      Our experience with Fields Appliance is almost identical to the many one star reviews already posted. The freezer of our new Kitchenaide refrigerator has not worked since February 19th – that’s over two months and 3 weeks – and our refrigerator stopped working two weeks ago after a Fields technician tried to fix the freezer! Technicians routinely arrive without the needed parts and tools. We are now asked to wait another two weeks –without a refrigerator—for yet another service appointment. We have made numerous calls to Kitchenaide and Fields customer service representatives—all we get is a scripted response: “I’m so sorry for your inconvenience” followed by some excuse “no available technician”, “parts not available”, “tools not available”, “pandemic supply chain problem”, etc. etc. We have never spoken to someone at Fields other than whoever answers their phone—supervisors are always unavailable and never return calls. We have been given many service appointments that have been cancelled the day before or the morning of the scheduled service, again citing one of these excuses. It has become apparent to us that these are not excuses—this is the business model of Kitchenaide and Fields Appliance!

      I purchased a Maytag washer 12/22/20 from Famous Tate’s in Brandon, FL with a 5 year parts and service warranty. I contacted them to receive a repair and they informed me I was out of their service area. They referred to Whirlpool for service. After calling Whirlpool they referred me to Flamingo Appliance to perform the warranty service. I contacted Flamingo Appliance 4/4/22, and they scheduled service for 3 weeks later on 4/28/23. They came on date specified and didn’t have parts. They ordered parts and I called back on 5/2/23 to find out parts were in 5/1/23 and they rescheduled another service for 5/23/23. So I get to wait another 3 weeks to have new parts put in to see if it will be fixed? I am located 1 hour away from Ft. Myers, FL. Where this hub of the company is located. I do not think Flamingo prioritizes my business with this type of extended service delay. Whirlpool should look for another warranty service provider. I didn’t buy the 800.00 + model with warranty to wait for a month and a half or longer to haul laundry somewhere else to wash!! Very upset and do not recommend this company!!

      Fields Appliance was the designated service agent for our KitchenAide refrigerator. When our refrigerator freezer stopped working, they were ready with excuses why they didn't have time or parts to fix it. They made service appointments only to cancel them at the last moment. They simply don't care about your appliance. Good luck trying to talk to someone in charge -- they have witless people who answer their phone, apologize profusely, then accomplish nothing. We asked to talk with supervisors who never bothered to contact us as their underlings had promised. Their repairman finally showed up -- a very nice guy, (don't know why he works for such a lousy company), but he come without needed parts, worked for 3-4 hours, and 12 hours later our refrigerator was totally warm! We have now waited over 2 months with a warm freezer and now the refrigerator as well! KitchenAide needs to give these guys the boot!

      Couldn't ask for better service, their service man Scott was friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. Appointment was convenient and on time as promised.
      If all companies well this way it would be more enjoyable to do business with

      They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Their technicians have no idea what they are doing, they cancel appointments or they just dont show up for appointments. Then they tell you they cant come back out for weeks.

      Whirlpool scheduled an appointment with these clowns to service a refrigerator I am having trouble with. After having me confirm they never arrived. I called told me that they would contact tech and get me an arrival time. Hour later they called me and said they could only leave a voicemail with the tech. 4 hours later I called again and was told they would call me back. 3 hours later I called again , because they never bothered to call me, and was told I would have to schedule another appt.. The story was the tech waited nearby for 30 minutes but I wasn't there. When I asked where he waited she said nearby not at my house, where is nearby? This was a very expensive day for me, missed a day of work and I work 12 hour days, that's close to 300.00

      I would like to say do not use this company at all if your appliances are out of warranty.They just come to collect $149 in few minutes without looking or opening the defective units.Very much disappointed with this FRAUD company. IF OUT OF WARRANTY DO REPAIRS YOUR SELF OR BUY NEW UNITS..AGAIN BUYERS Beware OF THIS COMPANY.

      The worst! Just called them to repair a refrigerator/freezer that's less than a year old. They were already out once (for less than 10 minutes), and said it was fixed. When I called to schedule a follow-up service appointment because it wasn't fixed, they said I needed to have the extended warranty company issue another service request because the first one was already closed and billed - even though the refrigerator wasn't fixed! They couldn't do anything without that new service request. What a scam . . .

      Companies like this should be called out and shamed.

      I was scheduled to use this company by the manufacturer and this is the worst company I have ever used. They don't show up for appointments and when they do they do not come equipped to do their job. I have called the company twice and asked for a supervisor. They told me both times that they can not transfer me through that I have to wait for a call back and I have never gotten a call back.

      We are very sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services.  Due to the nature of the current times, we have experienced availability and part delays.  Our technicians to carry the most commonly needed parts in their truck but at times additional parts would be needed.  This can only be determined when the technician physically diagnosis the appliance.  We also located a call back from our supervisor on 3/13.  It is important that the technician receives a live confirmation that someone is at the home at the time of service.  If no live confirmation is given, the technician does go to your home and tag the door stating we were at the home.  We hope to rectify your dissatisfaction during our next service appointment with you.

      I've fields out 8 times now to fix a dishwasher that's less than a year old. Long story short, dishwasher is not fixed, I am pissed, and ********* wont do a damn thing.
