      Recently, booked a round trip to attend a funeral. I checked in for the return flight. At the airport kiosk to get my boarding pass, an error message appeared, to see the clerk. The Spirit had updated the flight, to delayed two hours. At the counter, the agent informed me that my flight was canceled. I didnt get an email, text or notification on the app., The next flight she said was in two days. The next day had one stop. I called to explore all the options, for next availability. He kept confirming two days out, after saying there was a flight the next day. I asked for a supervisor. Twenty minutes later, a supervisor got on the line. I requested a refund at this point and a confirmation email . He said it would take sixty minutes. Four hours later, no email. I tried using the chat option. That placed me in a queue. I called. Maybe, it was luck. It only took 18 minutes to connect with an agent. After going through the whole process again, she informed me it would take sixty minutes to get the confirmation of refund email.Everyone knows, the seats are terrible. Theres no service. How does this airline still exist?

      Spirit airlines will cause you to miss connecting flights, will do nothing to try to rectify any issues and is completely unresponsive in communication without a service number to call. Worst service of any airline. Do not recommend ever flying with them.

      Unethical company.They randomly chose a customer who paid for extra room seats to downgrade and pass to a common seat.I got my money after I claim but that's not the point.I'm still waiting for the answer on what is the criteria to do that to a person.What they do without proper explanation is call discrimination.

      I will never, ever fly this airline again. My bag is missing and they are giving me the run around about trying to file a complaint for it. My flight landed in ATL last night and due to bad weather, the bags were not unloaded from the plane for almost 3 hours. After waiting all of that time I then realize that my bag did not make it to ATL From **************. I go to the baggage claim office and was instructed to file a claim online. I file the claim online 1 hour later, only to get an error saying I need to call customer service to be assisted. I call customer service and the rep tells me she can't assit me and I have to wait until morning to call. I call this morning, and I am placed on hold to speak to a manager who then tells me I now need to contact guest services. So she directed me to chat box for guest services. There, they tell me that its past the 4 hour window to file a missing bag claim. I am ******. Why is that even a policy that someone has 4 hours to file a claim?? Secondly...it was 3 hours before the bags were even unloaded off of the plane. I wouldn't have been able to meet that deadline at all. Thirdly, my bag isnt missing as a result of anything that I did wrong. This airline is the absolute worst. So now I am not sure if I will ever get my bag or be compensated for the items lost. NEVER, EVER again will I fly spirit airlines.

      The worst I arrived at the airport to find out they gave my seat away because the luggage compartment was full. Then said I could leave my luggage with family and get on so I had to pay a extra $100 dollar fee to fly out tomorrow with a 7 hour delay in ******* ??????????

      Unprofessional!After multi attempts day by day phone calls and personal contact at the Airport. The Staff member behind the booth became very rude and decided threatening was okay.They will not take care of such threats and it can take up to 30 days for contact back. No confirmation number nothing! Every person you speak to is a supervisor but can not access the proper paperwork to go over. Service Dog request!They say to take paperwork into airport and talk to a C.R.O. Member to help people with disabilities. Sad to say. There is no C.R.O staff! This is wrong as they make up reasons to remove and arrest people for threats. Note sign on wall at counter!Threaten any staff you will face up to 10 years in prison. This does not apply to how they treat you. They can act inappropriate and show authority over anyone in this world. Staff members do not know the laws as they think they do. Thinking twice about the behavior and actions as it will most definitely lead to more harassment from this company.They ask you for details to waste time and side track you and make you believe its you thats crazy. They want to waste your time and take your money. Its all a plan to take money from people and keep denying any request put in or offered. I am scared enough that I cant sleep. Nothing like being disabled and uncomfortable that you have to request not to be bother,approach,or even harassed during flight.Waiting on email and a signed paper that it will not happen at all. Well it happen. I dont count on it. We the people have rights like everyone else.Would you trust the behavior of the staff and trust the Airline?

      They canceled my flight back from Puerto Rico had nothing for 2 days and didn’t have a solution they just said oh well. I still haven’t recorded my refund that was “issued” which is horrible . I will never fly with them again they are a horrible airline and don’t accommodate anybody and can’t even give a refund they were supposed to give.

      I wouldn’t even give this airline one star absolutely horrendous experience. I’m trying to figure out what spirit stands for. Is it joyous spirit or demonic spirit I go for demonic spirit. This airline is horrid flight leaving Portland Oregon scheduled to leave at six in the morning flight got delayed till 3 PM then delay to 7 PM all while two additional flights left in between And they could not get me on. Upon arrival at Portland airport. I was greeted by a very rude person who showed no empathy for my concerns.. had to tell me if I had to be in Vegas by a certain time I should’ve left a day before. They even told me if I didn’t like the situation, perhaps I should never fly spirit airlines again. What type of people do you employ? I wish I had read the reviews on Spirit Airlines before booking with them. Customer service did nothing for me and let me tell you after 30 years and customer service. I know there’s always a way to take care of your guest and make them feel valued, I normally always give positive reviews and recommendations for places and things that I’ve used. I will never do that with Spirit Airlines. Shame on you and shame on your staff. I am absolutely appalled. A full day wasted when I know you could’ve got me on one of your other flights .

      Theyll take your seat that you paid for and make you move. Then they sit someone who didnt pay in your seat.
