      Theyll take your seat that you paid for and make you move. Then they sit someone who didnt pay in your seat.

      I purchased tickets with Spirit airlines. And I have never flown before when I bought the ticketsni was told to be at the airport 45 minutes before the flight. I never got an email from the. So when I got to the airport the kiosk to check I. Were not working only one person was at the counter and family was in front of us by the time it was our turn we were not checked in on time oh and I was not informed t that I ccould check in online. We missed our flight. I tried calling and was on hold for along time the call dropped and I called again and was placed on hold again. No came back on . I called again In the morning when I finally got speak with some they said. I should of called the same day. And there was nothing they could do. It would be $700 to purchase new tickets. I also had tickets to a concert and room. That I lost money out on as well. It is also my birth gift. All because they didn't tell me that I could check in online and that I had to be 2 hours early.

      Spirit has a bad taste in everyone's mouth. But their business practices are beyond shady. We all know they try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can, but what they did to me and hundreds of others is criminal.I tried to add a carry on bag to my flight for $64 on both the website, and app using two different cards: **** and amex. It gave me an error every time saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later". I tried each day before my flight, same thing (I have screenshots). Once I got to my gate for the flight, I explained the situation, showed evidence, and they up charged me $99 for the carry on.How can they restrict me from adding a carry-on then up charge you like that at the gate? Shady business tactics. Then, I spend hours and hours of time with customer service trying to resolve this, and they refund me the difference (*****) and give me a $50 base fare voucher.*******, HERE'S THE CATCH!Somehow, when booking on the website, out of a $90 flight, the base fare is only $28.54 and the other 67% of the flight when booking through the website is somehow "taxes and fees". It's all a complete scam, do not accept Vouchers. Instead ask for complete refunds, or reservation credit. Reservation credit is different than vouchers.Everything you've heard about spirit is true. Do not book with spirit, you will end up regretting it in some way or another. When you finally go through with your trip, it will end up costing you a lot more than booking with a nicer airline would have cost you in the long run.

      My daughter's flight yesterday was delayed numerous times and ultimately canceled. It left *** headed for *** over 2 hours late. She was waiting for 3 hours last the departure time. They loaded everyone on the plane and ten minutes after they were suppose to take off they deplaned everyone. Come to find out, the flight team they sent timed out. This company knew when that flight crew left the ground that they weren't going to be able to make the return flight back to ******* (the one we have been waiting for) when that plane left *******. To make the next flight wait for 3 hours KNOWING good and well they were canceling the flight is unprofessional and it's no wonder the company is going out of business at MHT. GOOD RIDDANCE

      This airline, total disaster, cancels my flight outta nowhere, no heads-up, no explanation. And guess what? Still ain't seen my money back! Their customer support? A joke, probably outsourced to some dump overseas. Feedback? Yeah, right! Might as well be talking to a brick wall. This ain't no ***************** it's a *************** operation! Unbelievable! ??????

      The worst airline I've ever been on! They don't tell you beforehand that the seats don't be recline. I have severe back pain and if I had known this I would have never booked this flight. They're not really cheaper than other airlines because they charge you for everything. $100 to check a bag, which would normally be included on a regular airline. This is not a regular airline. It's below budget. They charge you extra for even water. I highly recommend spending extra money for a better quality airline. Charge you for window seats. You can't even fall asleep because the seats are so tiny and uncomfortable. That is a waste of money. I'm so miserable and I regret ever booking them.

      ******* taking care of flight 947 on 3/23 out of ******* to *** is probably one of your most valuable employees. She handled the rush, the commotion, and everything else like a boss. The flight was getting backed up with strollers waiting to be loaded and she walked down once everyone was boarded and loaded those strollers and car seats herself. She deserves some sort of recognition and I hope she gets it!

      I want to complain about this airline. I bought a round trip ticket for my daughter to visit me. While she was here the airline changed her flight time for departure. She was supposed to leave in the afternoon at an airport that is 5 hours travel time away to a very early time, thus forcing me to obtain a hotel for the night before departure. I dropped her off at the airport and went back to the hotel for extra sleep before traveling another 5 hours back home only to be called just before she was boarding the airline. She stated that she needed to have her bag paid for again at the cost of $99. The airline would not take my credit card over the phone and the website was not working for me to make this payment as well. Since I had originally purchased a round trip ticket that included the cost of her carry-on, I should not have had to pay again for her to return home. I ended up going back to the airport and picking up my daughter and purchasing another ticket from a different airline for her to return two weeks later. I have tried to contact Spirit Airlines about this issue and all you want to do is give me $48 for the cost of the return flight. Had you not changed her flight in the first place I would not have had to get a hotel room and incurred that cost or the cost of extra food and gas. Therefore, I have incurred extra costs that were not necessary. I reviewed all of my receipts for this and the amount comes to just over $700 for fuel, food, hotel, another flight home, travel time and the inconvenience of your error that you are not willing to accept. I will never give you a good review or use your airline again in the future as you are not transparent in your costs. With a round trip ticket there is no disclosure that you separate your costs for your carry-ons per ticket.

      Spirit airline is the worst airline ever the immoral deceptive tactics are a disgrace is one thing to charge five dollars on the airplane for a bottle of water or seven dollars for a bag of chips but I booked a flight. The **************** guaranteed me will cost me no more than $432.25 including the seats that I chose, he sent me a payment portal for that exact amount. A few days later I see that they had went onto my credit card and a charge an additional $852 causing a flight to be nearly $1300. Theres no flight anywhere in South America that Spirit goes to that cost $1300 even a quality airline like Delta for the same itineraries only charges $1100. The crackhead behavior is shameful. I spoke with a representative at the corporate office. Her name is ***************************** indicated that if I drop the dispute with my credit card company, they would reimburse me the other charges , but the credit card company reminded me that if I dropped a dispute and they dont reimburse me the note that extra money is lost. This airline is a disgrace.
