accounting department and no one answers. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. I suspect fraud.

    Horrible service, ordered and Paid for order via wire transfer recieved the same day hold released on the same day via their email. Discussed when this would ship via a customer service rep and told 15 days from wire being recieved conversation was documented and recorded It has now been 20 days and now they are saying it could be 3 to 5 weeks and I agreed to it which I did not, and even if I did why was I told 15 days. A big run around, no response to email. Next step is ******* **** of ******** Protection. Order #: ****** I want my order refunded now if you cannot ship the coins

    I cannot get this company to deliver my fully paid order. It was confirmed personally by Email that..." for order #******, the check clears our 10 day hold on 8/28..." As it is about 3 weeks since the order SHOULD HAVE SHIPPED, I cannot get anyone to give me an answer as to when it will be shipped or, lately, to get anyone to return my Email or voicemail.

    Gainesville coins received my payment for three 1oz American Gold Eagles on 23 Aug 2023. I was told there would be a 10 business day hold for my check to clear before my order would ship. I contacted them 11 Sept to get an update on when my order would ship. A curt employee told me they had no idea when it would ship but that they were experiencing a huge shipping backlog. I call BS and believe they are stonewalling deliberately.

    Ordered August 6th. After a month, asked them the status of the order. They said they are behind and do not have an estimated ship date. Refused to respond to subsequent emails or phone calls. Guess I was scammed.Never again!

    We placed our order and were told 4 week's for shipping. 8 week's later and we still do not have our order. We are being stonewalling by this company who say nothing in 20 phone calls to them but...Sorry sir....no answers given....nothing...we feel like they are using our money and like we have been defrauded. We are ready to take the next step. My son work's for *************************** in *************** Let's see how they fare with that organization. I'm sick of their stonewalling bs.

    placed order 8/5/23. called and was given a vague excuse regarding a backup d/t orders. Checked again today, 8/7. was on hold for over 40 mins and hung up on. I heard someone pick up and then hang up. Have tried to call back and no answer multiple times using all the options in the phone tree. Tried to send an email and it bounced back with a statement their mailbox is under maintenance. Going to contact my credit card company to deal with this. Of note, they are still taking orders stating it is "In Stock" as of today.
