  Watch out people, who intend to purchase home for Lennar. Very bad service. Their only intention is to cheat customers. I had a pretty bad purchasing experience where I was sold a newly constructed home with more than 50 open items (some very serious issues). I was forced to close the home by threatening of legal consequences and promises to fix within one month. They started addressing some of the issues only I placed a complaint in BBB previously, and still, they did not resolve one major issue related to damaged kitchen cabinets. Warranty expired and they are now refusing to assist/replace or compensate. I am not surprised their rating is 1.17/5 in BBB, and should have checked before purchase, and now I regret. Please avoid them and go with a local builder instead.Definitely agree with sentiments of previous comments. LENNAR IS BAD. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST

  We are really happy with Lennars new build home.
  Maybe is not a million worth quality but everything looks great, we had no issues with structural, pipes or anything. We love our home.

  Do not purchase from this Lennar , They do not care they took advantage of my 85 year old dad and my disabled sister , Our closet bedroom door fell off bruised my legs , Our front windows need blinds patio needs blinds ,, It has been a night mare they have stressed out my Dad and even me now I cant breathe had to go to a Doctor myself . Gave us a dryer that has dents , left our home un painted and stucco off of home ,, many more things wrong as well .. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM LENNAR ******* FOR SURE THEY LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS TAKE THIER MONEY AND SPIT ON THEM . *****

  This has been a nightmare. The quality is so poor! I would never recommend buying a Lennar home. The list is too long for me to take the time right now because I am so frazzled. I feel like Im in a 20 yr old house and its less than a month. I wished I read reviews before buying.

  Cheaply built, TERRIBLE customer service, do not recommend them at all!! We moved into a home in a subdivision they are still building in and the workers are so messy and don’t care. I had a huge chunk of metal go through my tire a couple weeks ago. I contacted Rausch Coleman only for them to ignore me because I wasn’t interested in buying. Leslie who works for Rausch Coleman told me she would see what she could do and has ignored me since. The home we are in has such poor craftsmanship it blows my mind. Never never buy a home built or sold buy them unless you want to dump gobs of money into a brand new house. I’m extremely disappointed in them in every way possible.

  The poor craftsmanship shows through more and more every day that I live here. I waited for a year to get into this house that looks like a class of third graders built with the help of *** the Builder who was high on crack! If only I could have a do over as I wouldn't let this company build me a dog house. I have been here less than six months and all the caulk is cracking in the bathroom and kitchen. One cabinet has the face of the cabinet coming off. The list continues to grow as I ****** if I walk away all together and lose my ascot or stay and create a monster debt at Lowes or ********** repairing all the schtuff that these incompetent clowns put together. One star is a joke as I wish there were negative stars!

  Lennar Homes provides a new home warranty, however, goes out of their way to not honor the warranty. I purchased a new home in the Coopers Bluff Community in Myrtle Beach in 2022. At the 11 month, I hired a professional home inspector to go through the home and identify any concerns. There were several concerns noted. I submitted the claims through Lennar Warranty. No response. They make the warranty process so difficult the average homeowner can not successfully navigate the process. Luckily, I have a property manager very familiar with Lennar and their games who is able to navigate the warranty process.

  Do not purchase from this builder!!!! My subdivision is new. Just about every home owner has a horror story. They treat you like a transaction that's it. The finishes are poor quality. The painting is horror inside. To fix this they gave me a voucher for one gallon of paint. No way that's going to fix my home. My paneling under kitchen cabinets were never glued down. The one in master was never installed. My children's closets have paint in hardware and keep falling and coming off. One closet door fell on my 6 yr old. I waited over a month for mirrors. When they installed they brought dirty dusty ones and told me to clean them. They left construction tub liner in my garage. My stairway carpet install horrendous. The finishes look nothing Iike the model homes. Nothing! I closed end of November. I did not move in until end of December. For one they told me staying out would allow them to finish my home. Guess what it wasn't finished. They threw cheap shower rods up in my bathroom. In my master as I was showering it fell on my head. Do not use this builder. I spent money on extended stay while they finished my home instead of being able to move in. Only to move in and still have issues. I've cried so many tears. None of their people follow through. None of them!!!! I feel defeated. I am now starting the process of painting and trying to fix what they have failed to and I have to pay for it. It hurts emotionally to have had this experience as a first time home buyer. The ceo and others are rich people sweeping treatment of people like me under the rug. I'm a single mom who worked hard as an RN during before and after the pandemic to put down on my home. I've had the worst experience with this company. If you ignore the reviews at least get a realtor who will hold them accountable! Their sales consultants protect the product not YOU! I WISH I KNEW THIS BEFOREHAND. Do not trust them. I feel defeated and will never recommend this builder to anyone.

  They are pretty bad. They initially came out and fixed a few things- those fixes didnt last but managed to push them out until the crews had cleared out. They sent a couple of contractors out who told me their fixes wouldnt last due to underlying problems that were due to shoddy work and I even had an **** problem that was addressed at least 8 times And then finally the **** contractor told me they wouldnt even come to service the area anymore as it was out of their territory (they installed the unit). I spent 8 grand replacing the two year old unit. I love the floor plan, the neighborhood and the community but there were 3 or 4 builders in this subdivision and I wished Id have selected one of the other builders. These guys simply dont seem to care.

  LENNAR builder is not at all worth, if you want value for what you pay then buy somewhere else. I brought and closed house in Oct22 which is biggest mistake of my life. I should say I was bullied and forced to close the house by there smart sales agents. Their construction managers are a joke, my construction manager never answered a thing properly during the build process, they don't even check how the house is bing built by subcontractors. Their subcontractors are the worst. Not even 4 months I see cracks every corner of drywall and Their warranty says it is setelling, but it is ********. It is a bad work done by drywall contractor, had they been more careful in sealing the joints it could have prevent the cracks but they did not. Their material quality is worst, they used below basic material on the house starting from flooring, framing, drywall, plumbing etc. My construction manager screwed up the grading around the house and now when it rains normally I see water standing like a puddle every where in my yard. He messed up grading so bad that the rear end of backyard is useless. This is almost a flat plot. I have been tweeting tagging Lennar in ******* and there is no response. They are theives, once you close the house you are on your own, lennar doesn't take any responsibility though it is Their mistake. All in all, I would say DONT BUY FROM LENNAR, EVEN IF IT MORE BUCKS BUY FROM SOME REOUTED BUILDER WHO USES A QUALITY MATERIAL, CONTRACTORS AND ESPECIALLY A WELL EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. My rating is ZERO, but there is no option so I selected 1 star.
