      Not a good plane we waited from 7:00pm all the way until 1:00am only to **** our sits ght cancelled. They did not give us a hotel or a Uber stating FAA weather issues but all other planes out of that airport were able to depart. The employees were very rude and doesn't care about you or kids. I'm never going on Spirit again, I will pay the extra fare on another airline for the convenience and the on time arrival!

      I paid for a flight costing 56 dollars. However I no longer need that flight and have cancelled 17 days in advanced. They refuse refund the the 56 dollars.

      Spirit is sorry as they come. They charge for a carry on no matter what you pay. They lose your luggage. The seats are a joke. I will never deal with spirit airlines.

      they don't even deserve one star!!!! Spirit is HORRIBLE! I bought a round trip ticket in February for this past weekend - my return flight was delayed which made me have to get another ticket with another airline - after spending over 1.5 hours on hold I was told that for a 400 round trip they would give me a $65 credit. They have no customer service and I would advise everyone NOT to use this airline - they are liars and they feel that there is nothing you can do so they create these rules that you can't win with - once I asked them for reimbursement for the seat I paid over $100 for I was told those are extras and not reimbursable. completely dissatisfied and will walk before I EVER travel spirit again.

      We are stuck in ****** waiting for a flight tomorrow when our flight was supposed to leave last night. They are sending ** to ********** even though our flight was supposed to go to ********. No help with hotels or rental cars. They told ** it was cause by weather even though there was no weather along our route, the plane wasn't here because it was in *******. How is it a weather cancellation when it is not along the route, the company has ample time to rectify the situation but did not. How can we be punished because of Spirits poor planning.

      They delayed my flight by 4 hours without warning, then refused even to give me a partial refund! I had to cancel my entire trip. They also purposefully overbook flights and hold people up at security so they miss them. This is seriously the last straw with Spirit, I will absolutely never book a trip with them again. It's a sad state of affairs when the only affordable option left to fly in ******* provides such horrendous service and treats customers so poorly that you are better off staying home.

      My family had a flight out of ******* going to ******* and it was canceled last minute because of weather and then waited an a hour long line for them to tell me they cant give me a ticket until 11:30 pm the next day left me and my family at the airport for almost *************************************************************** ******* she says the wether is great it not right they could just do that to someone and not have to pay you for the time lost with work and flights and food you have to pay including the hotel.

      The worst airline company I've ever flew with. Delayed my flight twice and because of that missed my connection flight which coat me losing money and job.

      Worst customer service ever. Dont be fulled by cheap price. Uncomfortable chairs will give you back pain in 15 mins, there is simply no way to charge your phone, blankets are not existing, neither water. Youll pay for overweight several pounds in your luggage more than price of luggage itself. To choose sits - regular sits- youll pay. No carry on means youll pay for carry on more than for your luggage. Delay and cancelation are frequent. Please save your money and yourself from mental breakdown. Avoid this company by any means.

      If I could give this airline negative stars I would. Horrible communication and the complete incompetence of their staff is mind blowing. How is there an hour delay on PAPERWORK FROM MAINTENANCE ...AFTER a 5 hour DELAY in arrival.
