    I purchased a total by Verizon keep your phone kit and also a plan card for a month. I tried to transfer my number, put all the correct info in and it took my money, didnt provide me service. I tried to contact the customer care team and I was hung up on 3 times. So not only did I lose service by spectrum trying to switch, I was robbed $60. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SWITCH AND KEEP YOUR NUMBER

    RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrendous customer service, scam company!! Ordered a phone and wanted to return, which you can per their fine print, which I read before purchasing. Never received a confirmation or shipping email so I had no details of this purchase. Called repeatedly to initiate a return on this unopened phone. On hold 45 minutes while a return ticket was created.. I gave them my email and asked them to read my email back to me to ensure it was correct so that I would get a confirmation that a ticket was created. Was told its against their policy to repeat my information back to me ?! Was supposed to receive a box for mailing it back, (still have not 2 weeks later) Called again the next day, was told they have no way of finding my order. I never received any confirmation or shipping email yet I got an activation email so you had my email all along. You are trying to make returns impossible so you force a person to pay a $300 unlocking fee or force them into service for a year (told to me by 3 reps) your fine print says 60 days for an IPhone so that is another lie. Absolutely disturbing business practices.

    I would leave a no star Revit if I could. I spent three days days on the phone between Verizon wireless and Total by Verizon to attempt to port over my daughters phone number. Total by Verizon told me approximately 6 or 7 times there was no ***************. When Verizon attempted to port the number over they said it was protected and the pin would not go through. After I had Verizon do a three way call and we still got no where I told them to forget the port and just give me a new number on the phone. Not ideal but I already had over seven hours and over a dozen calls on to get the information and go through with the port. This company is a joke and all call centers are located in ***** somewhere. I was always able to contact somebody but every single one either lied to me or was unable to help me. I do not recommend this compt to anyone. I would spend three times as much to be able to have full access to my account and my phone.

    I was with Total Wireless for several years. I started having issues when they were bought out by Verizon. I decided to move my phone service to another provider. Total by Verizon kept giving me the run around instead of letting me transfer my phone number. I have spent several hours over eight days on the phone trying to transfer my number. I cannot get any common sense resolution from Total. I advise everyone not to utilize Total by Verizon.

    Ordered a cell phone from them. Got a tracking number with **** Tried to track the order but no information would load. Called total and after 45 minutes, they told me no information was found on their end. Told me that i would have to call my bank and ask for a refund. Now when i check the information of the order, no information will load. This company has no idea what they are doing so they deleted the transaction. Sounds like scam to me.

    Since taken over by Verizon the phone service is facetious to say the least.What a scam service is terrible and they rob you of your data.My data with total would last me the whole month,now not even two weeks.If looking for a good phone service,choose someone else.

    Buyer beware! The only reason why I cant give this a lower rating is because it only lets me give one star. **************** is a nightmare. If you ever have hopes of switching to a different provider they will find a loophole to hold onto your phone number. The closest thing I can describe it as is technological terrorism. Theyre very careful with what they say and you will spend hours on the phone with them and not get anywhere. I would not recommend this company they are very unprofessional and unaccommodating. It is anything but customer service. We even went to our new providers store to try to get them to talk from provider to provider. Our new provider spent four hours on the phone with them and got nowhere. In the long run I would stay away from this company.

    Total by Verizon is a ripoff ,,,changed my phone over to t mobile,,and guess what total by Verizon keeps charging me,,after repeat phone calls to customer service,,they say i don't have an account with them,,,,then why are they still taking my money,,,all I want is a refund and be done with this *************

    we bought a sim kit and 1 month plan. Over 24 hours later, we've spoken to numerous "techs", chatted with them too, and we still can not get service. When we have started to ask for a supervisor, they say they are not allowed to transfer us to a supervisor and someone will call us back in 30 minutes. They won't call us back. One service tech refused to help us until we put a credit card on our account. Even though we knew we did not have to, we did, and even though we said 4 or 5 times as clear as day, "DO NOT CHARGE THE ****** he still charged another month. And the credit card is not on our account. This is some of the worst predatory practices I have seen.

    I have had total wireless for about 4 years with out issue and then ******* bought them. I had a multi line plan and my mom and I paid 63 bucks for 2 phones it was a good deal, but she is disabled so she used the *** program so I signed her up for that and now her phone is free and I only have a single line plan. I decided to add my friend to my plan and he a SIM card over nighted and they said it would be to us monday November 28th 2022, first complaint we didnt not receive it until Wednesday. Not that big of deal right? Well we tried to transfer his phone number and they said they would do it and call me back in 3 hours I wanted to add his phone line to my account so I had a multi line plan again as they are offering big specials an unlimited phone plan for 85$ a month no hidden fees with 2 little new thats ***** a line well they lied and said they couldnt bring his Old number back so we had to go ahead and get a new number which was very frustrating but I went ahead and did that once I did that I signed up for a multilane plan and they were supposed to put both my phone and my partners phone in a multi line plan for $85 a month but instead they left my plan on a single plan on phone number and added his phone number onto a $60 plan so the total bill would be about $100. Well, the special is some kind of holiday special and they will not honor it which is false advertising. Ive called several times and their agents are very rude they dont want to help me. They wont let me speak to a supervisor, they wont let me talk to anybody. Honestly, Ive never gotten such a horrible customer service from them in my life. The ********* * talked to her name was *********** she ********************. She was the worst Ive ever talk to at the company and refuse to do anything saying that Im stuck with it until my plan ends on the eighth I need a resolution and I need to talk to somebody in leader ship or else Im gonna cancel.
