      Terrible and unprofessional customer service. The so called service offers a 65$ fee for the check bag on the application for members 85$ for non members when the official website says that the price is 36$. However, it is impossible to purchase for this price. Instead of correcting the price, customer service pushes to purchase a Savvy option that costs $600 more for the flight. No doubt that their stocks had dropped 97%. Keep treating your customers this way and you end up in bankruptcy

      This airline need to revisit the goals and there customer service. My trip from ******* on August 24 ************************************* my years of travel. Kingston to Forthlauderdale my baby car seat and stroller was not even at the draw bridge when we exited we had to wait 15 to 20 minute before they came up. Forthlauderdale to ********* was horrible the seat on these plan need to be upgrade like other airline no can sleep in these seat. When we land in ********* the safety concern was over the top only one person to guide the plane in, operate the draw bridge and unload the Plane. AGAIN, we did not get our baby car and stroller after standing waiting long after the plane is empty they said "it would be quicker if they put it on the carocel and we get it down at baggage claim," I was like ok but this is rediculous. To my surprise after landing from 10:52PM we waited in baggage claim till 4 other plane came and customer collected there baggages even ******* came and collect there baggage on carocel 4 before ours came down. All the custom complaint and no customer service to give a good reason to this problem or to say what was happening I was livid to say the least becuase the area was cold for people to be waiting in for extend period of time worse for my baby. However, after 2 and a half of waiting we got out bags at 1:20am in the morning becuase I need my baby car seat to take her home. All this to say I believe we should be take care of as customer especially when I had to pay **************. luggage and 2 check bag that was rediculuos. So we should have some.compesation for the horrific experience.I will **** recommend elanyone to travel with spirit airline and they to my spirit ******* after that rediculous baggage issue and lack of employee to guide the plane in.They need ***** hold accountable for this lack of service.@Rennardo

      Tried to check in for the flight 12 hours before and received a message saying I need to see an agent. I get to the airport early and then I'm told I needed to check in 24 hours before the flight. Outrageous!!!!

      So just to tell you about my request, me and my wife left ft Lauderdale at 6:50 am, arrived in Houston around 9-10am, flight was delayed over 3 hours and while waiting the lady announcing the flight said boarding las Angeles instead of las vegas and also changed the gate last minute so we didn't see anyone board. We missed our flight then had to get a different flight from Houston to Dallas and Dallas to Vegas. didn't end up in vegas till 6 pm and spent 15 hours between flying and waiting in an airport. My late arrival resulted in me missing 2 meetings and having to extend my trip which in turn cost me more money. I talked with 2 supervisors even asked for a simple flight change to Monday and they wanted to uncharge me saying i was sent a $12 voucher but a $12 voucher doesn't cover the additional cost i had to spend due to the fact of your delayed flight, so now I'm requesting 4 times me and my wifes fairs cost because the flight was delayed over 3 hours and all the money I spent fixing the airlines mistake.

      Had the worst customer experience with ******************** than any other airline. Time and time again spirit airline planes have had mechanical difficulties in which two of my vacations had to be cut short and one of which was cancelled completely. When trying to seek compensation or transferral to another airline customer service has never helped but given a motel voucher and food that never covered my familys food expenses. I know of many others who experience similar issues with Spirit airlines and will never again fly with them and encourage others to do the same and spend the extra money flying AA, United or even Frontier!

      Horrible customer service. Seats on aircraft are uncomfortable. They had me and my children sit on the airplane over an hour. The aircraft started to make noises Ive never heard before. Then the aircraft started to smell like hate metal. Thats when they lets of the aircraft. Unsafe aircraft. Bad customer services

      On November last year, I was returning from ******* to ***********, which I agreed to pay for my luggage carry-on, which was $89 once I arrived to ***. I waited for almost an hour to receive my luggage back when I noticed there was a security guard coming with my luggage, which I was Destroy, and I asked the ***** if you want to file a complaint, you need to go to spirit customer service, which was in the same department where I was and all the guy gave me. It was a barcode to scan so I can file a complaint. I live an hour and a half away from the airport so once I arrive home, I did the complain. Their app was not working at all and I called the quarters for customer service. They said they couldnt find my ticket. I spoke to two people they say I needed to file it again and again so I did that almost for 2 1/2 hours trying to fix the issue. They did not resolve itso my luggage was destroyed. All I want is my money back and I dont think its fair to pay for something that I pay to carry on not to be destroyed their customer service. It was really bad.

      Ive been trying to chat or speak to a CSR about the travel points Ive collected. *** had the account for two statement cycles. One statement shows my promo points plus the ones I earned. Second statement shows hardly any points at all..no total balance was given. Ive tried finding it on my spirit acct. and its impossible. I just think Ive been scammed

      God forbid you book a flight with someone who ends up canceling on you they will REFUSEEEEEEEE to switch the name of the secondary person. Mind you this is 2 weeks in advance. Why you ask? Well I don't know because the SUPERVISOR has no idea as well. Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence and lack of assistance with any customer service team. Don't call their customer service line, they have no help to offer. Imagine being told no to LITERALLY changing a first and last name and DOB on a reservation. If someone is in a SUPERVISOR position they should be able to be of some assistance. Coming FROM an office manager in a customer service setting. Do better ********************.
