      My flight from ******* to ********* was delayed nearly three hours due to absent crew members. We arrived in ********* at 3:20 PM but faced another 50-minute delay because the plane couldn't be parked. Half of the passengers on flight NK377 missed their connection to *********, which departed at 3:21 PM, knowing we weren't there. I was rebooked for an 8:00 AM flight the next day, but when I asked for an earlier option, I was told there wasn't one. I requested accommodations since the delay wasn't my fault, but a customer service representative said ********************** couldn't provide anything because the delay was due to crew issues, not an operational problem. This response is unacceptable, as it left many passengers stranded without support. I want to file a complaint to hold Spirit Airlines accountable.

      Last minute delay and overbooking all time they careless and not responsible airlines at all made me miss my business appointment

      The absolute worst airline experience ever! I was due to fly out of *** to *******. The flight attendant closed the gate on me and wouldnt allow me to get on the plane. The plane was still on the ground in the bay. The attendant said I was late but I was at the gate 15 minutes before take off. She saw me, and I went to the restroom. When I came back she wouldnt allow me to board. Their staff has terrible customer service skills. I am a first time Spirit customer and the experience has been terrible. I called customer relations and they put me on hold and no one came to the phone. I asked for a refund because they left me and the flight was $400! I checked in the night before my flight. No one made a final call for all passengers. The attendants were rude and unhelpful. I hope I get my refund. I am a contract registered nurse, so I fly frequently. I will NEVER fly with Spirit again. They have definitely lost a customer ??

      I had a roundtrip ticket from ********* to ********* and back. The first trip when well. On my trip from ********* to ********* (8/1/24) Spirit made many mistakes which caused me to miss my flight. 1. After my son drove me three hours from **********, ****. I got in line to get my boarding pass. I had responed to an email to upgrade my seat. An employee was determined to have me used the Kiosk to print my boarding pass. I argued with her that I needed to update my ticket. She was very determined to have me use the Kiosk. I told her I don't know how to use the Kiosk. (this was kinda a lie, I did know how to use it) She said "there will be people there to help", (I had a very strong feeling this was wrong).2. I went to the Kiosk and it printed a ticket "see agent, seat exchange". I looked for the women who told me to get out of line. 3. I got back in line. A new employee guarding the line asked me when my flight time was, I told her and she said "I would be fine". 4. After 40 minutes in line. When I got to the counter to print my boarding pass. They told me they could not do this because, they don't print boarding passes 45 minutes before flight departure. I asked to speak to a manager.5. I had explained to the manager, **********,, the situtation and told her I arrived at the airport an hour ago. Spirit then booked me on another flight to ********* with the attitude I should be grateful they had a solution to my problem. (The truth was that this was their mistake). My flight back to ********* was not upgraded (the original issue). My daugter who was to pick me up took off from work which she did not have to do because I eventually arrived at 9pm.6. I tried calling and using their website today (8/2/24) and the agent that I called said used the website. After many attempts I was just put into a loop. The "chat people can not help me".

      I travel with babies and strollers, and the personnel was courteous, I didnt have to ask for stroller tags, they took care of it as soon they saw me pushing my babies strollers. At AXM Colombia, the lady at the check in counter was professional, respectful, courteous, well dressed, clean, expressed with a welcoming tone of voice and also re-arrange my family (group of 3 adults and 2 babies) to seat near each other for assistance with the infant. I will never forget about her delivered services. She should be a trainer for new employees, so people like me can keep falling in love with Spirit airline experience.

      Poor customer service bad company, lies about not charging me for military bc I am retired and they did, 2 of the customer service reps got smart with me. I was mislead and want my baggage refund. Also I am sick and need to change my flight I really need to see my physician but they want to charge me this outrageous amount for my kids and me. I will never fly Spirit again, am so use to delta.

      If only you could leave 0 stars. The ONLY option you have to be rid of this company is to Call your credit card provider and BLOCK ALL CHARGES FROM SPIRIT!!!Would you like to have a company charge your credit card YEARS AFTER you have asked them to delete all of your personal information. You are in luck!Do you want to fly with an airline that only has chatbots with no way to speak to an actual person? Again, you are in luck!Better yet, NEVER GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!

      **************** attempted to purchase bags in advance and the system was down so I had to pay full price. Then on my return flight I attempted to purchase bags and the system wasn't letting me do so. I had to pay full price for the bags.Additionally, customer service on the phone told me that because I had already taken the trip they couldn't give me a credit or refund. The manager referred me to the guest services ***** ***************************** was rude and not empathetic to my concerns. She directly stated that the position was not going to change.Spirit Airlines refuses to listen to and address customer complaints. I had to wait for an hour to finally get assistance. Then, the rep was rude. She ended the chat while I was still typing. Moving forward, I use another airline and close my account with ******************** for the way that I've been treated as a customer.

      They refused to refund my money and gave me a credit don't fly often to use the credit
