      I would not give any star if that was an option. My refrigerator is under warranty so I had no choice but to use them. I would never recommend them. They replaced the compressor and my refrigerator still did not work and they left without making sure it was working. Then told me they would have to schedule a later date to come back out instead of returning today to see why my refrigerator is still not working.

      DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I am going on two months now with no dryer and my electric bill is high because of the dryer not working. The first came out and didn't even take his tools out of his bag. Just said the vent are clog and I said no because I just had them clean, and he said they didn't do good enough job. So, I use their people they recommended, and I know didn't have to but then they couldn't say poor job. I spend $250.00 and that was not the problem. Made another appointment and then on that day. I get a call from the office, and I call back within two minutes and waited on hold for about another 7 minutes or so and then they told me the tech call and left a message, and he didn't and now is 20 minutes away but if you add up the minutes she should not have been. So, another appointment and when that tech came out and look further, he said there has to be a pipe crack in the vent, so we call back out the vent people and they camera it and nope no pipe crack. so call them back and another appointment and the supervisor was supposed to put this tester on the truck for the tech to use and see if it was a sensor and then on that appointment the supervisor forgot to put on the truck so here we go for another appointment and then the tech came out again and found out there were two things wrong with the dryer and so order parts and here we go again another appointment and ************** has not call at all and there customer ********************** is terrible

      I wish you could give half a star. I got robbed without a pistol. I was told to put less detergent in my MAYTAG Washer BECAUSE OF A DRN ERROR CODE and was told to use less detergent. That advice cost me $149.00! Now its worst just a few weeks later. The entire control panel is broken now, and my clothes are stuck in the washer. Afraid to be told on 2nd visit oh you need this other part that's $10000.00 and i have to order it ****, so they charge you $149 for the 3rd time. SHADY!!! Won't buy another MAYTAG EITHER since I was referred to this INCOMPETENT COMPANY!

      4 failed repair visits and 5-weeks of waiting, and our washing machine is still not fixed yet. Now they say another week because they have to order a $20. part. Why don't they stock parts? We have no choice in companies because Maytag hired them through our 1st year warranty, so they know they have us and can treat us any way they choose to.

      4 appointments to repair my Whirlpool dryer in less than a month have been no shows or last minute cancellation. Had many repairs on dryer last summer by Fields Appliance and never a no show or cancellation, now that it is Flamingo Appliance we cant get a technician out here. We are disabled seniors, I am in my 70s and this is serious problem. Please help us. We are now put off for 3 weeks again. I want a working dryer as it is only 1.5 years old.

      Technician was friendly. Only good thing I can say. 10 minutes after he left oven was broken again.. they told me they couldnt send anyone back for another 10 days. They charged me over $500 to put part in stove. Didnt fix problem. They said they guarantee work but then wanted to order additional parts for additional costs. I dont want anything additional and would at least like the part refunded since it did not fix my issue and they refused. Now I payed over $500 and have to get rid of it and buy a new one. Will never use them again.

      We are very sorry to hear your oven did not function properly after repairs were completed.  We do warranty our parts and labor for one year.  It is possible you are having a different functional issue with your oven.  Our technician will need to be sent to your home to reassess the issue you are experiencing.  We will gladly refund any parts that would not have been needed for repair however a non-heating failure can be caused by multiple components.  I see our dispatch did improve the service date to have a technician reassess the issue and additional parts have been ordered.  The additional part is due to the two different functional issues your oven was experiencing.  We do value your business and hope this does clear up any confusion.  Thank you

      I have been waiting for 36 days to have a refrigerator repaired. Two weeks ago they replaced the compressor, the refrigerator is only 11 months old, they’ve canceled on me twice and are now scheduled for 7/14/23 Worst service I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, whirlpool can’t do anything about it because they say it’s the field technicians responsibility to let them know and they can only go by the field technicians word.

      This company has the absolute worst customer ********************** I have ever experienced. Your company has sent a technician out 4x to fix my washer and dryer in the past 2 weeks and each time your technician does not communicate with us about what he has done or has not done. I can't even wash anything because whatever your technician did or did not fix now none of the cycles on my washing machine are working. This is BS!!!

      We are so sorry to hear your appliance needed multiple repairs.  From what I can gather it seems your unit has different error codes.  Our goal is to fix the issue same day if possible.  I am sorry that was not the case with your washer.  However, on a customer ********************** perspective the technician is to inform you on each visit what was found and what he will be doing to complete repairs.  I apologize if that was not done.  I have shared your comments with the field manager to visit this concern with the technician.  We hope we can rectify this for you on your next visit.  We value your business and do not want to leave you uncertain at any time.  thank you for sharing your comments with us.

      AWFUL CUSTOMER **********************. SET UP APPT FOR THE 20TH OF JULY BETWEEN 8 AND 4. CALLED AT 3:30 AND WAS TOLD THEY TRIED TO CALL ME HOWEVER THEY LEFT NO VOICE MAIL AND DID NOT CALL AGAIN TO INFORM ME.WHAT BUSINESS CANT TAKE THE **** TO CALL BACK????

      Your company was scheduled in February by Whirpol to fix my mom's refrigirator. Several trips with different excuses have been made when your technicians were scheduled: No parts, no tools, the technician was sick, etc. This is really aggrevating. My mom is 84 years old and because the fridge is not working, we had to buy a large cooler and keep filling it with ice to keep her food fresh. We are really disapponted with your services. Almost 5 months and the problem is not resolved. Sorry, but your company have no ethics, no customer satisfaction, very irresponsible, lack of communication, My review rating: ********. Unfortunately I have to stick with you because if whirpool uses another service provider will take longer. Just think what would you do if it was your 84 years old mother without a fridge for 5 months plus?
