    Horrible network and customer service/technical support Had to change carriers because I spent two days on the phone trying to resolve a network issue. Could not be resolved so I was forced to switch

    Had for 3 months, so far. Month 2 I upgraded to $60 plan. ALL my data and Hotspot was taken away. Card in reserve for month 3, Feb 10. Feb 11 service disconnected. Paid for $30, now no data or Hotspot, and support texts can't find balance. Talked with 2 reps, they couldn't obtain balance. Awful awful telephone service.

    Total Wireless used to be a good alternative to Verizon with less expensive data plans and a better customer experience. They have since gone down the toilet. My last several experiences with the "My Total" app all resulted in errors and lead to phone calls with customer support. The final straw for me was when they incorrectly ended my auto-pay and effectively bricked my phone on a Sunday. When I called to fix it, they said they got an "error" with my account, gave me a ticket number, and told ME to call THEM back in ********************************************** sight. When I decided to transfer back to Verizon, Total said they couldn't give me my transfer PIN unless I bought a ******* plan with them, which is effectively robbery. When I agreed, they failed to buy the plan with yet another "error" and tried to give me a second ticket number. I hung up and got a new phone number with Verizon. It took two hours to update all my business associates and contacts with the new number, and 6 hours in total to conquer this ordeal. If Total had actually managed to charge my credit card one more time, I would have disputed and sued. Stay 1 million miles away from this carrier if you value keeping your phone number and sanity.

    Go to consumer complaints.fcc.gov. Making an complaint to the BBB does absolutely nothing. Complaning to the *** will get your problem escalated to Total corporate.

    Absolutely terrible service, everywhere I go no matter what calls drop, messages aren't sent, the phone is slow, and keeps dropping service and it says no Internet connection. I'm about ready to drop this trash service and go somewhere else as soon as I can save up the money. I've tried reaching out to customer service and they tell me they are "working on it"

    I purchased a phone through total by verizon and utilized the smartpay option they have. The phone was purchased on Jan 13th and shipped the 14th via **** Due to unforeseen weather events the phone was delayed. On the 20th of Jan the phone was set to be delivered. *** was not able to deliver the phone because apparently they did not have the apartment number included in the address. I called *** to update the apartment number and was told total by verizon had a restriction on the account preventing me from updating the address info. I called total by verizon was bounced around to several departments and was cussed and yelled at for not making sure this info was correct to begin with and was told I could not update shipping info. Fine not a problem. The phone then was sent back to total by verizon the next day and recieved in their warehouse in Planifield, IN the 24th of Jan at ****am according to ***. At this point I have yet to recieve a refund or been able to cancel my lease agreement with smartpay because total by verizon has yet to acknowledge the phone was received in their warehouse. I will be charged by smartpay on the 8th of Feb for a phone and service I do not have. I have reached out many times to both smartpay and total by verizon about the status of the return. Smartpay says they see via the tracking number provided the phone has been received by total by verizon but the warehouse has yet to update the system letting smartpay know that it has been recieved. When I call total by verizon since I have no account number or phone number because I was never able to activate the phone that was sent back to them some people in their company can't find any information and that it will take 30 days to process this return. I just want to cancel my lease agreement but noone can verify if the warehouse will send the information needed to smartpay. And noone at total by verizon can seem to find any of my info with the order and tracking number now.

    SCAM bought a $30 card every day there was a problem and I couldn't use the phone! Biggest rip off! These people should be shut down. Would sit on the line with me for 30 minutes than say they were going to transfer me over and over nothing ever resolved

    I personally have never had a single problem with total by Verizon the only problems I've ever had with the services just the limitations of a prepaid plan but they've got a good price they provide good service and they got great customer service

    I have purchased 2 different cards from total vibration. And neither of them had valid numbers. And I could not get ahold of anybody to help me deal with this issue. Verizon said that they could not help us with this situation. And I contacted corporate and they said the same thing. so now I am out a 120 bucks. For no reason and I can't even use a phone. This is absolute terrible service I have never heard of anything as bad as this. I suggest anybody that is going through any kind of prepaid company avoids total vibrations and it is the absolute worst. They don't even have anybody. You can call for customer service literally.

    I purchased a new iPhone from Total By Verizon as a Christmas gift for my daughter.When trying to activate, was told at first (by "Support") that eSIM was not supported by Total By Verizon, then worked for MANY hours with different support staff until the iPhone was finally activated.I was previously on a 3-person grandfathered plan, and discovered that I now have a second 3-person plan (with only the new iPhone), and the first 3-person plan (with only 2 lines used).Basically, I am paying double and really don't look forward to the time it will take me to straighten out with Total By Verizon.
