      a total rip off. they do not fix appliances. they just come for the service call fee. they knew the issue (a $700 repair on a 6 years old machine). tech would not enter unit unless I paid the $149 service call fee because he knew how much it would cost to repair the washer/dryer. Then he harassed me via text!! if I could give this firm a big fat zero, I would!!

Please bear in mind that our technicians can only provide an estimate after physically inspecting the unit to ensure an accurate diagnosis. As a company, we aim to resolve our customers' problems quickly and effectively. At the same time, we are being transparent with our processes. Our minimum labor charge of $149 is a nonrefundable fee that is part of the estimate provided. We stand by our work through our company warranty.

      Flamingo appliance repair are lier's! Scheduled repair for tuesday took off work and they where a NO SHOW! Called and was told to reschedule. Took off work again for Thursday was told between 1-4. At 3:50 I texted the contact number ( can't call you can only text) and was told I was next. At 4:09 I get a message stating tech tried to call ( pure lie no one called nothing in my call long) so have to reschedule. The truth is, it was almost quitting time and he didn't want to work late so s**** the customer. That's two days I had to take off work with no pay! They need to close their doors!

      Horrible customer **********************. Trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible and trying to get answers is even more challenging. The only reason I used them is because our Maytag Warranty used them for Warranty repairs. We are now waiting for a 3rd visit to diagnose the washer issue.

      This is a horrible company. The only reason we were forced to work with them was because the builder we used, used Flamingo as their appliance warranty company. They made 3 appointments and no showed. No calls, no notices, just no show. One of the worst companies we've ever had to deal with. The only reason we gave them 1 start is because it won't post with 0 stars. Horrible company.

      I called them on Monday 1/30 to get someone to fix my ice maker. They set me up for Wed 1/31 & was told someone would call me on Tues to give me a time frame. No one called me, I got a text at 8:46 pm saying they would be here between 2-5. Wed at 5:00 nobody had shown up or called, so I called the office. Was told the tech was running behind, & that he would call me in 15 to 30 mins. He called at 6 pm saying that he had about 20 mins left on his current ******** was 20 mins away from me & would be at my house by 7pm. Wasn't here at 7. I finally got a text from him at 7:24 saying that his last job ran over & wanted to reschedule e for another day. Needless to say, I said NO. Lack of communication was a deal breaker for me.

      I needed service on one of my major appliances, this Company could of very easy lied to me and cost me a lot of money, but instead, they were extremely honest with me and saved me a lot of money. I will highly and I mean highly recommend this Company to everybody. Every Company should only be this honest.

      I wish there was a lower rating than zero. First tech came out and then proceeded to blame a defective part on Maytag for washer repair of a six month old washer after he used a ************************* to try to fix it. Next tech seemed to confirm that the prior tech did damage and tried to fix it. Then left mid-wash cycle as he said that it wasn't his issue now.Pls worry about these Flamingo techs and how they support Maytag and Whirpool appliances. It's very scary. They blame Maytag for bad parts and then disappear in mid work while their work is being justified...i.e. Flamingo tech left while his work was being proved...new was cycle was still going and he refused to stay till done to prove it actually worked. And once again (they have come out four times), the washer was not fixed and didn't work.How in the world are you all still in business. Am going to post everywhere on your bad service. Frankly, I blame ****** and Whirlpool for contracting with you to begin with...but there is no excuse for your incompetence.

      These people hire dummies and none of them are experts in doing anything. Maytag is the real blame. My washer stopped the first 6 months of purchase. Flamingo came out (2 weeks later) from the call, and looked up repair options from You Tube. 4 months later they come back out for the same issue. ****** says a part is broken and will be back in a week with the part. The next week **** calls me and says he's coming today but the part was never ordered by ******, "so it will be another week to come back". It's now been 3 weeks and I haven't been able to wash my clothes. How did these idiots get a contract with Maytag???Flamingo ***** Maytag ***** I WANT A NEW WASHER COME WASH MY CLOTHES! Worthless dummies I WANT TO TALK TO MR **********************

      They came out twice for our washing machine and first load after they left it wouldn't work. They were supposed to comeout for the third time today and didn't show up. They say i didn't confirm i would be home. I confirmed with them the night before (responded to text) with window of 1-4pm, confirmed again the next morning by text, I called to confirm and they said he was on 9th stop and i would be 12th stop. NO SHOW!!! Yes, i stayed at home all day waiting for Flamingo to not show up!!! They get paid by the visit by GE and Whirlpool, so i guess they like to comeback 2-5 times to maximize getting paid for each visit. I think they should only get paid for results like fixing the appliance.
