      Me and my husband was on vacation in ********** we had a connect flight to ******* FL my husband bag was open and we noticed his Louis ******* belt was stolen I also told a supervisor I messaged him the receipt of the belt a pic of the belt my husband also emailed him pics and the receipt of the belt the supervisor did follow up with me but I haven't heard any thing else this happened toward the end of May 2024

      Spirit has done nothing but ruin my experience with flying. The different types of issues myself and husband exist ridiculous! We first made it to the airport in *************** flight Nk895 to Ft. **********. Upon getting there at 6:45 am and attempting to speak to the Spirit workers to check in our bags. We were told we dont open till 730am as they walked away and rolled eyes. I called customer service and explained everything just be told they opened at 6am and to asked for the supervisor bcz its nothing they can do over the phone. Went back to the front desk where a male worker stated he dont start working till 730am and that he is just up front early while lending over the counter on his phone looking at photos. After explaining that I talked to customer service and were told to ask for supervisor he stated he not sure where she was and checked out bags in. Which was then around 710. Upon making it to Ft.Lauderdale flight nk226 we were supposed to leave at 4:47 and had a delayed and didnt leave till 630. Now I am waiting at the airport in *** and is told we cant get off for 30min. They have not offer us anything to drink and constantly telling ppl to stay in sits even though we are on the ground now. DONOT BOOKED WITH THEM AT ALL!!! This is my worse experience ever

      Had a reservation from ORF to MCO the day before a cruise ensuring that we would be there in time for embarking. Arrived 3 hours prior to flight schedule - only to have the flight delayed for no reason approx five times. After the 5th delay the flight was rebooked for the next morning at 10 am. Arrived at the counter before 730m am for newly scheduled flight and no staff showed up until close to 9am then proceeded to have us form new lines according to what they thought would be best for passengers not taking into consideration the people who were in the front of the line. Flight was delayed again, not landing until after 1:00 pm to which we missed our cruise. Because of this, not only did we miss our cruise (over 3K), we had hotel fees on both ends at ******* of 173 and lodging we had to pay for due to delay at norfolk 296, and spirit is refusing to refund over 1000 for airfare and baggage which was never provided. This company needs an overhaul. SCAM artists. So so upset.

      Worse airlines and worse staff @ ***********. The staff name **** was rude and discriminated to Asian passengers. She gave out such based attitude while I was trying to help other Chinese Passengers understand why they couldn't get on the flight. Even though they can't speak English, at least she can explain the situation to them with a friendly attitude. What a bad experience with Spirit Airlines. This staff need to learn what's true definition of *******************

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had while traveling with Spirit Airlines. On Sunday June 23, 2024 my family and I, including four children under the age of 10, were scheduled to take a flight with your airline. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed twice before being ultimately cancelled, causing us significant inconvenience and financial strain .They lied about the flight being canceled due to the weather while they boarded the next flight to the same destination. This airline should be investigated.

      If I could give Spirit 0 stars I would. I was due to come home on 6-24-2024 flight in ********* was a lil after 3pm. get a message that my flight will be delayed for at least an hour and 23 mins. goes to the airport finally boards. We can't leave because the air mechanical issues. In that time, we are waiting on a hot plane for at least 2 hours. The mechanic comes to try and fix issue. Here they are telling us we can bored but it won't be air. Like are you all serious? NO WAY. So, from 3pm to close Midnight we are sitting at the airport. Finally, from waiting that long OH guess what???? The plane is dead and can't be repaired, I have health issues MS along with other problems. Had to go down spirit. To no avail, the claim people will be accommodated. Had to send an email to my job I can't make it back to *******. Ok first time it was understood. Now i get a message from spirit at 2;26am in the morning telling me United airlines will take over my flight, ok I'm happy thinking I'm going home. flight was due 4:20pm back to *******. Was delayed twice. finally get a message flight will be on time at 5:45pm. Goes back to the airport. goes to united airlines to check in. GUESS what??? they tell me flight was voided by spirit. I have no flight to get home another day I had to call my job to tell them I was not going to make it to work, here I am going back and forth with them and spirt. one blaming the other ******* me off. So, spirit says it will refund me, because there was no way to get me home that day. To contact the support to see how much i will be getting back. Goes to the chat, explain what happen. Get message later telling me about a voucher? You all lost your mind; no, you will give me my money back. I will not EVERRRRRR fly spirit again. I paid by credit card. Not voucher. I will be contacting news-lawyer and other resources. I had to have my father-in-law buy a ticket for me to get home on Wednesday 6-26-2024. Trash airlines!!!!

      Would not recommend flying on Spirit Airlines. Was flying home to ******* from *********** and had a layover in ******* *****. A few minutes after we landed in ***** I received an email from the airline saying that my flight to ******* has been canceled and they would be flying me out to ************ the next day at 8:09pm but I couldnt take that flight because I had work the next morning. When I went downstairs to the Spirit desk they told everyone that was suppose to be on that flight that they would not be issuing any refunds or compensation for anyone who needs to get a hotel to stay the night if they have chose to take the flight for the next day, if anyone booked a flight on another airline, or rented a car to get home. So my friends and I had to come out of pocket $500 each to purchase new airline tickets through United Airlines so that we could all get to work and school the next day. I would not recommend anyone fly on spirit airlines.

      Spirit Airline canceled my flight and notify me the day before my flight. I was determined to get on the flight and spend hour on hold with customer service. I was rudely told that I canceled my flight which was totally not true. I decided to go to the airport on my flight day. I finally got everything cleared up after waiting 1 hour for a service attendant to come to the front desk. The thing that made me right this review was how rude the flight attendants were on the flight. I will never fly with this airline again.

      I flew to ***************** Fl on June 20, 2024. The flight down was uneventful . The male flight attendant thought he was a comedian and when I asked for a glass of water I was told "only the ice is free". The return flight 347 on June 24th was another case. that flight which was supposed to leave ***************** at 8:00 pm was delayed and re-scheduled so many times it was radicicolous. WE finally left ***************** around midnight. During the safety briefing, the female flight attendant closest to while showing the seat belt procedure hit me in the face with the metal buckle. When I yelled she said to me what happened? I told her that she her me in the face and answered "oh are you okay" I told her to be more careful and this must have upset her. Twice during the flight when I was almost asleep she hit me in the arm as she passed me in the aisle. I have flown more than a half million miles with other airlines and this by far was the WORST treatment I have EVER received. .

      Spirit airlines is the worst airline I have ever dealt with. They canceled my sons flight less than 24 hours before the fight but 4 hours after the confirmed it. They still offer the same flight online at a higher cost. DO NO USE THEM AT ANY COST. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. THEY DO KOT ANSWER THE PHONES EITHER. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with *** that is saying a lot.
