    Zero star for them. I had a faulty Total by Verizon refill card. I scratched the card the way I scratched any card. Some of the numbers pilled off. I called on Saturday, January 27, 2024. I explained what happened. I have possibly spoken to about 24 people for about a month. Some would say, including supervisors, to guess at the numbers or give them the last 10 numbers from the barcode on the refill card, take pictures of the receipt, the back and front of my refill card, my name, phone number and the ticket #. I emailed it. Some asked that I go back to the store. I went back to the store to show my receipt to the mgr. She asked, are they trying to get you to pay twice? She got on the phone to speak with them. She said it was the worst experience she has ever encountered. I called again to ask did they receive the information. I was informed in the beginning that they didn't receive it. Later I have spoken to a Supervisor informing that all has been taken care of. I requested an email or text showing me that the matter was resolved. They refuse to do so. I ended up using my bank card to pay the bill. I was informing them about the fact that I have paid twice for one month service. I received an email a month later on February 27, 2024. Explaining they have taken care of the matter and I don't have to pay until April 1, 2024. I just want people to be aware of how unprofessional they are and never go through something similar to this. Some had very heavy accents or hung up on me. Meaning that some names may not be spelled out clearly. The last issue with this matter, was February 28, 2024.

    If I could give the zero stars sorry I would this is the worst phone company don't even waste your time it's a scam I try to transfer my number to the service and activate my own phone and over the phone she said my service was going to be activated and I can keep my own number she then proceeded to say in order for me to process this I needed to purchase the a plan so I gave her my credit card information she asked for she took $40 out of my account ******** after the phone call I have no service activated and then I received a text saying that they stop processing my accounts because the phone was not eligible now mind you on the phone call she said that my phone was going to be activated and everything look good on her end so I do believe it's a scam you take $40 out of my account but then 2 minutes later I get a text saying that the process was stopped and they can't activate my phone so it's just not even worth the headache it's a scam they take people's money and my service was never activated!! Worse cell carrier Verizon prepaid is better and total by Verizon is not Verizon it's tracphone

    Had Service with Total by Verizon for several months, the service was decent when it worked, customer service is horrible and hard to understand, they have multiple layers of customer service so you find yourself getting transferred multiple times to get things resolved. My biggest issue was getting double charged and have to be on the phone for ever to get them to refund my over charges, at one time they had charged my debit card 4x my monthly service.Finally their CC processing system is very slow so they will randomly cutoff your service due to declined transaction by the bank even though the bank has no record of ever receiving a charge from Total by Verizon or declining any charges.Just bad, stay away if you have other options available to you!!!!

    If I could give less than one star I would. I have had a three line phone account for years, literally since it was total wireless. This past month two of the lines for no reason became disabled and three weeks into the month they still haven't resolved the problem. I've made about ten different calls lasting an hour or more. I am now just hoping to rescue the lines and move them to another service. There are no adults in this place. I have no option but to speak to people who do not speak English as a first language, are given poor training and clearly told to stick to a script. You never get to speak to that person who thinks outside the box and admits to seeing the absurdity of the situation. If you are unlucky to have an unusual problem, they will not try to solve it. They will just wait till you discontinue your service. There is clearly a software error on my account and they're having the same error on their end and they just don't care.Total by Verizon is like a bad dream I just can't wait till I wake up.

    Horrible. Service is junk. Call center in ***** hangs up on you for no reason everytime. Very 3rd world kind of service. Learn Spanish in order to actually buy a plan because hardly speaking English people work AT EVERY ONE! This company is MetroPCS wearing a wig! C*** company.

    This company ***** I reported my phone lost and they deactivated my gave me a ticket after 3 days without a phone told me I had to wait 72 hours to get reactivated an here it is 2 weeks later an my telephone service is still on the blocked, as soon as my number is avail again I will be transferring to a different carrier, THANKS BUT NO THANKS TOTAL BY VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE ***** TOO WOULDNT TRANSFER ME TO SUPERVISOR!!!!!!! ????????????????

    Ordered the Sim card to activate service on my **** phone. Next day decided not to get this 30 a month plan after already sent 30. They said no refunds and I just saw today where they are charging me 30 again for service and a phone I do not have.

    I have not any problems with Total By Verizon. I was skeptical at first; however, service and customer service have been just fine. There have been improvement with Total By Verizon features and payments. There is not much to choose from; therefore, I ensure all communications and conversations are well understood. My expertise being humble have helped. I've gone from Total Wireless to Total By Verizon with no major issues.

    Customer service is awful. You can’t understand them, they can’t understand you. I decided to switch to another carrier. Total wireless provided me with the wrong account number on both of my lines and this caused my number transfer to be denied. After 2 days, they finally gave the correct information but the pins would not work. I dialed ****** and texted ntp as they advised to get a new pin, and then somehow they ended up sending 2-3 pins which caused me to have to wait 24 hours to request another one! After THREE days, I was finally able to speak to someone in “the higher up department” as they called it and a pin was emailed to me but I had to wait an hour to get it. That one finally worked. After all of that, I had to do my daughter’s line as well. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor right up front and I was told that was unnecessary. So, I had to go through the whole speech again, only for the same thing to happen with the pin. I was finally able to be transferred to “the higher up department” but this time they texted me a pin but would not e mail it. The pin did not work. I had to call AGAIN and almost lost my shit on the phone asking for a pin to be e mailed. It was finally e mailed but it was the same pin that was texted BUT it worked that time. During this whole ordeal they drafted payment out of my account 7 days earlier than normal and I believe it is because I was switching and they wanted the money and thought I may not catch it But I called and asked for a refund. That part was easy and I was told it would be refunded within 2-3 days. This whole thing was a nightmare and I DO NOT recommend using this provider!

    Useless service worst customer service paid ************ 22 said next renewal date **** now on **** it says **** due and I've got screen shot to prove it this company is as useless as t*** on a bore hog
