      This business is a discrace to airlines! Not only do they jerk you around for hours but they also give phony vouchers! People do your self a favor and dont take spirit airlines! ZERO stars!

      Spirit is the lowest budget airline and that is the experience you should expect. They are understaffed and the employees they do have are inefficient, uneducated, incompetent and have a power trip attitude. Its the perfect storm for non-stop issues and the worst customer service experience stories youll ever hear. I never ended up flying them because the first time I tried it was such a horrible experience that when they offered to rebook me on one of their flights the next day or to get a refund, I jumped at the refund and booked a Southwest ticket where Im A-list and they know how to do their job. Ill never book another Spirit flight again. I have it the old college try and can officially say they are a terrible airline.

      Spirit Airlines is a terrible company and is heartless! We have been at this airport in ***********, ***** since 8:30am due to flight was supposed to leave/board at 10:45am. They didnt communicate with ** or nothing. Now the plane is leaving *********** at 5:00pm. This is terrible. You have elderly people waiting, and my husband has a heart disease ( stage 4). I explained to Spirit and they sent a $50.00 credit to use for our next travel and it expires 4/2024 (3months). How could they assume that we will be traveling in that time frame? What is going on here? These people are terrible business people and now we have to wait at the airport for 8 1/2 hours or more. We are very disappointed and disgusted with this Spirit Airlines Company..

      I feel like Spirit Airlines nickle & dimed me to the point where I could have flown Southwest for the same $$ with a lot less hassle in booking a carry on ( which I didn’t understand & paid 99.00 at gate) & a seat … so I didn’t need the extra stress as I was going to a Funeral!! Spirit is too much hassle!

      Worst experience ever, This was going to be mine and my wife's 1st time flying.. We decided on Sprit to save a few bucks. Not a big deal as we were not really worried about food or drinks on board, as it was a pretty short flight. The only thing we wanted was to make sure we could sit together. I called sprit and it was very hard to get ahold of anyone, when I did there was a language barrier that was out of this world.. I could not hardly understand what was being said to me, same for them as I had to spell out and slow down everything I was saying. Finally we got seats taken care of for a price of ****** bucks. I notices my contact and email was wrong on the sprit app,, I told the lady that I was talking to about info no being correct, she took my right info down and said she changed it. Fast forward next morning I get alert from sprit that said our flights had been cancelled from the person they had as a contact. WE have no idea who this person was. our how they we able to cancel all 4 of or flights. So now someone in ******** has my credit card and personal info that sprit gave out, after I was told they fixed it. And on top of that they want to charge us ****** for canceling our flights, when were not even the ones who canceled. Absolut worst experience ever.. And now I cant even get a hold of anyone higher up to try and get this resolved. So now were out ******* for flights and now have to try and book with another airline, which is going to be lots more money as we are due to leave in just a few days. We have been booked with sprit for weeks now, What a mess... I truly believe they are involved with others somehow and its a big money scam.. People please do your research and look at reviews before ever booking with Sprit.. Sure wish we would had, it would had saved me a ton of money and headache.

      Worst airlines Seats dont recline They offer free miles and then dont give it to you. They lie and say youre not approved. A year later you receive a bill for a credit card you never received renewal fee. Of course they never put the ****** miles in your account. Basically fraud! Miserable flight. Least leg room of any airlines I ever flew. People with long legs rammed into back of seats to fit. Horrid! Nothing is free. Its amazing they dont charge to use the toilet.

      Do not EVER fly Spirit Airlines.They are the WORST.They lure you in with a cheap airfare then everything becomes mushroomed, inflated by their deceptive pricing. I was charged 89dollars for a carry on. They have no inflight movies or entertainment services. They wanted $4.50 for water. Disgraceful

      Spirit is a horrible airline. This is a crooked airlines. They shortened the airline bag size to increase their profits from customers personal items being too big for their airlines. The ******* crew by far is the worst airlines customer service of all **********************. Ive been robbed a few times by this airline refusing to refund my money on flights that I wasnt able to fly on. They refused to even give me any flight credit. This airline needs to go out of business because its the worst airlines.

      They charged me 99 dollars for my personal purse. It was the same bag I traveled with to ******* from ****** and I was told ****** employees did not know how to do their job. WOW I was so shocked. Can someone review the airline policy so customers dont pay for this kind of non sense.

      This is the worse situation I've ever been in with an airline company. Absolute no respect or regard for its customers. I had a connecting flight which was delayed 3 times to the point my next plane left hours before I got there thanks to their delays. I was put on standby and I was the last standby to board the plane. Right before plane took off the counter agent came in and asked me to give up my seat for another person. I was so mad I said nothing and left. I ended up spending another $500 dollars for an emergency flight home from American because I wasn't going to make it from Spirit. now they are telling me that I board it the plane, AND I NEVER DID. THAT COUNTER AGENT OR WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ROSTER DIDN'T MAKE THE CHANGES.
