    Had to file fraud charges with my bank because they kept double charging my account with auto-pay. When I reached out to their customer service rep I was spoken to very rudely and she refused to assist me with the issue. Now I am trying to take my phone elsewhere and they are giving me the run around on the transfer PIN.

    I brought a ********** number would come up as another person's name on people's caller ID. They advised there was no where for them to update & put my name to the account. I literally switched from them, why would they have someone else's name on the account once it's activated & a person signed up for mthly plan. That's seems illegal & I also will be reaching out to BBB

    Absolutely the worst ever! Would not ever do business with them again. My phone would not receive pictures and would not WiFi call. After 2 days with outsourced customer service telling me to restart my phone, I took the phone back to ********

    We have been a Total Wireless now Total by Verizon customer for years. I had a 4 device plan. Until NOW, never had an issue. Since Verizon took over, Nothing but problems! I contacted customer service on March 27th to change to a 3 device plan. The agent explained the details of the plan for $85. unlimited talk text and data I confirmed the information with the agent. 10 days later I receive a text and email stating the data is near limit 60 gb. Phoned customer service (using the term loosely) 10 days later March 27th 1st with all 4 devices we never came close to this amount of data! 2nd It was stated by the agent and confirmed by me that it was unlimited data. The agent on the March 27th again confirmed unlimited data and she advised to disregard the text and email received. April 1st we all 3 devices have no data Called ****** for assistance they are in the Philippines office They are unwilling to connect a customer to a supervisor. I was told to explain my issue and then they would connect me to a supervisor Once I had explained the refused to transfer to a supervisor I was told that the supervisors do not speak to customers What!?! Called customer service several more times to have my issue resolved One agent went as far as having a co agent say that they were a manager! OUTRAGEOUS! When questioned the agent confessed that they were not a manager. They stated that they would not transfer me to any supervisor nor provide a number to contact anyone This is why we are now leaving TOTAL by VERIZON They need to address their contract with this company handling their customer service! I will never return to Verizon

    It has been a nightmare trying to get customer service. HORRIBLE waste of time. Over 24 calls to customer service and more than 30 hours of wasted time with NO positive results. Just awful.

    We have a 4 line plan active. Attempting to purchase 4 new phones using a service plan to receive them for free. Purchased the first 2 online free. CS on phone said we had to open a new order to receive next 2 free. But website continued to charge us rather than provide free. Was on the phone for over 2 hours before CS stated you can only get 2 phones free and have to purchase the next two. So then we asked for the order to be cancelled. CS stated they cannot do that. We have to wait for UPS to deliver and refuse delivery. No way we can catch UPS walking up as they just toss and run anytime something is delivered. We have to wait for receipt, open the box to find the return label and then wait up to 30 days for Total to process and refund our money. In the meantime, we are now out $78. They deceive you on the web site stating at first that the phone is free, then showing in the shopping cart that it is charged at full price. Also all CS reps are overseas with difficult language barrier. I asked to be transferred to the US to continue my call. They stated they cannot do that. So even though the company is based in Florida, you have no way to talk to someone in-country. This has probably been the worst customer service I have ever received for any product. They don't care about the customer as long as you keep paying for services every month. I wish I could leave zero stars.

    This company has zero stars. This crappy company should be sanctioned since both the staff who provide service in the store and also on the phone They do not provide customer satisfaction. They do what they want. When you are looking to solve a problem with the phone, whether it be data, calls, etc., the supposedly agents do not have professionalism, experience, ethics, respect for clients and suppliers. This company is not from Verizon, this is a company that the ******************* uses to give phones to people and now they are trying to scam to people by deceiving them with false promotions and discounts and offers, we need an agent or superior from Customer Affairs to intervene so that this company can be sanctioned that do not solve any of the problems that one has on cell phones are solved and they still have the nerve to charge you for the month of service when they already know the situation that each client is experiencing.

    0 stars, purchased a SIM and 40 dollar card for my nephew, phone would not work, ******* took the 7 dollar SIM card back, willl not refund money. Called Total by Verizon, still no refund!!! IF THE **** DOES NOT WORK, THEN THEY SHOULD SEND YOUR MONEY BACK TO YOU. TRASH, USE THE OTHER PHONE ****S!!!! I added him to my VERIZON plan for 10 dollars a month, s**** this trashy company.

    Do not do business with the total Verizon at 4705 West Pulaski I would love to believe that I was getting good service I paid for a free phone that was supposed to be for free I'll let you believe that I got a free case and a charger I was charged $110 was not able to transfer my contacts and pictures to my new phone and was posting it to my old phone I don't think he knew what he was doing I had to go to another total Verizon to get contacts and pictures transferred to the new phone a waste of time I asked for $30 plan was given $50 plan and then when I asked for the phone that I wanted I was told that it was not in stock but he can hook me up with the better phone do not do business with that phone company at Pulaski a waste of money I'm going back to MetroPCS
