I was told a driver was found and then I got an email saying a driver was being searched for. I called the salesman and he said the service team didnt notify me the driver was ineligible so they had to look again. Then when it shipped I was told at 12pm the day of delivery that it would arrive at 2pm. At 2:10 I called the driver and left a voicemail and texted but got no reply. At 2:30 I got a phone call from their dispatcher asking if it could be dropped off at 10pm that night. I planned my whole day around the delivery and couldnt be there when it arrived. The day after delivery the driver replied to my text asking for my order number. I had to inform them that they delivered the truck the night before. STARTED PROCESS FOR TRANSPORTATION 10 DAYS AGO, QUOTED *******. OK GREAT. SO 7 DAYS LATER STILL NO DRIVER THEN DISPATCHER SAID FOR ETRA 300 I CAN EXPEDITE THAT YOU WILL HAVE A DRIVER WITHIN 24 HOURS. FINE LETS DO IT. NOW TODAY DAY 10 STILL NO DRIVER. I TOLD THE SENDER CONTACT THAT I WILL GO WITH A DIFFERENT TRANSPORTER.. MY ADVICE .......... DO RESEARCH FOR NOW THE *** WILL BE PICKED UP TOMARROW . THE WHOLE PROCESS WITH AUTOSTAR WAS AND SEEMED ALL ON THE UP AND UP BUTAutoStar Transport Express, LLC

*********************** was my scheduler or broker. He is Shady. He tried to get me to pay more than we originally agreed. I canceled my **** card because of his behavior. He called me back to increase the prepayment amount. If I hadnt canceled my **** card he would have just processed the extra money he requested. I found out the hauler only charges 400 dollars. I paid ************************* 195 up front. He quoted me 695 but said the price was an estimate until he could confirm the shipping details. Bottom line it should have cost 400 USD plus the charges for the scheduling. That means *********************** wanted 295 USD to schedule the transport which is ridiculous. I told *********************** I wasnt paying him more than 195 USD I already gave him. I asked ************************* to get he supervisor on the phone the last time I spoke to him. He said the supervisor wasnt available. I told him that truth fairness and honesty are not characteristics he showed and that I was going to tell his supervisor. I hope his supervisor gets a chance to read this. The hauler *** was great. He was very courteous and professional. But ************************* was trying to take me for every cent possible. The moral to the story is confirm how much you are paying for the schedulers service. I paid the hauler *** 525 USD.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC

I was pleased with the shipping of my ***** CR-V to PR. AutoStar kept me informed throughout the shipping from start to finish. My only complaint would be with the information they gave me about paying the "import tax" in ***********, through a collecting agency called Haciendo (SURI) which collects taxes for PR. They gave me step-by-step ideas, but the bottom line is...who wants to deal with the ****** I found a company called ********** Services" that for 65 dollars, handled the paperwork and paid my tax ; in one day, they emailed me the 2 papers that I needed to get my car from the shipper's lot, Tote. Especially if you don't speak Spanish like me, and you are importing a car to PR, use ********* Services located at "******************************" in ************. They do business out of a modest white trailer in the ******* parking lot in a corner of the lot. You can't miss it...they were very nice and extremely experienced at handling the task.AutoStar Transport Express, LLC
