      JW9JPX I planned a trip for my fianc. We couldnt make connecting flight. Before leaving ***, l went to a gate agent at Spirits information desk to cancel three remaining flights. I was told by their rep that l would receive a refund or credit. On 2/5 l received text messages for flights l had canceled on 2/2. I spoke with 2-3 supervisors who said Id be issued $300 and $89. I was told I would also receive the remaining $937 owed to me. Yesterday l used their text service at 2:00pm and wasnt contacted until 10:00pm. Spirit is f****** unprofessional and lies to their customers. Back in 11/2022 Spirit destroyed my $400 stroller car seat. I filed an incident report, photos, and receipt. Still denied request for refund. They dont hold themselves accountable and dont care about their customers. *** about transferring you to the next representative dropping phone calls. Not calling back, emailing, or following up on calls/claims. Then they have the audacity to say stick on the phone line to complete a survey only to hang up on you. Just a sad pathetic airline. They wont be around long. Im going to **** Only then will they start treating their customers right. I have them a chance to redeem themselves from 2022 & they ****** up again! Supervisors promising different things from there regular staff. Their regular staff are incompetent. Just a terrible transportation and customer service provider. Do yourselves a favor and fly elsewhere!

      Spirit Airlines: Ethical Decision Equals Below Moral Compass My soon to be former husband, a flight attendant, mistakenly took me off his insurance as an election during open enrollment rather than a change of life. When the error was discovered we asked for the insurance to be reinstated and for COBRA options to be afforded as it is standard fair. For reasons, not disclosed other than:We will be upholding the ** elections and unfortunately, we are unable to make an exception to reinstate coverage Additionally, the option for COBRA coverage is not extended when a change occurs as a result of an open enrollment election.********** state law says: When a couple decides to divorce, they both stay insured on the existing plan during the process. But once the divorce is final, the non-policyholder is no longer considered a family member and isn't covered on the plan. That spouse will have to find new insurance coverage and pay their own premium.My husband and I are not yet divorced. Spirits brand is one that is questionable in many regards. I add my experience to give more of a glimpse of the companys culture and leadership (autocratic) values that sets the below than standard level from the top. Trickling down to their workforce of pilots, flight attendants, gate workers et. al. **** have heard stories of the Spirit experience. This particular one happened behind closed doors and I bring it out for all to see and know that like treatment seems to be the Spirit way. Hopefully, once the merge of Jet Blue is completed, will the purging be done in a company that does not mirror human kindness, compassion or customer service for the hospitality industry. On the contrary their traits are antonyms of hospitality: unfriendliness impoliteness rudeness disrespect incivility.

      Spirit Airlines is the worst airline of *** there is zero customer services, there is no communication, the people that works here doesnt like what they do, they enjoy treating people bad, they treat passengers like trash, the personal presentation is bad, the only good that the something have is the price, but the ticket is cheap then you need to pay for everything. I just try to use this airline when there is no more options. But it is the worst airline in ************

      Booked flights 2 months in advance. One week after making reservations, they cancelled our flights and put us on different flights that wouldnt work with our schedule. We called the same day to get a refund and were not given onetold we had to pay cancellation fees for each ticket. This is outrageous and unbelievable that they are still in business.

      The first week in February, I bought a roundtrip non-stop ticket for the first week in May, from ****** to *********, for an incredible deal of $124. Less than five days after booking, they changed the flight from nonstop to a ridiculous amount of time on a plane with a stopover that ended up getting to ***** at 11 PM at night instead of 11 AM - which pretty much screwed me out of a whole day of already planned activities with my nieces and nephews. I only had these four days to see my family, so that was completely unacceptable. What did they offer me? A freakin credit. This airline has no other flights available that work in the timeframe of my trip. My itinerary was carefully selected to coincide with an already paid-for shuttle to and from the airport AND a rental car. This was nothing but a huge MONEY GRAB by Spirit Airlines. Never again. Expensive ****** learned! (And yes, I realize it's only $124, but it cost me over $500 to book an equivalent flight for the same dates!)

      0 rating! Spirit is the worst airlines. I called to cancel my reservation 4 days before travel due to medical reason. Because I chose not to give them medical documentation that is private, Spirit did not issue me a full credit, but only 40% of the amount paid. What's worst is that I did not even officially cancel my booking and they cancelled it anyway. Also, they only give you 3 months to use the credit or you lose it. This just doesn't make good business for consumers!!! Not cool.

      They canceled my flight, refunded the ticket, but then refused to refund my seat upgrade of $67, claiming they could not locate that charge. I provided my bank statement and emails from them proving they had charged me, and they were still unwilling and unable to refund me.

      Spirit double-charged me for luggage, their planes are s***** and almost rattle apart during takeoff & landing, and the employees are scumbags who don't even understand basic english. Even the supervisors are complete losers with no common sense. I look forward to the company's bankruptcy ??

      This airline has its reputation for a reason. I would not fly this airline unless I was desperate to get to a location. On my last flight the flight attends were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful to the degree that they could behave anyway they wanted to with complete immunity. On a 4.5 hr flight, complimentary water is not offered. Absolute bottom of the barrel airline.
