      Awful, awful service. Were an elderly couple and have zero respect from this company. I have a 7 month old dryer that doesnt dry, theyve been here twice, at two week intervals, the soonest appointment in their schedule, how ridiculous is that! I explain its an emergency, they can care less. Whirlpool should dump them, give them a bad reputation. No way to reach corporate, just some robot phone answer, telling me thats best they can do. Shameful!

      well the phone rung at 7:10am this morning and I didnt answer the call.It came from a 305 number. so at 9:09 the phone rings again from the same 305 number,i said must be ****. at 9;30 the bell rings its a flamingo appliance employeee showing up in a hoody saying he was here to fix my washer? I already dealt with flamingo on monday knowing that we needed a new hot water valve for our washer and discussed with them. so the guy shows up and says I have the part on the truck which I then say show me the part? he then says well its 149.00 I said let me see the part he then gave me a disgusted tone from his voice he then went back to the truck and pulled out of the driveway. he never had any intention of showing me the part that is on back order from whirlpool. so if you get a call from **** be very careful

      Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I requested refrigerator/freeze service on Oct 24th and they came on the 27th. It started good. Parts were ordered and I was scheduled for Nov 15th. I received a text stating the tech was delayed and wouldn't arrive until 7:30pm. My first thought was that no one would be coming to start repairs at 7:30pm, but I would be the first on the list the following day. As expected, I didn't receive another phone call nor text. By noon the next day with no communication, I called them. They stated the tech called and didn't receive a response. I had no missed calls nor texts. I was then told I would have to get rescheduled almost a month later on 12/11. Now today, I was contacted it would be 12/12 because they were "overbooked". Why am I just getting the notification 4 days prior!? I've been without a working refrigerator/freezer since late October, came back from a business trip early for 10/27, delayed travel for 11/15 and now having to change flights because they moved me again from 12/11. Totally not work the effort! Go with anyone else!

      I had the misfortune of having to use Flamingo Appliance Repair Service in *****, **; it was an absolute nightmare. They haven't even attempted to fix the problem. Why? It took 11 days to get an appointment. Then today, with the appointment window of **** pm, the technician called to say he had to reschedule at 2:50 PM! The next available appointment is not for another 13 days. This incompetence is simply unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend (if possible) that you avoid this company at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' time is mind-boggling. Avoid Flamingo Appliance Repair Service if you value your time and sanity. Also, if you need to speak to anyone, you can't! All calls are routed overseas with no option to transfer to a US-based representative to escalate any issues.

      NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!!! Possibly the worst company I have ever worked with. The technician who came out to repair my washing machine damaged it more. The machine actually worked better before he "repaired" it. It has now been two months and they have cancelled my appointment 3 times. I was told that a manager either ******* or ****** would call me to rectify this situation they did not. After 3 days and several emails and calls after my appointment had been moved again I finally got a call from ****** who was barely helpful but, assured me that someone would be out today the 15th to repair the machine and to no surprise from this terrible company that I get a call to say that they are not coming. This so called company seems more like a scam and does not even deserve the right to be in business. No one takes accountability or ownership for their work. The owner should be embarrassed.

      Frustrated is an understatement. ******* was the repairman the company sent because when I was towels or blankets, the drum vibrates, makes a noise comparable to an explosion, washer turns sideways and then stops. When it gets itself back on track, it won't drain properly leaving me soggy towels. When he came he said everything looks fine, stable, but something about the washer lights were going dim. It needs a new control panel. A week later he came back, replaced the control panel. I washed 2 very light blankets, washer did the exact same thing. I called him and said it's not fixed. He said there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. My floor is slippery and that's why the washer moves. I said I never in my decades of washing clothes have ever experienced that. He said that they don't make washers like they used to. Just keep drying my towels in the dryer until they're dry. And then he said: DON'T WASH TOWELS OR BLANKETS! How in the name of the good lord almighty can a household not wash blankets or towels in their washing machine???? I told him I'm not satisfied. This is not acceptable. What can I do? He said he doesn't know. Probably call the store where I bought it. He insisted there was nothing more he could do. I sent him a video of the washer acting up and he replied, "wow." I called Whirlpool to complain. They called Flamingo and apparently they are going to send a different technician next week.

      If I could give less then one star I would. This is the worst company I have dealt with. So unprofessional they have nothing organized it's a chaotic mess why does it take a month to get someone out to fix a brand new totally broken fridge. They make it inhabitable, the worst customer experience and care I have ever seen. Beyond disappointed.

      This company is the absolute worst Ive ever dealt with. I have a kitchen aid microwave that is 3 years old. I was directed by kitchenAid to call Flamingo. I did and they diagnosed the issue based on my phone call, scheduled an appointment and then rescheduled because all the parts were not available. Then came out and pretended to not understand the oven was not under warranty. And in the conversation, true technician told me I was better off buying a new one and a after 10 mins, charged me $150 to just come out. His advice was to just buy a new one and to fix mine was a waste of money. They never provided me an estimate and their bill was going to be ~$700! A new one was $448. But he demanded I pay the $150 for the service call of 10 mins. Please, never ever trust this company, they are scum and their processes seem to be almost illegal The quote they provided me was after the fact and after the technician was here!! When I went to purchase my new one, the salesperson there told me that Flamingo is the absolute worst service company ever. I had to learn the hard way. Stay clear of these people.

As a company, we aim to resolve our customers' problems quickly and effectively. At the same time, we are being transparent with our processes. Our Minimum labor charge of $149 is a nonrefundable fee that is part of the estimate provided. We also stand by our work by giving a one-year warranty on the parts and labor our customer approves on the estimates provided.

      I filed a warranty claim for my Maytag washer and it was not fixed until 6 weeks later. The repairman who finally fixed it was actually from Fields and apparently they have bought out Flamingo. I hope to never see Flamingo again September 16, 2023same problem with washer. Called Maytag to file a second claim. Told them it was the exact same problem and to please order the capacitor prior to sending serviceman. They set me up with Flamingo but the earliest the serviceman could come was September 26, 2023.September 26, 2023 ******** from Flamingo came to service. He told us he never got the message about bringing a capacitor. While servicing the unit, he laid it over and the capacitor in the washer fell down. He reinstalled it. Claimed it needed 3 other parts and ordered them. Scheduled for next available service on October 5, 2023 October 5, 2023.Service call cancelled saying the parts were not in yet. Next available appointment was October 16, 2023.October 6, 2023Received notification that the parts were in. Would see us on October 16, 2023 October 15, *****pm received notification the appointment on Oct 16 was cancelled. Next available not until October 26, 2023.October 26, 2023Mike from Fields arrived, with all parts, however assessed the washer first to find it was functional. Ran diagnostics, call Maytag to document. Chief complaints no ability to schedule service from one time to the next any sooner than 10 days. Told I was on a cancellation list and never heard from them. 6 weeks without a washer. Laundromat bill approximately $253. I was in touch with Flamingo several times as well as Maytag.When the scheduled date came, had to arrange for someone here at the house. Never heard until after 6pm night prior about time of service. Turns out my washer was functional after repairman came on Sep 26 was not told that. Very unprofessional service over the phone and in person. Until **** on Oct 26.

      I contacted Flamingo in mid-September to fix my dryer because it was not getting hot. To me, that means the heating element was not working, right? They replied on September 21st. Their "first available" appointment was October 23, 2023. They came out and, after leaning over the dryer, looking at the back of it, decided to order parts. We were told to call them when the parts came in. The parts came in October 26th. I called as directed to schedule them to be installed. Their "first available" appointment is November 24, 2023!!! Are you kidding me? Note: The dryer is under warranty and Flamingo is the only company to service warranty issues in ***********.It boggles my mind that it is taking more than eight weeks to repair such an easy issue. ????????
