    Terrible customer service they can't do anything for the customer because of the stores s**** *** honestly stay way this place is a scam don't waste your money at this place promos might look good but they are so vague it's not worth it

    I told them my phone was stolen and I simply wanted my debit cards and credit cards on file to be removed from my account. They said they can't do that unless they can get the code from my phone. That Is horrible if someone was trying to use my cards they will be responsible because the right person with the right sense would just enter their card number to the account if it's not a problem and if it's really the owner of "their" card they would not have a problem with re-entering their payment methods.

    Total Wireless would not honor promotional plan purchased from their website. After spending literally hours on the phone with multiple departments, I was told different things by each department about the promotion that contradicted statements made by other departments. All in all they apologized that the promotion was misleading and approved my refund but I've yet to see it post to my credit card. Will likely have to dispute it with the credit card company. I'd stay away from this company as they have some very shady business practices.

    *** the worst porting experience ever. 1st my phones internet not working and when i contact support they lied and said my phones must be locked to other carrier. how if the calls and text working plus this phone was originally at verizon then t-mobile not total wireless so it for sure not locked the reps are rude and not english and refused to transfer to a supervisor or someone to help.

    I called into TBV as I wanted to port my number over to Straight Talk given that there plans were $25 / month ($50 for 2 lines) in which my Total by Verizon service plan was $110 / month (somehow it converted to $85 a month I think when they realized I wanted to port out to ST).Here's the issue, one of there **** proposed a better plan to retain our business, in which we entertained, however do to a disc***ancy we decided to not go forward with her particular offer, however the *** deactivated our line in the process and we didn't realize this until we were off the phone and when I wasn't able to use my phone.Upon realizing this I called in to get my line activated and they refuse to do so, given that my service was about to be up and they required me to pay for the following month in order to reactivate it. However my position was it shouldn't have been manually deactivated in the first place as I never gave the *** consent to do so and I required them to reactivate it and then I would have either paid for the next month or ported over to a different ********** you can imagine that conversation wasn't solution oriented, in fact I was met by several rude managers with TBV and Straight Talk as it seems this was a call center that managed both accounts possibly, they simply navigate from account to account.The next day, we realized they reactivated my line and deactivated my 2nd line which was my GF phone in which her plan was suppose to go until Sept 18th and it was deactivated on Sept 9th.We contacted *** and they said it was a system error. Whether it was intentional or a system error, TBV refused to resolve it right away, as the manager I was speaking with told us we had to wait 24 hours lol in order to get our phone that's was supposed to be active reactivated.I then asked for a pro-rated refund or a full refund they refuse to do either. #****** #****** #******

    I called customer service to refill my plan. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service just to get disconnected at the end of the call and for my phone to be unregistered from their network by disabling me from dialing 611 back. I purchased a 15 day plan with 10 gb of data. Verizon capped me at 5 ******** could not utilize the other 5 gbs of data. I asked to be accommodated for the 5 gbs they would not allow me to use. Everyone I spoke to in customer service advised me what they couldn't do. They could not refund me for the service I previously paid, they couldn't get me a manager to speak with, they couldn't find any alternate resolution to rectify my problem. A service I paid for that I could not utilize in its entirety. It would've been nice to hear or had been told what could be done, rather than not. There was no total care. I spoke with ****** in the refund department and he advised me he can't refund me anything because the plan that was used had been expired and he was unable to reference or confirm the use of my data. After informing him that's not my problem because I did not have anything to do with the selenite development of their software or systems, I offered to send him my text i received from Verizon informing me I had reached my max data at 5 gbs. ******, who was supposedly a manager in the refund department, advised he could not receive that confirmation via email or sms text. I then asked who's fault is it that he can't confirm what he needs to refund me, he then said it was my fault. I asked him to ***eat it, and then he denied he said it was my fault. After I asked for an Alternate manager he refused to get me over to one. He said he couldn't transfer me and I'd have to callback to speak with someone else. After further escalation, he transferred me to the corporate office where I spoke with a *** for 30 seconds before I was disconnected and unregistered from the network. Worst customer service experience ever.

    This company has been the worse experience ever. My phone never works properly. Customer service are rude and will hang up on you. No one cares. I hate that I have spent 1 cent with this company

    This company deserves to be 0. I decided I was going to switch my family and I over to total. They seemed very price conscious and was In my budget with great pricing. I was porting numbers to this company. I decided to go first since I was the main account holder. I have been dealing with no phone service for the past 24hrs. My first experience was with an agent that put me on the wrong phone plan. Scheduled a callback for me to add multiple lines no call back (thats there thing they love to lie saying someone is calling you back and schedule a time just to not receive a call). They will transfer you around like youre visiting the whole world. Then have reiterate yourself over and over again about the same situation. I honestly believe they do not know what they are doing. Non of the agents were helpful. I asked to get a new number because its too much of a hassle. No one could help me with that either. I have never in my life have a had such a horrible experience with a company and Ive only been with the service for less than 24hrs. I dont think they should be a company. They made me regret even considering Total by Verizon. They wont even refund for the plan she charged me incorrectly on because they say the account isnt active yet but your the ones that cant seem to activate it but took my money. The countless times of repeating myself just to get know help has been such a disappointing state. I highly recommend anyone to not use this company they fail at customer service and quality.

    Terrible customer service. Refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. They said supervisors don't talk to the customers. Refused to give me information on how to get in touch with a supervisor. Lied to me about transferring to a new phone. Activated new phone and when it came time to transfer contacts and data they said they are not responsible for this. They said there is no way to do this. Continued to state....I have successfully completed my job today." I will be switching carriers and since Verizon is associated I will switch all my personal lines after 14 years of service. They need to realize that poor customer service will destroy their relationships with long term customers. Not worth the savings for the stress they cause.
