    AutoStar Transport was a great option for me to get my car from ******** to *******. *********************** was terrific and extremely responsive throughout the process. I can't say enough about them and our driver, **** who even took time to buff out some paint scrathces that were years old on the car. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone seeking any vehicle transport needs.

    Scheduled a pickup for my vehicle to be transported from ************ Va to *************** on May 23, signed contract paid the deposit, May 23 came and hadnt heard from anyone at auto star, I called about 8 times on the 23, kept getting we are trying to find someone to transport, which I was never informed. When I paid the deposit on May 20th they made it sound like my pickup was already scheduled, after getting no information on the 23rd again no communication from Auto star I started calling on Friday the 24th was told my vehicle would be picked up and delivered to me on Saturday morning the 25th with another $40 tacked on. Contact I signed and 260 due at delivery, when I contacted them on Friday was told I had to pay $300 in cash to get my vehicle, still have the signed contract on what the final payment should had been and looking into my legal options, because I feel it was a ponzy scheme, agreed they can pickup on requested date, give you a price get your money, then hold you in loop for couple days to bump up payment by saying they had to find someone to transport your vehicle. Information should had been presented upfront plus I shouldve had communication from Auto Star and not myself calling all day on the 23rd and getting the run around when clearly they never had anyone scheduled to pickup by vehicle on the 23rd, and communication is 200% poorly. Would not use them again under any circumstances. I was never told why I had to pay extra $40?

    Damaged my car and refused to make it right. Their insurance is incredibly complicated and included a 16-step requirement process that seems Designed to make you ineligible in some way or form.On pickup my car was functioning perfectly. After delivery my passenger-side mirror was nearly facing the ground, easily fixed by hand. But my passenger-side window wouldn't roll up or down and was about 1/5th of an inch open. It makes an annoying whistle and is clearly knocked off track as it won't respond to motor controls. When contacted I was told to use an incredibly complicated 16-step requirement insurance claim form that explained is a very roundabout confusing way that I was just screwed and would not be paid for the damages. I paid a lot, $1405, for them to transport my car and they damaged it and left me to pay for the repairs. I would never trust them again, their reviews seems to be great so I figure them s******* up like this is a rarity, but when they DO s**** up, they will not make it right and will leave you holding the repair bill.This makes them either skilled delivery experts or polite crooks depending on how well they do their job.

    We would like to take the opportunity to apologize if there was any alleged damage done during transport by the assigned carrier.  The customer has left out THE most important key detail.  The customer had this vehicle in their possession for 10 days before reporting any damage.   How can it be proven that damage was done during transport, when they've had the vehicle in their possession for 10 days?? Also, the fact that the bill of lading was signed at delivery noting NO damage and vehicle received in good condition.    We have a copy of the bill of lading with photos, showing both pickup and delivery conditions of the vehicle and clearly there is no damage on delivery that the customer claims.   We assisted the customer by providing them with the carrier's contact information and instructed them to contact the carrier if they wish to file a claim. We wish them well.

    We contracted with Autostar transport for our car on April 14,2024 for $1000 to be picked up in ******, ** to ** with ******************* WITH A $200 deposit. Our Available pickup date was April 27. After multiple calls the car was still not picked up by 4/30 so we had to cancel our flight to ** .Autostar informed us they could not get any company to pick up our car for $800. We had already informed them my husband had Doctors appointment and need to get to **. We offered to pay a LITTLE more and on 5/1 we were informed that the car could be picked up on May 2 for$1300. We had no choice but to pay$500 more since my husband had Doctor ************* We believe we were under quoted to get our business. This is the first time we used an auto transport so we checked for their reliability withBBB. Please advise! ******** and ***********************

    Our sincerest apologies for the delay in locating a carrier in a timely manner, and for the increase in price.   Carrier availability became increasingly scarce during the last days of April and all through the month of May.  The demand for number of vehicles being transported increased drastically, and this created a huge void in the number of spots available on the carriers trucks, and thusly the cost of transporting increased.  Simple supply and demand.   We do present our customers every offer we get from carriers and we present it as such of merely an offer they can accept or stick to the contracted price, for which we offer our full Money Back Guarantee if carriers are not assigned within the contracted dates.

    My husband and I were looking to have our cars transported from Tx. to Ga. After speaking with a rep, by the name of ****, we agreed to a date of June 10, 2024, in the total amount of $1995.00. After confirming the p/u and d/o date, we asked if needed could we change or cancel the reservation and if so is the deposit was refundable, **** advised my husband that it was. Fast forward to 5/18/2024, we started calling to speak with **** to make changes to this reservation as his date for leaving, has been changed twice since making the reservation. We called back to back for several days and were told by other reps that they could not make changes because **** was the rep who made the reservation. We kept calling until yesterday on the 23rd a rep said that if **** was not available, she would help him since he was trying to make changes to the account. The rep then took the information about which car we wanted to remove and she told my husband that she would send **** an email. Again the waiting game started, I told my husband to call **** once more and this time he was able to speak with **** and tell him which car to remove, and he stated that he would write up another invoice and send it to him. The updated invoice did not come in time, when it did come, it was way over the amount that we were willing to pay for one car to be transported, at which time I told my husband we needed to look around for a better rate as that amount was out of our budge. After locating another company we got a better rare for transport and I asked my husband to please reach out to **** once again this time he answered and was very rude, once he found out my husband no longer wanted to use the service, he cut my husband off in the middle of him asking him questions, so with that happening he stated let's just cancel the transport. He stated that the deposit could be refunded because it was well before the time and that it would be returned in 48 hours as of today still no refund.
