      I was pulled aside from boarding because of my small tote (that was holding my books and a small purse that was holding my wallet, keys, phone, charger, and few lipsticks). I also had a small backpack that was not oversized. It was the same backpack and tote bag i came with to ******* from ************** with no trouble for a quick weekend trip. For my flight back to ******, this time I was told that i would be charged for carryon for the tote unless i was able to fit it in my backpack. I was able to shove in my tote but my purse did not fit. The employees said they have to charge $99 dollars for my purse! I naturally argued and was outraged. When you also looked around only ladies were pulled aside being required to put their purses in their backpacks. The men employees were on a power trip at this point. They even closed the gate door and said you dont need to pay and dont need to board the plane. I am traveling by myself and trying to board the plane at 11:30pm! I started to get scared that I will be stranded at the airport middle of the night. And the men threatened to call security on me. They said i was throwing a tantrum and dont need to let me board the plane because of my behavior. As soon as i pulled out my credit card because i was desperate to go home then they stopped threatening me about preventing me to board the plane and reopened the gate. As soon as i sat on my seat i started crying. My seat mates were graceful and comforted me and made the trip back home bearable. Ending my great trip to arizon with a horrible taste in my mouth thanks to Spirit. The company needs to reevaluate their standards and stop measuring employees performance on metrics that consistent of harassing patrons. There is nothing special that spirit offers no slight inclination, no tv, no free wifi, no choice on picking seats, no water, no snacks the least the spirit airline can do is not harass their patrons.

      Had a flight from ***** to ****** Feb 29th that was delayed for more than two hours, this delay wouldve caused me to miss my connecting flight so o made alternative plans to fly and make my second flight. Spirit refuses to credit me for the flight as it shows I was a no show when I didnt board the two hour late flight. I believe Im due flight credit for delays and/or having to make alternative travel plans due to delays.

      I have been having multiple experiences that has been awful and horrible! Extremely long wait times with their messaging system. It says "usually responds in a few minutes" that is definitely not the case, they usually respond to my text after 4 hours. I contacted their customer service and explained that I never received credit for the flight that I cancelled. I found out that they had marked my flight as "no show" which is very demeaning as it implies that I am an individual with failed to fulfill my obligation without taking into account my efforts to communicate or cancel in advance when I really did cancel. They connected me to a supervisor on duty that claimed that any person that doesn't board their flight regardless of cancellation is marked as no show which it is completely false. I have noticed a trend that every time I communicate with them through their messaging system, their agents and supervisor immediately disconnecting me before I have time to even response or answer. It is a nightmare and have never had such horrible customer service and dissatisfaction with other airline companies.

      I contacted Spirit airlines recently, because I was not able to make my flight, and I wanted to rebook using a credit or receive a refund spirit airlines, refuses to provide me with a future credit or refund, so I will never book with spirit airlines ever again that is my last time booking with spirit airlines I explained to customer service that I am not feeling well and sick Covid Customer service tells me I have to send over documents that need to be reviewed in order for me to receive a refund and I feel like that is not fair that is not right spear airlines can take my money and don’t require documents, but to get my money that I worked hard for they want me to send in documents just so I can get a refund but spirit didn’t require documents to charge my debit card from my checking account Not booking with spirit airlines anymore or any airlines or company that’s affiliated with them Spirit airlines is a scam. What is a scam a scam is when you pay for a product or service, and they refuse to provide the service and won’t issue a refund I will be filing complaints with other organizations or companies as well

      Had airline tickets and changed date said $12 plus to up grade when I checked out using app it charged ****** now I see Im scheduled for a evening flight which was to be a am Flight now they want 280. Dollars to collect I already spent ****** plus ****** and now they want ****** for a ticket that was ***** plus tax

      The worst airline company ever. They should be shut down and all the employees should be put into jail.Very bad customer service and unwilling to provide detailed receipt.Very bad seats and air services.

      I had arranged a flight from ********, ******, to ********, ********. Unfortunately, adverse weather conditions led to a delay. Given the limited number of flights to my destination, I was told I'd have to wait around four days for the next available flight, with no alternative flights offered.The airline also declined to provide a voucher for booking with another carrier or any form of assistance. As a result, I found myself stranded at the ***************** overnight because my connecting flight had departed five minutes before my delayed flight arrived.The following day, When I requested a refund and opted to book with a different airline, I was assured that my luggage had been sent ahead and had arrived in ********, ********. Now, two days later, I am in ******** but unable to retrieve my luggage. The airline's business office is unstaffed during regular business hours, and the service /ticketing desk remains unattended until two hours before the next flight, which is not due until 8 PM, leaving me without assistance since 2 PM upon my arrival. Despite reaching out to the airline's support over the phone, and texting I have found no resolution. This has left me without my medication for four days, wearing the same clothes and NOW Im still waiting

      My husband and I have been loyal customers. My husband died in 2020 I called Spirit to inquire about the miles and was told We had ****** miles. The agent was very nice. She never told me the miles would expire? Recently when I called to use them they saw I had the miles but couldnt use them because according to Spirit they expired. How can my EARNED miles expire? I called again because it doesnt seem right they are my EARNED *****. I would appreciate some resolution until I receive I will continue to post my negative experience. *****************
