      I bid for an exit row seat. Was immediately emailed my bid was outbid and encouraged to bid again. I decided not to and instead paid for an aisle seat on their website to guarantee it. The day of flight, 5 hours before, they email me that my bid was now accepted and they are automatically charging my card. Completely unethical- scamming people to bid more. Additionally, now that Ive paid for another seat due to being told my bid was not accepted, now they go back and charge me automatically for the bid- in essence having me pay twice for a seat. Just a scam

      My 15 year old son had round trip ticket from ************ to ********* to visit a friend in **********, 3 hours from *********. Upon arrival for his departing flight back to ************, he was told his flight was canceled and rebooked for Monday, this was on a Friday. I appreciate the rebook, however, he is ******************************* ********* by himself for 2 days. He called his dad and I and we tried to get them to put him on an earlier flight. The lady working the counter in ********* refused to put him on an earlier flight claiming he would not make it. He had just over an hour and had no checked bags, just a small personal bag. We had to purchase a last minute ticket that cost us $359 just to get our minor son home. We contacted and spoke to several Spirit employees, including a supervisor. Theres nothing they can do other than offer apologies and tell me their staff needs more training. Never again.

      They NEVER honor what they say. Every year it's the same thing, kids sleeping on the floors of the airport because yet again spirit airline's are always cancelling flights. They claim when it's they're fault that they cover hotel and food vouchers but NEVER honor what is in their policy. Please if you have children especially Young children/infants beware. I absolutely hate seeing my kids on the filthy airport floors having to sleep. **************** never assist or help either they constantly are rude, and tell you misinformation to try to not have to speak with you.

      After 6 hours of driving, 6 hours of sittin and waitin, (currently still sittin and waitin) they ensured we were kept warm by keeping us all on the plane while the dude thats supposed to pump the gas is pooping during lunch break laughing at something stupid on tik tok and they said were not allowed to have water until were in the air 30+ mins ago which is good so we can stay humble and start spittin sweaters to add to the heat ??????The BIGGEST blessing has BY FAR been the ?$12? MEAL VOUCHER ????????????I am just honestly so grateful not only for how wonderful today has been, but to have paid hundreds of dollars to miss my next flight and sit at the airport while my boys have fun and figure out what Im gonna do in ******* ??#SpiritGivesBack #$12 #BLESSED #wow #good Update: total flight delayed by over 5 hours plus being stuck in taxi for over 2 hours + 4.5 hour flight with no meals

      The worst airline in the entire world . They are rude , very ghetto, and unprofessional. Please boycott spirit airlines . They need to be put out of business , stop spending money here . My flight has been delayed for 6hrs and counting ! Whilst other spirt flights around me are being cancelled with no warning . The agents are being very rude and careless laughing at ppl being upset .

      Spirit airline staff all over are mean and rude and I have never felt so disrespectful in my life even the staff on the plain are rude Ill never ride spirit airlines ever again and my family Ither and this in at ********************** the double booked my seat that I paid for and gave it to so one that did pay for a seat .

      The lack of concern for the customer and accountability from the company is DISGUSTING! I had a flight delayed 24 hrs due to weather.. when in reality, we all know it was probably due to the ********* outage, like with frontier. I waited in line for an hour and a half for them to tell me that they couldnt give me a room voucher and I have to wait at the airport for 24 hrs. Mind you, I was never emailed saying Id miss my connecting flight, I had to find out at the airport. **************, selfish business practices.

      Flight cancelled 4 hrs before flight time. They offered no assistance for rebooking on another flight. Flights were all booked up for the next 2 days on Spi when I checked out their website. I had to book with Southwest Airlines and pay a significant amount for a new ticket. I will never fly with Spirit Airlines

      My wife spent over four hours trying to cancel her flight well within the 24 hour time frame and they would hang up or stop communicating via text until it was too late, then said they would only issue a voucher.
