    Total is probably one of the worst, and uncaring company. I have no air conditiong, they sent someone this morning who said I needed a new thermostat, he went on the roof and said he changed a switch, and it would cool down. He told me if it didn't to call and he would come back. It actually got hotter in here. I called and was told ***** could come until the next day, because the guy who was here wasn't answering his phone. I told them I'm in my 70's and can't breathe in here and am sick. They would not get me anyone. How terrible, and they want to send the same guy, who didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I would not recommend this company.

    Absolutely terrible company. I have never dealt with such incompetence. Took 3 weeks to try to transfer my phone number, and they just wouldnt do it. Then threatened that it would take $300 to release my phone. Not a single service employee knew what they were doing or what to do. Incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. ***** would frequently drop and they never once reached out to me. Never returned calls. Aside from their customer service, the actual phone service is iffy. Overall good, but at times the service would go dead even when I had bars. 2-3 bars and no service whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs. Not worth saving the money, save your sanity instead.

    Like everyone else who has left a review, I too am sorry I bought this phone. Set up my voicemail only to find out that the pin I used wouldn't work. Called customer service and they said I would need another phone in order for them to reset my phone. I finally got a second phone and ******* said she had limited resources and would have to connect me with someone else and then got a message that there wasn't anyone available to help so call back. Terrible service, takes forever for apps to load, dropped call, and I too have lost $ to them. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!

    They are obviously taking people's money. Nothing but corruption. I spent $50 to find out the technical support would have to be called from a neighbor's phone.. only so they would tell me it's a problem with the phone. It's a problem with the company said CVS. But, I expected this to happen again because what can a person do when a giant company is the new monopoly in town?

    Another big company ripping off consumers. Service end date for Total wireless is 11/28/22. I purchased new refill card - NOW TOTAL BY *******- WHO CLAIM SAME COMPANY. Card refill only good for 30 days. Did not ADD ON LIKE ALWAYS - service end date now 12/05/22. LOST 23 DAYS. Called customer service spoke WIYH 5 different people. BOTTOM LINE - was told I am with new company- my old( previous service) canceled. Congratulations- you have upgraded to Total by ******** No matter how I explained I want my time - your the same- I did not change anything- they stated too bad so sad- you are upgraded new plan new service. I DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING- YOU CHANGED COMPANY NAME & SERVICE. I WANT MY 23 DAYS YOU TOOK FROM ME JUST BECAUSE YOUR NOW TOTAL BY ******** How many other consumers experienced the same and how much would that add in dollars lost from consumers and company gained thru BUSINESS PROCESSING ? FOR SHAME. And third country customer service outlet. Pathetic.

    They are stealing people's money I payed 50 doller for a month. I am supposed to get 10 gb of hot spot data.wat a big vat lai.there customer services aske the same story over.and over .and still no progress. It is insulting that they phone me back an aske wat can they do for me?really no worries I just lost 50 doller.they don't care.i still have to do business on my phone and aske my self why do I have a laptop?I am very disappointed. And Wil tell everyone I know how bad there services is.

    Tried to transfer my service from total wireless to another provider. They told me I just needed to unlock my IMEI to change providers but it would take 4 days due to the weekend. I waited til Tuesday like they told me, never received the email they said I would get but my IMEI said unlocked. I proceeded to the new service provider and they couldnt activate my phone. Then I called TW twice while in the store ended up spending 3 hours at the new providers and could not activate the phone because my phone was unlocked but my IMEI was still under TW. I tried to get the *** number to be sent to me but my service ended that day at like 3 pm just before I went to the new provider (coincidence hmmm) now they are telling me there is in error and I cant reactivate my phone that was working a few hours ago back to TW but it could be reactivated with a non refundable card from ******** like Im going to take that chance, just a scam to get more money out of me.

    I attempted to transfer my phone line to Total by ******** after more than a week of trying and having no cell service, I finally had to transfer back to my former carrier. The customer service is atrocious, the service technicians don't know what they're doing, give conflicting information, locked my phone for 8 days so I could not use the phone and refused to refund a month of service which was not used due to their incompetence.Enough said

    Ripped off of 100 for a month of service I didn't have
