      Absolutely horrible the delays where longer than the flight with limited information giving to its passengers I while never fly them again I suggest you avoid them.

      This was the worse airline to handle a mechanical issue, they do not have the right operation team. They did not handle it correctly from the gate agents to the service representative. My flight was delayed for more that 9 hours and all they gave me was a partial refund an voucher. I would never use this airline ever again. The service reps was all just reading from a script and do not know the severity of the issue. I had to pay $250 to rent a car, and was able to make it to my destination 5 hours before the airline...How was that even possible. I deserve some compensation on this, and all I got from a response from each service rep was a meal voucher. This was a scam. No wonder Spirt is called the greyhound of the sky.

      Worst airline ever!! Delays in schedules, random changes in boarding gates, unfriendly staff - this is the worst airline. Don't get fooled by their cheap fares, the frustration you will be getting when you take this damned airline rs priceless.I would leave a 0 rating if available.

      This is getting out of hand. I already missed a funeral ************* my husband is going to miss my sister engagement party because our flights keep getting canceled/delayed. The only option they have to offer if rebooks for the next flight. The next flight is two days out and then that flight gets delayed!!!! There needs to be better compensation. We missed what we already originally came out for because of what? & no compensation on the airlines behalf.

      Wolds worst airline was recently on a flight on 25th of July Las to sna.two hours before the flight which was suppose take of at 4:42 pm res at said the flight was on time when checking with website showing on time. The flight departed roughly 1 an half hours late first the plane could not get into the gate because there was no ramp agents to bring the plane in. Finally plane got to the gate and was delayed again this time we were told the cleaning crew which found out consist one one person and the vacuum motor burnt out I have been flying for over 40yrs and been delayed for such a stupid reason after this delaying the flight even more finally board the airplane and get delayed again this time passages told by flight attendants they were waiting for bags to be loaded on the airplane how is this possible the flight was suppose to have left a hour in a half ago. In all the situation that occured made your airline look absolutely ridiculous incompetent and totally stupid you should educate your employees what to announce in these situations because the passengers are not stupid your flight are rarely on time due to lack of staffing these are latest reasons why my past flights have been delayed ramp agents not aviable for push back from the gate agents not aviable for in bound flight gate agent not available to bring jet way up to airplane going back to the gate when we were next in line for departure to pick up late arriving fly attendant which made us 40min late arriving and had to wait 25 in the penalty box because now there was no gate available I thought by now your airline would have figured out how to become real airline also don't try to put 5 flts into a gate with a four hour gap it does not work lastly your crew scheduling department apparently has no I idea of how to do their job flts constantly delayed or cancelled due to crew going over their hours I predict within two years you will be out of business

      I took three flights in two weeks and all three delayed by 2 to 3 hours. The airline is not honest - for one flight, it said the delay is only 1 and half hours, so it does not qualify the free change policy. However, we wait for three hours to finally take off l, in the middle night.

      I am an amputee and i was flying out of *************** to my home in ********* on Friday 07/19/24 and all airports were shut down due to the computer's problems and i had asked the person that is supposed to help handicapped people for a chair because i am not supposed to be on my foot and he could clearly see that i am missing a quarter of the front of my foot and i have and open wound and bone exposed and i told the gentle man this and he denied me a chair and stated that I needed to first get a boarding pass when the computer wasn't working across the whole airport so i stood in line for a couple of hours with my foot like that then i went back again and told him i can stand no more because I was going thru so much pain and he denied me a second time until an other customer got involved and got me a security person and the security person got made at that man and got a chair for me and he actually got mad at the security lady for getting a chair with out his permission but i am thankful of the security lady and as of the guy I think he needs to be retrained one week later my foot did get infected because of that and i still can't walk and my wife depends on me walking because she has *********** and dementia and is wheelchair bound so i have contacted spirit airlines and i don't think they are going to do anything about it so i feel i am going to have to get a lawyer to resolve this issue

      I tried to book my luggage at one price. Their system was down for over 24 hours. When I went back to book the luggage they increased the price by over 25$ one way. This airline is a scam.

      I will never fly spirit again. I paid for the cancel for any reason $26.00....I missed my flight out and THEY canceled my return flight, leaving me stuck in *******. Now they send me an email (5 days ago) saying all these things aren't refundable!!!!Original purchase $359.03 Other. -$46.09 Cancel for Any Reason 100% -$26 *********** membership -$69.95 Right in their accounting it says 100%!!!!!No refund yet, either.Spirit!! I take between 12 and 30 flights per year! You lost me. I'm done.
