      Flight cancelled due to rain. Company falsely information to customer. Canceling flights because they under staffed and using bad weather as an excuse to have customer paid for more money for canceled flights. Delayed flights more the three times and not willing to accommodate customers due their error. Example cancelled and delayed flights due to bad weather and all other airlines were up and running.

      I needed to cancel a flight I had scheduled within the first 24 hours (which is our right) and get a full refund in my original payment method (credit card) and they refused to do so. Then I spoke to a supervisor, ******, and he didn’t offer me any real solution. They even hung down the telephone call. They’re breaking US law.

      I have never had an experience with any business where they cared absolutely nothing about customers. I accidentally put my first name instead of my fathers when booking the flight. They kept my entire purchase amount and made no attempt to try and help me fix this mistake. They wouldnt even credit me the ticket amount so that I could rebook the flight. I am disgusted by their business practices and will never use this airline again. I have heard many negative things about this company and it is apparent that they are all true.

      Mean workers, unexpected high baggage prices, rude customer service, airplanes being late quite often. This airline should not be in this business!

      I booked a flight with Spirit Airlines for an adventure out to Las Vegas. Yet, I had a few beers in me when booking the reservation and my eyes are kind of fading because of old age. So, I ended up making the reservation at the wrong airport and missed the flight. I explained my situation to Spirit Airlines. They were sympathetic with me and gave me a full refund. I was quite shocked by this because this is typically against their corporate policy. Thank you Spirit Airlines. I hope to have the pleasure of flying with you sometime in the near future.

      This company has no value to even exist. I dislike their policy and how they handle my situation. Poor customer services. I would not even give them a star. Ive been dealing with anxiety and was trying to take a vacation for this past spring break with my 8 year old son, and husband. My husband purchased and reserved tickets from ******* to LA. On January 29. We had our confirmation number and was looking forward for our Spring Break trip trip. We were supposed to departure this past March 8 and arrived back on March 12. To even write and remember the chaotic and emotional I had that day bring me depression to even have to relieved it again. I normally check in the day prior but I forgot since I was still packing. N e ways. We arrived 3 hours early at ****************************** went to a Kiosk to check in, when I had issues getting our information into the system. So we decided to get in line and wait to get assistance by a real person. The lack of employees and not caring for the long line and taking their sweet time made it more inconvenient for us. When it was our turn we presented our information such as Id and passport to the Spirit associate. We also showed her our email confirmation of our flights. Employee was not able to locate us, so she ended up calling a manager on site. Manager couldnt locate us either even with our confirmation number. So they told us to contact Spirit. So we did. To make matter worst customer service told us that our trip was canceled 3 days prior of our trip and they couldnt assist us since it showed it was done by our device. How is it possible that we are going to cancel our trip that we were looking forward to take, especially with our 8 year old son. On top of that we purchased our luggage and pay $240.00. Arrived 3 hours early for pre check in. How is it our fault. Never received email confirmation that apparently we had canceled our trip. They refused to help us out. Not showing no empathy. Not even giving us future credit

      Their website charged me for a bundle I never added. I called the same day I was charged for it when I saw the mistake on my bill but they wouldn't refund me for it even though I never even purchased it. I asked my credit card company to refute the charge and they said they've tried to refute charges with Spirit and it never works so they could not and my credit card company had to pay me the amount Spirit incorrectly charged. I'll never use Spirit again.

      Hello my name is *********************** and my flight from ****** to ***********, flight number 1970, 3/11/2025 was a disaster. Why, because I miss my flight due to the delays and multiple gates changes. I arrived at the airport 2 hours early and due to the confusion at gate 31, I miss my plane and two days of work. And let's not forget the Uber that I took up to the airport, back home and then back to the airport. That's about $150 right there. I would like you guys to reimburse me for my work days miss and transportation to and from the airport. Thanks

      They changed the gate to my connecting flight which caused my pre-printed boarding pass to not work. I got it changed with the customer service desk but found out when I got through the *** line that the new boarding pass they gave me was for the next day.They caused me to miss my connecting flight which stranded me in a city in which I had no plans of staying. After everything is said and done, they are now refusing to reimburse the cost of the hotel I was forced to stay at.

      I only give this airline two stars because they were a hour late and getting our luggage off of the plane. Also, upon returning back home on my flight, they will not take my luggage. I had to bring it with me through TSA. It was not informed to bring my luggage with me to the gate, so therefore, my luggage was left in Georgia. This caused me to throw away valuable items being that I had to take it through TSA. Also, I am without items I need due to a lack of communication between its employees. Also, I had to pay extra for my carry-on when others with me and people boarding the plane did not have to pay. When ask why there really was no explanation. The employees are rude and have no patience. I understand. Everything is timed and has to run smoothly, but you need to have a certain level of decorum and patience when it comes to your customers I end up spending over $300 more than I needed to and I still do not have my luggage.
