Because of paying my bills on time Space Coast Credit Union keeps lowering my Fico score month after month for no reason. All of my accounts are pay on time no late payments whatsoever I have a clean record on my credit bureaus.Customer Answer

Not only Space Coast Credit Union lower or report negative information without reason, because last month I disputed their wrong balance to the credit bureaus they reported something and lower my score again by 14 points for no reason.
o the month of February because of them I lost more than 22 points so if you ad that the total is 36 points , they are damaging my credit score without a good reason, I have a perfect payment history with them no late payments whatsoever no collections all my credit cards are fully paid , so I dont know what is happening.Business Response

Someone applied for a car loan and put my phone number, not a big deal so the next time they call I let them know the number is wrong or whatever but please stop calling. A week later they text me again , ok I call and let them know my number isnt to be used cause Ive never had an account or a loan from them so kindly update you information. Now 5 hours later I get three text messages in a minute from them and now they are mad that Im tired of getting contacted. How are you going to mad at someone who never had an account with you and has told three customer service people and one supervisor to stop calling. If this is how they like to treat people who dont bank with them Id hate to see how they treat their customers. From reading the complaints ******* with a loan shark before them!Business Response

I have never dealt with a bank like this before. I requested the information to the legal department. The disgusting customer service agent that I dealt with refused to give that information. From the nastiness with each employee that Ive dealt with to the underwriter declined your application because they wanted to as ********************* stated on our call. Im trying to understand how someone with a credit rating of 750 because first he mentioned that my credit score was too low until he was corrected. Then he stated that I didnt make enough and that was the reason for the decline. I make ********** a year and this year alone Ive already made *********. So either the issue is that Im black or that you all have an issue with me being concerned about having to constantly send in the same identity documents. Whichever one is, trust me when I say a lawsuit is about to be filed. To reiterate; I have never been met with nastiness every time Ive called a bank until now. I will also be looking into filing a discrimination lawsuit because this is nasty work.Business Response

Space coast credit union just put a late payment on my credit report without my permisible purpose. there system was seen by both my lawyers and they both said it was hard or could not make an external payment from a different institution. i will be gathering information if we need to file litigation against space coast credit union. i just got appointed treasurer of an international company so if this negative remark is on my report it would put my position at risk. i will stop at nothing to maintain my reputation. the damages will cost space coast credit union the value or the car and more. when i spoke to there consumer representative ************ said she would handle the natter and lied. then when i called her she tells me there is nothing she **** she dont want to get in trouble for raising my concerns about this. my lawyers are both looking into this contract as well. please correct my credit report. i will be bringing in New business to space coast from my new business over seas and other corporations seen i like the service so far. now if this is not fixed i will bring lots of troubles to space coast. is in the best interest of both parties to come to a mutual understanding. i have multiple corporations i can bring my business to space coast and this matters can be solved.Business Response

Over two years ago, I received notification of random accounts being opened in my name. I suspected as fraud and contacted the companies involved. SCCU was one of those companies. I advised that I have never opened an account with SCCU and suspect fraud. They stated they will document and close the account promptly like other companies promised.On January 14th 2024, I received a mail from SCCU stating that my account inactive and will begin incurring a non refundable monthly fee starting this April. Confused, I reached out yet again to SCCU to determine reason for mail since I notified them previously that I never opened an account with them. They stated I would have to go into a Credit union building or provide my social security number ( which is most likely how the fraud happened in the first place). I do not trust SCCU handling of information since 1. They failed to identify this was fraud in the beginning, 2. Failed to close an account over 2 two years ago when other companies successfully did, 3. Requesting for private information i do not feel comfortable sharing since I have never opened an account with them. I have been unsuccessful with this branch and frankly stunned with the poor handle of information they have had so far. I will not trust them with any of my information and request that any opened accounts in my name be closed as soon as possible and as previously promised.Business Response

Without my prior consent; which, you have used to create this tradeline on my credit report. let me explain, if you have used my Name and any other personal identifiable information such as: a social security card, driver license, or my address. Without a signed agreement between me and your agency. That expresses mutual assent from both parties. Then you are facing some serious penalties under the UNITED STATES CODE. Pursuant 18 USC 1028A Aggravated identity theft. (See ************* **********, 737 F.3d 129, 134) "Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1028A(a)(1), a person is guilty of aggravated identity theft if, in relation to any crime listed in 1028A(c), he "knowingly . . . uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person." The statute defines the term "means of identification". To mean "any name or number that *** is used alone, or in conjunction with any other information. To identify a specific individual, including any name, social security number, [or] date of birth." Meaning if you used 2 separate forms of identification without my consent.
