1 starThis is a group of disrespectful, non-caring business. The people answer the phone and enter your home with such nasty attitudes which place you in defense mold. They speak to you like youre lower than low. They all need adversity training which includes knowing their jobs and how to direct people without hanging up or speaking to the client as if we wanted them to have this job. Please find another company to get your appliance fix and dont purchase another warranty from whirlpool if they use these people. I want an apology from this company that I am yet still waiting for my fridge to be repaired. A month niw May I add!Review fromSandy C

5 starsAfter reading some negative reviews on here, I was nervous when I scheduled a repair through ********* for my refrigerator. However, our service technician arrived promptly today and was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable, and professional, and he addressed and corrected the issues we were having. I was told by Whirlpool that they are a premier appliance repair company, and I can now say they are absolutely correct. I highly recommend them.Review fromNishi B

1 starI would like to speak to manager. Yesterday on 6/26/23 a technician was supposed to come to my house to replace my microwave door which has now been delivered by ******** for 2 weeks. I called 4 times yesterday to confirm that that technician would be coming between the given window of 2-6pm. The technician never showed up and noone called us to let us know that the technician would not be coming. I called today on 6/27/23 two times and both times the representative had no explanation of what had happened and they just kept saying that they have to wait for the technician to submit their report on the reason why they never came. Noone offered a solution to me by rescheduling the appointment. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they cannot transfer me and that someone would call me back-lets get real-noone is calling me back. Field Appliance Service is pathetic, and not interested in providing any kind of customer service. They are poor communicators and do not care about their customers. This is the worst company to deal with in Florida! If there was an option to give zero stars I would have picked that option. 1 starThis company makes us wait weeks for appointments. Their technician shows up to my house and doesn’t knock or ring doorbell, instead puts a “sorry we missed you” note on our door and leaves. I call them to have this fixed and they don’t do anything about it. The technician continues to not answer their phone and lies to the staff. They then gaslight us. This is disgusting practice. We took off work to be here for the appt and they continue to make excuses.Review fromKelly J

1 starI have never had this much of a problem with warranty services I have had my dryer not even a year yet and the belt broke. Look Im a decent person and I know that stuff happens but they just called to reschedule me for the second time. Im a hourly employee and Im losing money making arrangements for these people NOT to show up. The guy apparently called in sick the first time and the very next time he called out because of a injury meanwhile Im still stuck with basically a new dryer that DOESNT work because the repair time revolves around the technician. Dont bother with this company and if you paid for this cancel it and just pay outta pocket. This is the absolute most unprofessional, not caring about their clients place I will never used them again. Im sure they will come on this post with a excuse like they always do.. any excuse is better than non. I read the comments on this page and this is what I see them doing. Instead of trying to cover yourself and making excuses just do the right thing what you have been paid to do and stop treating people like you dont care about fixing their appliances. 1 starCall ***** company about a problem with my whirl pool refrigerator. They sent a technician the next day who diagnose the problem. He said they would need to order the parts and then we could schedule an appointment to fix it. The next day I got an email saying the parts to come in and I could now schedule my appointment, I tried to schedule. I tried to schedule, but was informed the earliest appointment would be 22 days into the future. I said this was unacceptable. This is a refrigerator and I need to have it being without one for three weeks just would not work. I was told unfortunately this was the best I could do. Completely unacceptable, I will certainly not be using these people in the future. Now I am forced to try to find another appliance repair company. 1 starSomething has to be done about this company. I have filed a complaint Whirlpools not living up to the warrantee of my refrigerator. in ********. Now I am reviewing Flamingo the only company that Whirlpool uses for warrantee repairs in my area which is *************. My particular model has a design problem which causes the auto defrost system to fail and when it does the freezer is barely cook and the refrigerator is 70 degrees. At 3 months old this happened. I lost a full freezer and refrigerator of food. I called Whirlpool and they said the soonest appointment was 3 weeks. Three weeks with no food storage when you are in your mid 70's is both difficult, expensive and dangerous to your health when you need to store insulin. When apt time came the technician came in and out in 5 minutes. He said he would order the part. Many of these same models unites had this problem ********* was aware. Three more weeks later, the part came in. That s 6 weeks no refrigerator. Guess what 3 weeks to the next opening. At 9 9 weeks, the morning of the apt. I got a call the tech called out sick. 3 more weeks till next apt 12 weeks. Fixed, but before and after I have many stories to tell. Now 3 1/2 months later. Same problem, same tech as last time. waited 3 weeks for an apt. Parts out of stock. Even though we told the tech in advance, Flamingo in advance and Whirlpool it was the same problem, and we totally defrosted all the ice as previous instructed so the part could be changed he writes in his report could not diagnose. Unit unplugged. Ordered part. So they never planned on fixing. The unit was NOT diagnosed by them and still has not been but tech ordered part for undetermined arrival. He said complain to Whirlpool. Bottom line is I replaced a 20 year old refrigerator with a one that not only did not work but would not be serviced by Flamingo. Today all my legal options are going to be explored. 1 starFull disappointment. The technician had no clue and only confirmed what we knew (the refrigerator's control board was defective). He charged $ 145 for being at our house for 10 min. He could not even tell when spare part would be available. Despite fully describing the issue on the request form he did not bring any spare parts even had to call a colleague to advise him how to diagnose. Do not use this company! Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I’m trying to get my wash machine fixed for almost 2 months now they show up without the parts or they don’t show up at all or they show up late they don’t respond to you. Their technicians are extremely inexperienced and do not know what they’re doing. The technician that they sent out last was on with whirlpool and didn’t even know how to get the wash machine apart, he then proceeded to leave parts that he replaced in my hallway. He also left me with a nonworking wash machine full of my rags, soaking wet, didn’t have all the parts on the truck was supposed to be a replacement evaluation didn’t know how to do that refused to call back whirlpool after he finished replacing the pump and the shocks and the bearings were shot. Once again they replace the bearings back in October 2022 and they’re already gone again obviously they were replaced wrong that was a month without a wash machine back then They also didn’t show up for one of the service calls at all and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me to tell me they were not coming. This is the worst customer service company I’ve ever encountered in my life do not buy any products especially whirlpool from Lowe’s because this is who does their service calls and the only one that does the service calls in the whole South Florida area. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with even worse than Xfinity, which says it all I have never seen such bad customer service, poor scheduling, unprofessionalism, and just lack of knowledge of their own industry run from this company. Otherwise you will be in a nightmare for months and months at a time , they show up for appointments. Don’t have the parts and then can’t get back to you for weeks. Upon a time they are horrific horrific company. I asked the president to give me a call still haven’t heard from them.
