    We are trying to transfer our service to another provider. We were told our phones were unlocked & numbers ported to the other provider. They werent unlocked so we have been left w/o service although we are paid thru the end of the month. We cant log into our account because they have the wrong email associated with our account and refuse to update even tho they have validated our service thru my safety PIN. They keep telling us theyll email directions on how to unlock our phones BUT THEY HAVE THE WRONG EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH OUR ACCOUNT. This company is absolute trash!

    ************ i bought 2 brand new unlocked phones for my wife and son , my wife kept the same company ******** changed the sim card few minutes later she was set and enjoyed her Christmas gift , i decided for my 10 years old son to get this infamous TOTALBYVERIZON , i went to wal-mart they sold me BYOP sim card and $ 30 dollars a month totalbyverizon Plan Card , i have BEEN ON THE ***** WITH THEM FOR ONE WEEK NOW and my son's phone is not activated yet after at list a dozen interactions with their ***************** last night they told that i need to buy a new sim card and a new plan!!! HOW THESE SCAMMERS WENT UNOTTICED FOR SO LONG ? i will Give them 5 negative stars ! How rude they are in the *****************

    Ever since they switched over from total wireless to total by Verizon I've never been able to get a good signal my wife's phone has recently had the same problems that my phone had and it took them 2 months to get my phone to where it would make calls It's lucky that me and my wife can use ******** to call with our phones otherwise our phones would be useless I Had to call for 3 weeks to get my phone fixed and now in the last week I've called 5 times and every time they ask the same protocol questions repeat your numbers give your name and they give me the run around I'm paying for a service.. that they can't figure out why it doesn't work even though it worked fine for the last 6 years when it was called total wireless. The customer service was never really that good but it's horrible now I mean it's terrible Sometimes you can't understand what the person is saying and then sometimes you get people that just don't know what they're even doing they're just reading out of their book trying to go by protocol but they don't realize you've already been on the line with someone else 5 other times.. we can't use are phones to call out but we are paying every month. Thats really bad business practices.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service deserves a rating of NEGATIVE ****. They don't know what they're doing, they're rude, and they continually hang up on you, and then you have to call back and start at the bottom AGAIN....over and over and over. Their live chat is no better. When they don't want to solve an issue they just abruptly end the chat. Today they cut off my phone service and hung up on me without any warning. All I wanted to do was change the billing to a different credit card. Ridiculous!

    My daughter's phone was not working. It was not making or receiving calls Or texts I had called 2 days ago and they told me it was a network issue which was odd because my other daughter has the same service and her phone was working just fine they told me it would take 24 hours for it to be fixed I waited and called them back After 24 hours to let them know the issue was still there. After talking with a rep for an hour and 45 minutes he tried several troubleshooting ideas which didn't work and after that he Scheduled a call back for the following day which they called back and I spent another hour and a 1/2 with another rap trying to fix it still the same issue, He told me he call me back in 30 minutes with another solution he did not call me back I waited 2 and a 1/2 hours before I called again this time the rep tried several things again and lo and behold it was the same troubleshooting ideas. At this point I was so fed up I told her I wanted to cancel my services which they were quick to do but what they didn't do was tell me that I needed a transfer pin to change to another Carrier after I turned off my services. When I called them back to get my transfer pin they told me I needed a service plan to get the transfer pin ??they said they need to text it which obviously I could not get it because the phone was not working and receiving texts. After spending 45 minutes given the run around I finally hung up on them and called my new Carrier to let them know I just wanted to change my phone numbers completely instead of keeping my old ones because total wireless ***** and they're not helpful when you're trying to leave despite All the patience I had for them to fix my issue and to add insult to injury they made me purchase a new service plan just to get the transfer pin which they still tried to text and it's not working. I asked them to email it to me and they just kept trying to send it through a text. Buyer beware

    I use to think more of Verizon but the Total by Verizon prepaid service is awful. My phone doesn't even work correctly half the time.. I cant call or receive calls at the moment.. Noone knows why.. The customer service agent overcharged me even after I told her my plan didn't cost that much.. And now they won't refund me cause they said I've already used some of the services. Bs! I cant even use my phone to call them.. Smh!!

    I would leave a negative star if I could. I spent my last 3 days on the phone with Total by Verizon to try to figure out why they inactive my service after they charged me. The techs on call centers keep asking the same questions over and over again and out you on hold while they try to info. I was always able to contact somebody but every single were unable to help me. I dont care about the payment, I just wanted my phone number back.

    I have been a customer of ******************** for 5 years, and never had any problems. I was saddened to learn that Verizon purchased Total Wireless. My wife's phone will not make or recieve calls for the last 24 hours. I called customer no service, and spent over an hour turning off phone, rebooting, reinstalling SIM card over and over per customer service request. She still cannot make calls. After an hour the 2nd rep. finally says they are having service issues in the area. Funny how my wife and I have the same brand phone/model, purchased at the same time, but mine works. Trying to get resolution for a problem with Total By Verizon is an act of insanity. They have no customer service. The bakground noise on the call was so noisy, it was hard to understand what the rep was saying. Sounded like she was in a noisy bar.

    Total by Verizon's customer service is abysmal! After thoroughly reading their website FAQs * support pages, I ordered a new IPhone14 from Apple. Everywhere you look on their website, it states VERY CLEARLY that they support unlocked iPhone14 with eSIM. I was unable to activate online as there was no option showing for eSIM, just "I have a SIM ***** * ********* a SIM *****. Three days and four calls later, after being disconnected, told to try the website (twice), escalated to a higher level of tech support, and told there must be a malfunction on the site ("we'll call you back"- shocker- they didn't), I finally get a manager that tells me Total by Verizon DOES NOT support eSIM, even though the website CLEARLY states that they do! He can't explain why the website states that they DO support eSIM when they do not, as he can't see where it says that anywhere! I would have had no problem if they had just been up front and said that this wasn't something they could do instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time (and money- I would have purchased an iPhone13 direct from Total had they just said they did not support the 14!) They have lost a long-time customer with this nonsense. I have switched providers- took 10 minutes, they activated my eSIM with no problem, and it's cheaper!

    SCAM ALERT! I'm not one to express myself through customer review platforms but, my ********************** thoughts and experiences about / with, "Total By Verizon" line up appropriately with current customer review(s), 1.16/5 ratings! Wish i could note a, "O" rating! This buyout / transaction made by Verizon has literally destroyed all the good of the once sole Total Wireless platform! I've been promised a free replacement phone b/c of unforeseen damage to my existing phone and d/t having a free, no questions asked replacement guarantee. Still waiting for the phone to show up on my door step as promised! Numerous & extended phone calls / wait times, promised call backs which were never received, lack of expertise, lies and deceitful commentaries from each and every CSR that I had phone dialogue with. My 100+% recommendation is to stay as far away as you can from, Total By Verizon and make a promise to yourself to engage your business elsewhere with good, honest, and reliable people.
