      Terrible company I missed my flight and 7 other people did as well. We were all sitting here. I got here 2 hrs early. They never made an announcement over the intercom. Its extremely loud out here. They made an announcement for everyone else. I asked to speak to a manager. They said hes unavailable to talk. I asked them are they gonna compensate us or give us a hotel voucher. They refused. Worse company ever very ghetto and unprofessional I wont be flying here ever again

      I wouldnt recommend flying with this airlines unless you are 110% sure that you will not need any changes to your reservation for ANY REASON because you will be charged and there are no refunds or credits for purchaser if cant make the reservation!

      Tickets were cheap. $160 for round trip BUT just for ONE of the flights we had to pay $375 in baggage fees on top of the ticket price because in the fine print they not only charge $90 per checked bag but they charge the same for every carry on as well!! (So imagine both flight bag cost) Theres also a service fee of $25 if a human helps you in any way at the counter AND the weight limit of checked bags is not industry standard of 50 lbs. It is spirit 40 lb limit so our 45 lb bag cost an extra $80. Never walking into this trap again. Do NOT fly this airline.

      Spirit Worse airline over sold the fly. Is a scam Despite having a boarding pass with assign seats when my family got to the gate we were told we had no seats and we could not fly. How is that possible ? no compensation of any kind just deal with and fly tomorrow in another overbooked fly.Our bags were check in and left we could not felt to another destination like ******** because we had to pick up our bags in ******** **. we ask for our bags to be send home and they could not accommodate.My husband and I lost a whole day of work Airline is a Scam I hope you can do something about it *********************** gate manager as rude as they come

      Spirit typically has the worst customer service Im ever experienced. The fact I cannot drop my bags off before 4 hours is absolutely ridiculous. Every other airline allows it. Who wants to sit at an airport for extended amounts of times? No one, now they make you drag a bag around outside of the security zones. All the hidden fees make it more than others if you bring bags. Same price, worse service and flights are constantly pushed.

      On a family trip. We can't all come home today because one of our members of our party tested positive for Covid. She's nasty sick. Her airline (Spirit Airlines) refused to change her ticket without substantial fees, over $500. They told her instead to come get on the plane. If i had gotten on next to her, I'd have flipped! If my mom had to ride next to her, I'd have flipped! Plane are germ factories anyway! After providing proof of her diagnosis and a note from a Dr, they still wanted her to get on a plane. Y'all watch out for yourselves and others traveling. Sometimes the cheapest way might kill you. Feel free to share this review. #spiritairlines #spiritair

      Spirit Airlines airlines policies are the absolute worse. They charged me $30 per bag above their $50 price because I booked a flight using their agent. When the reason I used the agent was because their website was not taking payments. Confronted with this scenario they offered to give me a $150 credit, for my $100 overcharge, but refused to flat out refund my money. Fly spirit at your peril!

      Unfortunately, Spirit charged me for a seat upgrade and did not provide. I spoke to two customer service representatives who said that they will not refund me. This airline stole from me.

      Spirit Airlines from ****** to ************ would not put us on plane with valid tickets! Apparently, the company oversold flight ****...they sold more tickets than available seats. They told me to purchase the seat in advance. This company must go out of business for treating passengers like a dirt.
